Clean store with friendly staff. I went in and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. Turns out, I did. The associate helped me find the fuses I needed. He also knew how to use my rewards balance to apply to the purchase.

Manager, first name Victoria, is a rude and violent person. Has no business working in a public setting in any capacity. Uses foul language and threatens people while on duty. She should be removed from her position immediately. I will never shop in that store again and will share my experience with friends and family.

It was 730pm and they close at 8pm. I needed to get my headlights replaced. The associate said sure no problem. Fix it very quickly.

They took the time to make sure I had the right part before I left even though they were busy with the phone ringing off the hook, one employee in the store and someone waiting to get a battery installed.

Went to get rotors, had to stand and wait 15 minutes before anybody decided to do their job, and come and wait on me. Then I had to repeat myself 3 times before I got the rotors. Disappointed

Always helpful to find or quickly get in stock what you need. Employees need a little better training on how to locate items and handle returns or register issues.Update as of 3/8/2024...always find the lower prices here in store or online. Employees are so helpful making sure I find just what I need. Just stopped in today for front brake pads and they made certain they checked my sub model personally to get me the right set!

Finally talked to someone who knew what they were doing. And didn't treat me like I was an inconvenience there use to be an amazing sweet knowledgeable lady but I've not seen her in a long time

I'm from northwest Ohio. All the way up by Toledo. I am traveling to Chesapeake VA, for my daughter's College Graduation when I somehow lost the Top 14-20 bolt that holds my front driver side caliper in place with the brake assistant bracket on my 2015 Silverado The bottom bolt was loose but still holding the bottom of the caliper in place. The top of the Caliper was falling off and rubbing on the aluminum wheels cause damage. Addie was absolutely amazing with helping me out today. She called the Ford dealership next door, and they didn't have the bolt. She called the GM dealership, and they didn't have it either and wouldn't have one until Monday. We looked throughout the store and at a brand new caliper, and this bolt does not come with the caliper. Knowing that my vehicle was not safe to drive and Knowing how important it is to me to be there for my daughters Graduation tomorrow,She let me use her personal vehicle to go find a bolt at the local hardware store. I found it, and I am back on the road safely, and I am going to make graduation tomorrow. That is absolutely the best customer service I've have ever received. Thank you, Addie!!! you truly deserve a raise and really do go the extra mile for your customers to keep them safe and get them back on the road. I absolutely can not express how grateful and thankful I am for you and your excellence. What you did for my family and I today means more than words can describe. THANK YOU,THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!! YOU WERE MY ANGEL TODAY

Brandon, Randy and JR are some of the most helpful and kind strangers I have ever met. We had some car trouble driving cross country and pulled into this Auto Zone to try to figure something out. They helped us with reading the codes, they had our part in stock and even loaned us tools to replace the part in their parking lot. They all made sure we were taken care of before getting back on the road..their kindness and humor really helped ease the tension of the situation too. I will never forget it. That level of customer service is lost to the world. Give these boys a raise!Thank you all!

Bought a alternator with lifetime warranty a year ago that decided to fail. I called autozone and 2 different employees said they found my warranty under my phone number and it would be replaced. They ordered another alternator and told me a time to pick up. On arriving they said it wasn't ordered nor could they find the warranty in their system. After speaking with the manager she said it was clearly their part, even has part number with bar code ,but couldn't do anything about it since it wasn't in their system. She said they could use the old alternator as a core but would have to buy a new one...its not my fault your employees didn't put the warranty in the system I would like a replacement alternator to make things right. I've spent thousands of dollars here and if that's how they want to be from now on I'll be buying everything from Napa or advanced auto parts.

I recently purchased some items and presented a coupon for 10% off on entire purchase. The associate took the coupon and I assumed applied it to the purchase. I was in a hurry, so I did not check receipt for accuracy, when I did, I noticed that the 10% discount was not applied. I called the store and the associate I spoke to said to stop by and they would take care of it. So it already was costing me a return trip to store to get what should have been done properly to start with. When I arrive to the store , I ask to speak to the individual that I had spoken with on the phone. After 20 mins plus, and I am the only customer in the store, I am still left standing without any correction to the problem. I do not call that good customer service! To leave a customer standing there for that amount of time shows poor team effort to assist its customers. I decided not to wait any longer for the responsible associate to decide to show themselves and take care of the issue so I left. I find it way easier to just shop online and get what you need and not waste time standing in a store. I like to support local business, but the business need to show good service if they want my business.

I was treated very poorly and was rudely questioned about my car as if I did not know what I was talking about. The manager quickly took over and rectified the situation after I was called a crude name.

Been there several times now and each time everyone is very friendly and willing to help. Store is well managed from what I have seen. Everything is well organized and easy to find and decently priced. Definitely recommend this place.

Dylan was a HUGE help with a hairbrained issue, local service center apparently installed a Porsche/Audi/VW radiator in my 2010 Subaru. Dylan was nice enough to share his phone number with me so we could text pics of the issue beforehand and when I arrived on site he was all-in to help me out! He ended up finding a solution amongst their assorted fitting and here s hoping this is the end of that issue Thanks again Dylan!

Employees are very friendly and are knowledgeable of products. They provide good customer service. The store is very clean and organized. If they don't have something in the store, they will order it for you. The product usually arrives pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend this store.

We broke down just outside of Lewisburg , West Virginia on Hwy 64, we towed to the Autozone in Lewisburg. The guys were very helpful and courteous. They help with as much as they could. And I really appreciate the hospitality . It is great that there are still some good people out there in the world. Issic was very helpful, bright, and courteous. I will direct everyone to that store if anyone needs help. Thanks again, Isaac! You are an AWESOME guy!!!

Didn t carry what I needed in stock, but that s typical no matter where I go, or what I need. I did pickup an ok substitute shipped in the next day. Pretty helpful staff otherwise.

Cheap, albeit low quality, parts. Staff has good employees and terrible employees. I purchased a part which failed. I took said part back to exchange it and they had to order it. When the part came in, I was given the correct part number but the wrong part was in the box. I drove 30 minutes back to the store to be advised that they couldn't get the correct part and to use a utility knife and sandpaper to modify the incorrect part to fit my application. Obviously, this voods the warranty. I ended up purchasing it at Advance Auto Parts and had no such issue.
