Top notch service as always! Great communication. Owner was very involved and friendly. Vehicle was well cared for and came back washed and vacuumed. Can t say enough great things about this dealership. It s rare to find this level of service

Service staff is excellent. The trades mechanics are knowledgeable and fixed what Premier Chevrolet could not.Will definitely return to Shaffer GMC for all service needs.

They offered me $6,500 LESS than KBB average TRADE-IN value!(This vehicle is as close to new condition as you will find with only 10K miles on it) Then I tried to meet him part way at $2K under lowest trade in(I should never have went that low) but it still was too high for them & the manager literally came out of his office yelling across the room about the price I wanted for my trade-in.(mind you I hadn t even met him yet we had been dealing with salesman) He kept going on & on. Very loud, rude & unprofessional I will never return there, I suggest you look elsewhere also!*** EDIT: this carlot continues to be terrible now they are responding & flat out lying about the details! very unprofessional. MY VEHICLE had about $2000 more options than theirs he is claiming the other way around for some reason,( MINE has convenience pkg, heated seats& steering wheel, chrome appearance pkg,bed liner & cover) my KBB TRADE in is $36,500-$38,500 I asked for $36K which was low suggested trade in. Then I tried to meet at $34K. He offered me $32K! on a certified preowned truck in new condition! Really upsets me that they have the nerve to try and take advantage of customers & now they are just digging a deeper hole trying to lie their way out of it!
