The old girl at the information center needs her a good lesson on manners. Downright rude and no reason for her to talk down to not only myself but the other people just looking for some help. I hope she gets the same treatment when she needs assistance.

It was not half as bad as I thought it would be.The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is a bitt of a waite not as long as we're used to. Masks are a MUST!It was Awesome

Was in and out fairly quickly the only real wait was in line behind people who didn't have everything they needed to complete their purpose for the trip to the DMV. The two employees I saw we're very polite and very helpful.

Really have to brag about having the best staff. The employees are all friendly, knowledgeable, and know where to help you find any documents you will need. It's a small building as another reviewer said, and for people new to the area it is a bit hard to find.

This place will bring tears to you believe me I no that frist hand it is not right how they are doing people like me I am not going to rate them a good place because two good people that worked there is gone now and it will never be the same again

I've been to multiple dmvs around the area and I had by far the best experience here. Everyone was far friendlier and and it felt more comfortable than the others. You guys were awesome.

Waiting time is typical, about 45 minutes to an hour. Staff is quick as they can be with the small amount of people they have.

Trying to transfer license but WV does not take a Florida extension- temporary permit although I was told by Charleston DMV they do honor them. Aggravated to say the least!! After getting hung up on by Florida DMV rep after holding for 20 minutes, called back and was told the permit is Florida's extension..Welcome to Wild & Wonderful West Virginia SMH..

Absolute garbage. I am in the military and had to drive 5 hours just to get here and find out they are closed for a "holiday" that is not even real. Way to waste my time. By the way, your office is still listed as open online.

I live equidistant to princeton, Beckley, and Lewisburg dmvs. Lewisburg is the smallest but the most painless DMV in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Staff is cheerful. They usual have a staff member milling around and they will ask you, as you are standing in line, what you are there for. Then they will tell you exactly what you need so you never stand in line for 45 minutes just to find out you don't have the documents you are supposed to have. This is the best DMV. Period.

Most DMVs are busy so this one isn't an exception. Most of the staff are friendly and know what they are doing. So they help you and get you out ASAP.
