I hate to leave a bad review because everyone is generally so nice here but I had my tires mounted and balanced and every other bolt on my wheels were either torn off, chipped or scratched. They did not say a word about it to me or honestly I wouldn t have cared they are replaceable in the end, but unfortunately I noticed them afterwards when I later retorqued my tires.

Went to get my car inspected they refused to do so said I needed to replace my entire back bumper cover which would be $1000 plus the inspection. They said they would have to charge me just to remove the bumper cover to check what else needed done all over a one inch dent in the plastic. I refused and went to another shop and was in and out within five minutes!!! This place will find issues with a brand new car. I will never go there again .

This place will rip you off went in for a alignment they took my vehicle maybe 11 minutes said I needed 2 ball joints that would be 700 in order to do the alignment I said ok well I can't afford that today so I'll just wait she says no you still gotta pay for the alignment we did not do wich is $89 last year I had a screw in 1 tire I had 4 new ones paid for them to dispose of 1 they kept the other 3 wich was still decent tires then charged me for pre inspection that they refused to do went rite to another place got inspection no problem

My got to stop for all my automotive needs, I've been doing business with Peaslee's for about three years now and they've always treat me great. Good selection of new and used tires in stock at all times. Good mechanics with good hourly rates. Also they have the best laser alignment rack in the county.. Mike and Tammy are always good comoany while waiting on your automobile to grt fixed.

very bad experience with tire shop, had new tpms sensors installed they didnt have a clue what they were doing! Had one bad sensor but elected to have all four changed. Tire guys took valves off of all four of old sensors. Couldnt get new sensors to read and then kept the valve stems off of original sensors. zero help from management!! Stay away from this place!

WHAT A WASTE OF MY VALUABLE TIME AND A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. I KEPT GIVING THANKS RIGHT IN HIS FACE FOR ENDING THIS FARCE OF A JOB PROMISING A SATISFACTORY TIMELINE ACHIEVEMENTS. HE GAVE ME A VERY HARD TIME. I REALLY THOUGHT HE WAS OKAY IN THE BEGINNING. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG ABOUT THIS ONE. I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN I COULD LEAVE. THE AIR AND THE ENVIRONMENT FELT FREE OF BURDEN AND WAS LIFTED IN HAPPINESS. I M FREE I TOLD HIM I ONLY WANT NICE PEOPLE WORKING ON MY VEHICLE AND AROUND ME. HE COULDN T EVEN LOOK ME IN MY EYES ANYMORE. WHAT A FRAUD. No one could understand why he did this to me. BUT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO, YES SO I COULD EXPOSE HIM FOR WHO FOR WHO HE REALLY IS. It s official. I WILL NEVER EVER HIRE ANOTHER MECHANIC FROM PEASLEE S AS LONG AS I LIVE. IM DONE.

I had a cabin air filter installed, and it was installed upside down. Ended up having the dealer reinstall it. Wasted $20.00

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! The customer service is horrible. The female was very RUDE! I definitely won t be coming back to this establishment.

Needed a storage unit and Uhaul. In and out quickly with no problems. They could use some help in the office, though. The office manager was swamped. Nice people to work with.

Great knowledgeable employees, both mechanic's are great and do a wonderful job. They care about their customers and always do everything they can to help people out and charge very reasonable prices for everything, plus they offer the SNAP program for when you may be a little low on cash, which is great because you can do the 100 day same as cash payoff or make small monthly payments for a year. It is just an all around great place with great people and I highly recommend them to anyone needing anything done to their vehicles!!!

I have know about Peaslees for years, but only started using them about a year ago. Great Service Great Prices. I had hit two pot holes on my new tires that have 2900 miles on them and was 8 miles from their store last Thursday, called and they said they could work me in. They rotated my new Continental Tires, put the car on alignment machine and then said no charge on alignment as it is perfect! Also while there I over heard the owner on the phone with the customers rear Rt Goodyear tires only having 3/32 of wear and having an inside sidewall Pin Hole Leak. The owner told the tire supplier he felt it should be replaced at no charge! Customer was very happy!These people are the most honest of any tire dealer I have seen in my 43 years of driving! Great Job Guys!

Took my car to get inspected. They said tires would not pass and needed replaced. The tires were only a year old and plenty of tread. They tried to pressure me into buying tires from them and when i didn't, they said they had to give me a rejection sticker then charged me 11 dollars. Went straight from there 5 miles down the road to another garage who passed my car and said absolutely nothing wrong with tires. Will never go back.

Chose this service center over one that was closer to my home. I got held up at work and was only able to arrive about 25 minutes before close ...as I was desperately in need of tires and about to leave on a drive for DC I asked if they could accommodate me and not only were they able but had 4 tires mounted and balanced and was out the door before they closed. Reception and staff always go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful and they have earned a regular customer.

I've always been treated very well by the folks at peaslee's service center. The family has purchased many tires over the years and had all of our vehicle alignment work is done there as well. Mike has been always very helpful and the service has been great.

Danny the main mechanic was awesome. He explained everything in detail. The owner gives outstanding deals and works with you. They dont try and gouge you for money. The only downside is they dont honor military discount.

After I was told to come I sat and waited for over an hour before they even took my car back. Everyone that arrived after me had been serviced and back on the road. Then when paying they added tax on top of a disposal fee???? I've never had to pay taxes on a used tire and feel I was being cheated.

I have taken my truck to Peaslee's Service Center on several occasions. They are reasonably priced and I have never had a problem with any of the repairs they've done on my truck. I also always take my truck there for our yearly inspections. I highly recommend this repair shop for everyone.

I was in Kingwood for work and had car trouble. As a woman traveling alone I took the recommendation of a local and took my car there because I had an oil leak. When they called me with an estimate they said it would be $450 for an oil change, a diagnostic (which I did NOT ask for) and new spark plugs (diagnosed from the diagnostic I did not ask for) and labor. It was definitely an outrageous quote. Perhaps what made me most upset was that I had to pay a $60 diagnostic fee that they ran even though they told me they would not do anything until they called and talked to me about it. I didn t take it in for a diagnostic. I ONLY asked them to address my oil leak. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of my situation because I was a woman from out of town and traveling alone.

One employee was very rude and kept interrupting me and the employee who was helping me. He even interrupted to say to the other guy, "can i ask you a personal question"! Very irritating. The man who helped me (mike?) Was very clam and helpful though.

All I know is they are fast and inexpensive. I expected a $200 bill for what I had done and it was less than $50.00. This is the kind of place you rarely see any more.

Went here for a aliment and got my car back with messed up steering to come a find out the took parts off my car and wanted me to have them fix it for $300 for inner tie rod just to find out I didn't need it just the bushings they took out of my car then they messed with my back end when I was there for a front end aliment THEY KNOW WHO TO RIP OFF AND WHO TO NOT
