They never have what I need. Service is not good at all. Employees are too busy doing anything else than to be available to assist customers. I'm not coming back.

I needed prices for two different options of an o2 sensor for my friend's Prius and the lady that waited on me was very knowledgeable, friendly, and smiling, which is an A+ in my books!!! Advance is ALWAYS my go to place for everything!!I am a customer for life!!!

The lead clerk or manager was very helpful. He very willingly showed a new trainee how to cross reference an oil filter. Then he very graciously reminded me of my military discount. Kudos for an excellent job.

People in advance Auto parts in Keyser West Virginia is one of the best places to buy parts if you know some of the people by names you learn the rest of them and they're all very helpful I give them a five star can't beat them they'll help you out anyway they can

Always gives me the wrong part for my car. I've had the same car & been there 3 times with the wrong part. Think they'd kno by now what the right part is
