Do not recommend this place! In February I used their services because my car would not start. The starter was replaced and within 2 weeks my car was doing the same exact thing. So against my better judgement I took it back to them. Was told it was my battery so that was replaced. A week ago my car did the same exact thing in which I was absolutely not taking it back after calling them on the phone to inquiry about the warranty on the starter for them to tell me it's probably something electrical. I had my car towed to another well-known garage in which they informed me my starter was not properly installed and had missing bolts. Now I am out of $109 for tow services and $50 for the other garages diagnostic test. As of today I am still waiting for the owner to call me back. I seriously doubt if my battery was even bad now! Never again!

My girlfriends car broke down on 81. They towed it to their shop quick. I events called them they get even though they had our number. They had already ordered the parts and was about to start fixing it without approval. The price went from $280 then just below 400 then the day or was fixed they tried charging me over 600. The "mechanic" said another person added wrong yet the price went up and down while he was on the phone. The owner was very rude as well. I will never go back to then and I don't recommend using them. Are their mechanics even ASE certificate or are they just backyard mechanics?

We locked the keys in my truck on a Sunday afternoon. This business answered the phone and agreed to come help us ASAP ( in twenty minutes )The gentleman who showed up was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently to open the door on my Dodge truck and we were on our way. The cost was very reasonable!! Thank you for saving the day

Darryl and his crew are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I am thoroughly surprised they are still in business with the way they handle situations with their customers. They initially had told me it would be $150 to unhook my car from their tow. I proceeded to tell them okay and go to get my cash from in the house. When I come back from getting my money they tell me I have to now follow them back to their shop(in Inwood) because I took too long and wasted their time. When I asked them to take the $150 so I didn t have to drive out in the snowstorm, they told me I had to now pay $250 and drive to their shop to pick it up, NO EXCEPTIONS. I have no idea why they would want to put someone s life at risk and make the situation worse that what it was. I am 18 years old, so I don t have money like that to dish out. When I explained this to them they couldn t of cared less. Unreasonable and disrespectful are the words I would use to describe these men and their actions. I would never recommend this towing service to ANYONE! Not even my worst enemy. If you choose to use their professional services , you might want to reconsider before making that call.Service: Special vehicle towing

Went in with a tire that kept going flat. They said it was a pressure monitor in the tire that went bad. They ordered it and put it in. They were incredibly rude. The tire kept going flat. When we brought it back they said they aren t giving us our money back. Nothing else. They didn t want to talk to us. When we brought it in to our regular shop they said they replaced the valve but not the monitor.Do not bring anything to this place. They are crooks!!! I can understand a mistake but to not fix it is ridiculous!

Thank my Lucky Stars that i was not broke down on the Interstate , i called for a local tow an about 12miles away from the place i needed my car towed to an they were trying to charge $250.00 So i called another tow service so much convenient an cheaper $110.00 (So dont call Les's towing )

Dont let these people tow your vehicle they are crooks. All of them get caught in lies, if they are at your house or establishment call the police
