We use O Riley s daily. They are a good parts store for sure and their employees are also pretty nice people. If you need something for your vehicle 99% of the time they can get it for you if they can t get it for you they will try to help you out and find out where they can get it.

I dont know what these guys are talking about. They have some younger guys that work there but surprisingly they were very knowlegable at what they do. I went in Oreillys on one occasion when it was around 20 degrees outside and sleeting golf ball size hail . I asked the big tall guy if he could hook his code readerup to my truck and without hesitation went straight outside. Always great experiences when i go there.

Needed a new headlight and Shay replaced the blub with no issues. Fast friendly and knowledgeable

O'Reilley's auto-parts in Kenova is pathetic. No wonder there is never anybody there. The guy working didn't know how to work my battery to test it, and when I purchased high-end wiper blades for Amy's car, he said he was "too busy, and "if I got the time" to install them for me. Yes, I know how to install blades, but it says on the window "Free blade installation" Can't wait for this to go out of business and maybe a company that cares about customers can take their place

Not even one nice employee there, actually got yelled at 4 getting the wrong thing for my car, and tolled me that I was stupid. I would not even give this place 1 percent of a chance.
