I m from Maine and was in Keyser for a project for work for two months. I own a 2019 Chevy 1500.I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. During their thorough inspection they found that my oil cooler lines had started to leak, unfortunately I was a couple thousand miles over my warranty. But I had bought a extended warranty.As it turns out that warranty company is a nightmare to deal with, but Heather in service worked deliberately with the warranty company and my self with scheduling to get my truck repaired and the warranty to cover.Thank you Heather for working so hard. I highly recommend anyone in the area needing Chevy service you go see Heather. She will take care of you and keep you informed.Also the dealership is clean and well kept. Everyone was friendly as I wander around with my dog waiting. And prices are more than fair.I don t know what Heather makes but it isn t enough!

My husband just purchased a new vehicle from here. Kevin was our sales representative & he was absolutely amazing. He was so nice and easy to talk to. He did everything he could to make sure we drove away in a new vehicle! I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was so friendly & welcoming. I was waiting in the new vehicle at one point waiting for my husband to finish up & kevin kept coming out to make small talk even though he didnt have to, he included the both of us in the purchase even though it was for my husband. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase!

We had talked to Kevin before about a 2023 Trax. We liked the car then but decided to wait a while for the 2024 style changes. Kevin worked with us on a good trade and we appreciate his willingness to do that. We will consider Timbrook in Keyser for future service and deals.

Derek was our salesman. He was great and informative. He knew a lot about the vehicles and what made each model and package different. He answered every question we had and was very patient with me and my wife explaining the electronics and software in the vehicle we purchased.

My wife and I are in our seventies. Our previous vehicle was purchased new in 2004. Derek Coble, our salesperson at Timbrook, was excellent. He was patient and understood that we weren't familiar with the technical advances in new cars. He explained the keyless entry, the electronics on the dash and safety features so that we could understand them. Shelly Winter explained the various warranty plans available so that we could decide which plans would be best for us. Buying the car was a good experience for us because of the salespeople that helped us. We think we have made a good choice. We enjoy driving our new car.

Timbrook Chevrolet is a very professional, friendly, honest, and reasonably priced dealership! We have purchased multiple vehicles from there, as well as have all maintenance done on our vehicles there. The service department went above and beyond to help fix my Tahoe in a timely manner. They were even able to give me a loaner car to make sure that I could still get to work. The staff are always very professional and caring. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!

Beth was very responsive to my text message to ensure my questions were answered , even on her off days. I arrived at the dealership and Beth greeted me and assisted me in every way possible. She worked for me as the customer, ensuring that I was taken care of. She took the time to go over my new vehicle, answer the questions I had, and even went out of her way to help me transfer my services from my old vehicle to the new one. Very very satisfied with my experience and I will be working with Beth in the future.

What can I say, every aspect of my experience was awesome. My salesman "Derek" was amazing as he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Any questions I had were answered and any concerns I had were addressed. This is not something I really experienced in the past as often it can be laborious task when deciding on a new vehicle. In addition, "I believe the financial representative that helped me with financing and excuse me as I'm having difficulty remembering her name. "Shelly"? Anyway, she was able to work out even better financing than what I already had when I started looking for a new truck. Everything in great detail was handled perfectly. I had a clear understanding of all my options and any questions I had were thoroughly explained. Just like Derek, she was kind and professional. I will continue to give Timbrook High Accolades and will be sure to let others know that if they want great service as well as true professionalism, look no further than Timbrook. Again, thank you for all of your help and I'll be sure to continue to come to Timbrook when I need to purchase a new vehicle or used vehicle in the near future.
