Just wanted to give a quick shout out to our salesman Zachary. We were uncertain of what we needed as we are trying to downsize and Mr. Morgan took the time to make sure we got all the info. we need to make the right decision. He was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I have at least two more purchases to make this year and I will definitely be contacting Zach for any further purchases.

John Bennett, who runs the body shop, is excellent at his job. He gave me the attention I needed at a very difficult time for me. He made me feel like I was his only customer. I have bought two vehicles at Yes Chevrolet, and even though my car guy moved on to another job, I will definitely buy from Yes again, and that is solely because they have the foresight to hire people like John. Thank you John for being the professional you are, and more importantly, for being the man you are.

I have had two experiences with buying a car at Yes Chevy and both times were great. The salesman Zach helped me and was very knowledgeable about the cars and helped make the process go smoothly. Definitely recommend stopping by there if you re in the market for a car!

I came to Yes Chevrolet for a truck to pull my travel trailer. Being a newly single female with NO knowledge of trucks, I was lucky enough to be teamed up with Zach Morgan. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had looking at trucks. The salesman was very pushy. Held my keys basically as ransom until I had to make them give me my keys to leave. Truck had issues and was still caked in mud underneath and death wobble but they had just put a brand new inspection sticker on it. They obviously didn't inspect it. Absolutely will never go back

Riley, Josh, and Eli went above and beyond to make a long distance deal work.. Eli started by sending me pics and videos of the car as it was being delivered to the dealership. Riley gave me a great price on a new Z06 and a fair value on my trade. Josh delivered the car to me 500 miles away by trailer and took my trade back at no extra charge. Also, after the sale Leo reached out and made sure OnStar was set up perfectly. Yes Chevy is the BEST!

As someone who is scared to get out of the car and look around at dealership lots (I am afraid of salesmen flocking me) Yes Chevrolet has changed my mind. A young man with Glasses named Chris headed my way as soon as I pulled on the lot and I thought 'oh no here we go. Can not even look in peace.' He politely asked a few questions and was happy to leave me be when I asked to look around by myself saying to come to him with any questions. I was baffled that he understood that people don't want people breathing down there necks while trying to look around. Once I was done looking he was right by the front door and helped me right away. He was very understanding with clearing up any doubts I had and left very happy.

Just purchased a 2024 Chevy Trax LT from Yes Chevrolet. The salesman, Jackson VanScoy, and finance department listened to where I wanted my payments to be at and were willing to negotiate my trade in order to make the sale, unlike another local dealership I had visited previously. Highly recommended!!!

We had the pleasure of working with salesman Jack Bruer. He was very communicative with us and made the whole process of buying a vehicle out of state a breeze. We had it delivered and it arrived right on time in the exact condition listed. Everyone we spoke with from the dealership was polite and helpful. I love my new wrangler! I was here yesterday, and very anxious to begin with because I have no had good experiences with other car dealerships. Chris Kelly was my sales rep and between him and all the staff I spoke with at Yes made this the best experience, Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was completely comfortable and understood every step of the process! Signed the contract the night I got my new car and about five days later got a call to come back and resign the contract because they had made a mistake. Needless to say, price that I m paying now is much higher than what was told to me with the first contract. Besides that I love my new car and the staff was nice.

This establishment is the absolute worst place to do business. DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership unless you have no other options. I financed a used vehicle here and since the moment I ve driven it off the lot I have had to sink money into repairs. I took it to their service department twice within a month. The extended warranty they provide is a complete joke. I drove the car for 6 months and my battery died and a mechanic told me that the vehicle had the wrong battery in it and it caused so many more issues. I have had the car a little over a year now and I have driven it maybe 6 months because it s not safe to drive. I m currently having it diagnosed AGAIN for the check engine light. I don t have the money to continue to do this and the worst part is I m so far upside down, I can t even trade it in. I just accepted a new job and I don t have a reliable vehicle. This is extremely stressful, frustrating, and completely unfair.

Our experience at yes Chevrolet was exceptional, by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Leo knocked it out of the park, we were in a pickle and Leo knew exactly what to do and how to help, I know he worked hard behind the scenes along with the team at yes Chevrolet, but to us the process seemed seamless and smooth and we walked happy customers with our new 2024 Chevy trax with no regrets what so ever! This dealership has a really wonderful service department. The mechanics go above and beyond to be transparent about their work, and the costs. The mechanic, Andy, who worked on my car called me several times to discuss what needed to be done, what the costs were, and then followed up at the service conclusion, to tell me what was the next recommended services ie- spark plug replacement in 46k miles. I go out of my way to recommend this service department and I highly recommend Andy to my friends, by name!

Went in for an oil change on Friday, in and out within 45 minutes! It was cheaper than other garages in the area, and they have great customer service. I interacted with Bri & Ryan, and had a great experience. I ll be back in a few thousand miles
