I first reached out online on a Sunday in regards to my interest and to my surprise I received a response back the same day. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone was pleasant and helpful. After I decided to wait on another vehicle in transit, I again reached out by email and expressed my interest in a different color also listed as in transit. I was contacted the moment it arrived and was able to go down the same day to test drive and ultimately purchased it. The day I decided on the purchase, I didn t realize what time they closed and Ben as well as his team stayed late to assist me without a second thought, even though I felt horrible and offered to continue the next day. I absolutely love my new vehicle and I m appreciative of the care given by Ben and everyone involved. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to continuing my business with them in the future.

Just purchased a Ford F-150 and it was my best vehicle experience ever!! As a retired person, this was not hardly my first time at bat, but I can assure you that I will use Timbrook Ford again and recommend the dealership to friends. Don, my salesperson, was polite, not pushy at all and I really appreciated his demeanor. Kim in Finance was a delight; she explained everything so well and her charming personality made me feel so welcome. Thank you Don and Kim for all you did for Jeff and me today.

Timbrook Ford in Keyser WV is awesome. Our salesperson Leanna Hawk was great! She helped us pick out our new Ford Escape. Which by the way, we love it! Everyone at the dealership were so nice and polite. They made trading our old Escape in for a new one easy. We give them a 5 star rating.

I highly recommend this dealership, both the sales team and service team have treated me with excellent customer service. They gave me the highest price for my trade-in and Ben was such a great guy to work with on the purchase of my new Bronco Sport. I had a minor issue with the exterior of my Bronco that Ford itself wouldn t assist me with- when I called Ted, the service manager, he told me they would take care of solving my problem, and they did. Everyone in the service department was so pleasant and professional, and I was even given a loaner vehicle to use for the day, while they worked on my car. I m so relieved that my car exterior has been restored to new condition, and that the process was so easy and friendly. Thank you Timbrook of Keyser, I appreciate all of your help professionalism and kindness go a very long way!

I had an appointment at 8:30 for a WV State Inspection. I left the dealership at 9:50. It should not take an hour and half to do an inspection. If I would not have gotten up to go out and see if my vehicle was finished, I would have been sitting there well past 10:00 for who knows how much longer. The vehicle was complete, paperwork and key was on the counter. The lady who waited on me was not at the counter and the lady who was at the counter was leaning back in her chair on her cell phone. This all while I sit in the waiting room by this time, impatiently waiting. I was supposed to be at work. A state inspection should not take near this long to begin with. I have had several inspections performed at this dealership and they have never taken this long. Then, to be left sitting in the waiting room after my vehicle was complete is unacceptable! This will be my last time to use this dealership for an inspection or any other service. And then they wonder why you go out of town to purchase a new vehicle! Imagine that!

Daughter bought her first new car and went to Timbrook for Service/ software updates and to m look at her sunroof that was making a terrible noise. Told her it was gonna be REALLY expensive to do the updates (even thought she had (Ford points) and told her the sound in sunroof was completely normal when it was CLEARLY NOT. so she goes to a different dealership. They fixed the software updates on Ford pass points, and looked at her sunroof told her it was clearly not working properly. But now that it was out of warranty she needed to go back to the dealership that last looked at it while it was still under warranty. To see if they would honor the warranty from that time. She addresses it with them while under warranty. They blew her off and now insist its"HER PROBLEM! THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!

They were very friendly and polite even though I was really upset about getting my car serviced twice since I had just had the car serviced at Shaffer Ford. However, Shaffer did nothing to the car, only thing they might have done was change oil and I wasn't sure they did that. Timbrook was timely and all seemed to have been done as stated.

Working with Jim and Angelo was excellent. They were helpful. Jim showed us every feature on the car and how to use it. Angelo helped and explained everything about financing. They made sure we had everything we needed when purchasing the car, gap insurance, no worry warranty. We will go back to Timbrook Ford and I encourage anyone purchasing a new or used car to look there first.

Dealership lacks service communication. Had my truck in for a engine issue. The dreaded 5.4 valve train tap. Ended up having a couple of bad roller followers. They did the repair right and replace all the passenger side lash adjusters, roller followers and cam shaft. Also did a fresh oil change and got it all covered under my extended warranty. Unfortunately the service adviser was less communicative. Never gave me update calls, never understood what was being done, never even let me know that the repairs were authorized by my warranty company. Only information I got was when I called the service department and then basically got little more than basic information. I ended up stopping by the dealership when I was in town and talked with a different service rep that understood what was going on and was able to answer my questions. Was just surprised that such a highly rated dealership had such poor service reps. Communication is key and unfortunately I have not found Timbrook Ford service to communicate well.My thanks to the mechanic that repaired my 5.4. It s purring like a kitten.. thanks!

Timbrook Ford is the best dealership in the area to buy a car or have it serviced. They are very friendly and always willing to work with you. My wife and I just bought a 2023 Explorer last week. We love the car. I always buy at Timbrook Ford because they are great people to deal with. A lot of people think the big dealerships are cheaper, but they have a lot more hidden fees that you don't see until you sign the paperwork. Timbrook is absolutely the best around. No need to go to the big dealerships, you will pay more.

This is my second vehicle purchase at this dealership and will be going back for all future purchases. We were treated like family. Ben Benedict was our salesman and he helps us with all of our needs. He showed us all of the features of the vehicle and gave us a great deal on it as well. We also worked with Angelo to finalize the deal and he is always a great guy to talk to. I will be singing this dealership praises to all that I can because good, honest dealers are hard to find in this day and age. Keep up the great work!!

Excellent, friendly, honest, straightforward. I purchased a Ford Transit Connect cargo fan for my organization at Timbrook, making the deal over the phone. Timbrook is 200 miles from my city; vans are in very short supply these days. Upon searching cars.com, autotrader.com, and others, I found that dealers would either up prices or show vans that weren't available. Timbrook did neither: they were honest about when the van would arrive, how much it would cost. I put down a depost, drove the 200 miles upon arrival of the van, and everything was as it should be. The sales, financials, and van instruction went smoothly and clearly. The dealer employees were friendly. I was on my way in one hour.Glad to do business with Timbrook and I'm not even a personal Ford owner.

Service department has had my wife s escape for almost two months now. Still not fixed. Excuses so far delaying fix: short mechanics, short parts person, can't find part, found part, I had to call FORD corporate to help. Two months- my phone hasn't rang once from them. Horribly ran service dept that doesn't care one bit about fixing whatever they sell ya. Good luck If you buy there When you want it fixed.....

They were very professional, courteous, and they went above and beyond to be helpful. Charlie Owens was very helpful explaining even the smallest detail. Timbrook stood behind every thing they said they was going to do (even though it was a verbal agreement). The service department was quickly to get us in to fix minor imperfection.I would recommend them to everyone, they will work with you on pricing and give deals comparable to the current market. They have treated us like family/friends and I have always been treated with smiling, friendly faces. Everyone at the dealership has been very helpful.

Never have any issues with the sales side of the dealership always very friendly and professional but the service side that's a different story.. the lady seemed very snippy and annoyed that I was even there to drop my truck off like it was an inconvenience for her to put her phone down to take my key. Once the truck was finished I got in to leave there was grease all over the center console and arm rest of the drivers door.. would definitely recommend to buy a vehicle there but for any service take it somewhere else. I will say the service department does stick to the time frame given most of the time I was told an hour and a half and they finished earlier than that so.

wanted to get my mom a new vehicle. 73 years old and has never bought or owned a new vehicle, she loves it. wanted to make it pretty special for her being that dec. 27 was also the passing of my son Corey in 2019, and her grandson. drove a hour and a half one way, and glad I did.the staff there is awesome. probably one of the easiest transactions to buy a vehicle I have ever been involved with. they even stayed late to finish the deal. from Jim maybury our salesman to the wonderful lady that helped us with the paperwork, sorry I can't remember her name, was awesome. Jim never acted like a salesman. more like a friend explaining and helping with the vehicle. I advise anyone looking for a vehicle, before you drive everywhere check out Timbrook ford.you won't be disappointed. once again, I thank everyone there.

We were leaving for vacation and I was very appreciative that the Ford Dealership was able to work my Chevrolet in for an oil change, since the Chevy dealership was booked up. However I was experiencing an issue with my car, shutting off and hesitating some. When I asked the service personnel what he thought it could be. I was told he didnt know, he works on Fords. I was a little speechless at that response, since they did in fact just do an oil change on my Chevy.
