VERY PLEASANT stop for rear window wiper for my Honda CR-V. MATTHEW took care of me & installed wiper. Nice quick, courteous stop. Store neat, well stocked on a New Years Eve. Thanks, MATTHEW. Nanny C, Statesville NC 12.31.21

Friendly & helpful staff; usually have what you're looking for in stock & if not they are able to get it next day most of the time, second day at the most in very rare cases or specialty items; decent prices; offer great savings and coupons through their SpeedPerks Pass Rewards Program which is free to sign up for; love that I can purchase things through my advanced auto app (and usually have an online savings code to go with), pay for it & its ready at the store of my choosing within 30 minutes for a quick in-store pick-up or a curbside pick-up if you so choose. Either way, makes for a quick, hassel free trip to the parts store.

I had gotten my Oil changed at the Valvoline place and my Window didn't want to roll back up,so I thought it may have been a fuse blown.I drove down to Advanced Auto and asked for help explaining the situation,told the guy I may need a fuse,asked if someone could maybe look at my car and see what fuse I needed if any.Well the guy was just like "What do you want me to do about it?I'm not a Mechanic".Definitely didn't have to talk to me the way he did.He could have simply stated he was sorry he didn't know about cars or whatever.

Can have slow service. But when you're trying to find the right part for your vehicle, you and the cashier want to make sure you're buying the right thing....so I understand.

KNOWLEDGEABLE, helpful, friendly I couldn't ask for more. This store is one of the best. Have been in other stores that wasn't nearly as good as this one.

Stoped in to just buy 2 bulbs for my car tail lights that is and when he told me the price i about fell down 2 bulbs are over 8 dollers i said never mind that is outrageous and left the store. Bye

Had asked for a part . Said they had it. Drove there .an they didn't have it. Not the employees fault. The book said it took that. Part. ( Always make sure your parts what you need no matter where you go.)

Employees were unconcerned about customers. Asked to be waited on and was told it would be a few minutes while he filed some reports. Ducked. Left without purchase.
