Very professional and hard-working staff owner is very helpful. My truck parts arrive late . Shop close 5 PM I request I have a load tomorrow. They accept my request and continue 9 PM. Price very reasonable professional work I highly recommended..

Truck sat in their parking lot for a week and half untouched with drive shaft issues, I was called right after they spoke to the boss and was told they would call me back at 5am, I never heard from them til almost 730 am. Thier tow truck was almost 2hr late from what I was told. I would NOT recommend this place for anything. They were to have all the air lines fixed and truck was to be ready by the time we got there with the new drive shaft, thereby as nothing touched and they had no air lines or fittings to fix anything but what we had taken there

Had a trailer tire blowout at about 5am in the morning. We called them at they got here within 30mins and was done with the tire in no time at all, and it's freezing out here. Thanks for the help

$400 for 20 min and a really bad used tire, this was not rd side was on their shop. Nov/20/23, D&B transport. The point is, that s a new tire price.

Owner Gurinder "Gary" Dhaliwal and his den of lying thieves sold me and installed an incorrect load rated tire on my motor home while repeatedly claiming it was the correct load rating. I learned later the load rating is stamped on the tire. They didn't tell me that because i would have known it was incorrect and not made the purchase. The damage to my motor home after the tire blowout was extreme. See photo. Needless to say I am pursuing legal remedy thru the court as INWOOD refuses to accept financial responsibility. I will update this review periodically.

Plain and Simple: these people are crooks.One of our drivers pulled in with a minor roof repair.. attaching photos for reference.Driver told us he was quoted $130 which seemed like a great rate (honestly thought we were getting a break at this point); work was done in less than two hours. When the bill came... the invoice charge was over $700.Driver was irate (likely deservedly so); the owner Sam called Police and basically forced us to pay a ridiculous bill."You either pay now...or we wait and see what Police says"Driver asked for them to remove the roof patch so he could get it repaired elsewhere, and was told that they would charge double to remove it.Claimed that it was an hourly charge of $130, charged for 2.5 hours when the work was done in less than 2, then claimed he had 3 guys working on it. Also charged over $300 for parts/material on a very small and simple fix that they most likely used scrap for.TRUCKERS BEWARE, if you are from out of town, do not go here and let yourself get taken advantage of. Better off going to Pilot, TA, or Loves than these swindlers.Service: Body & Trim

Great guys to call when repairs are needed. Called and mechanic showed up quickly. Diagnosed problem found part and got me back rolling. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My husband is a truck driver and had mechanic coworker trouble with his truck and the mechanics at the shop did a Diagnostic on his truck and found the issue right away. They are awesome. Took them no time to get it back up and running.

We called in for road service as one of our truck was down on I-81 Virginina Welcome Center in Stephenson Va. Sam responded quickly and sent a service truck to repair our truck. Service and response was above average we've ever experienced. Great people to deal with. Will keep this Co. on file if ever needed again. Highly recommand. Trustworthy.

Their mechanics cannot diagnose their way out of a paperbag. They let their only competent technician go. If you have a big repair forget about this place. They only care about big easy work that tmakes then a quick dollar. If it's complex repair they will blow you off time and time again. Very friendly and great service! It's a little rough to get to if you've never been there so I suggest you call for directions first! If you follow your GPS in DO NOT turn down the street by the railroad tracks! You will have to back all the way out there is nowhere to go.

Needed a serpentine belt replaced on Ptrb 387 in Inwood WV area. Glad we found this shop after being quoted 5 times the cost and downtime elsewhere. Honest, friendly, reasonable and upfront pricing, extremely fast repair and will call them again...

$750 for a 20 inch cut on the trailer roof that took them 1 hour to fix. It wasn't night work or the weekend that is just what they charge. 375 is what they charge for an hour of labor and the rest was "supplies". Stay away.. They started working at 3:20 and i was out at 4:35.

Very nice shop and location. Really loved full stock of inventory of tires for trucks trailers and Dump trucks they carry. Would definitely recommended parking at their place, they have great parking spot.

great service no charge.i had a electrical issue with my truck.both guys guided me thru the process of getting back on the road and I did with their help by phone.well they tell me to save my money by listening to their suggestions .I followed their steps problem solved.not that I was looking for any free help .it was so simple they didn't want to charge me.most road service guys do.hoard trucking,LLC.give them all your business .very upfront and has great customer service!

They will rip you off like nobodies business. They claim to provide cross docking services and then they will charge the full cost of the cross dock plus the rental cost of a forklift. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Recently fell victim to their extremely outrageous charges of $824.31 for one drive tire which was put on 6 miles away from their shop.Service: Tires
