Just wanted to take a moment and share my thoughts about my switch to Verizon. Myself and my teenage daughter had just been through a very embarrassing and stressful situation with my previous carrier that left us feeling hopeless. After 3 years of loyalty and paying my bills on time every month I was misquoted on the price of an upgrade for myself and my daughter (her phone had broke the beginning of the month) and I was forced to not only take her brand new phone & return it and choose a lesser model but they were only willing to upgrade the one line and was going to leave me with my older model and charge me a very expensive bill every month. So I refused and set out in hopes to find a carrier that might give us a reasonable price on two lines and two new phones. I walked in Verizon bewildered and defeated by my previous experience in the week and this amazing gentleman walked right up to us and carefully listened as I poured my heart out about what had transpired with my current cell provider and he said Ms, take a seat I ll be right back and we ll find something that works for you. He had a genuine smile and we could tell he genuinely wanted to solve our problem. In 30 minutes we both had brand new phones, great service plan, iPhone protection and HE DID EVERYTHING. He contacted the previous provider got our numbers transferred and and went over the numbers from start up to my monthly payments easily, efficiently and in a manner I could understand. He also left his work number so if at anytime I have questions or issues I can contact him directly to figure things out. I ve never had such a pleasant experience in cell service, I was dreading it so badly because it s easy to get trapped in something you don t need or understand. Not at Verizon and not with Manny he was AMAZING and I am so glad to be a part of the Verizon network!! Thank you Verizon & thank you Manny!!

David was amazing today! My husband and I have been wanting to trade our phones in for some time now. Both of our phones were outdated and we had been having some trouble with both of them. I never have the best luck when trading in my phones but today was a different experience. David was on top of it and let us know every single offer available. He was so quick to get us exactly what we wanted. He made sure we have all the new promotions and gave us advice on all plans and options they have to offer. He showed us all of the cases, screen protectors, and available accessories they offer her at Verizon. We were able to both get the color phone we wanted while also having other options to choose from. We had been wanting to get an IPad for our middle son for a while now and David made that choice easy for us today. So not only are we leaving with two brand new phones but we also will have a brand new iPad that will save us the hassle of letting our kids on our phones and using hotspot. We were able to get a good deal on our Apple Music, the Disney plus bundle, and the Netflix and HBO MAX. The deals were great and fit our budget perfectly! I am so happy with our service provided by David today and would recommend him for all your phone needs!

Came into the store with my iPhone 13 showing SOS mode. David and Mason helped us upgrade all of our phones! They were both very kind, professional, and very helpful. They made the upgrade process smooth and painless.

We came into the store today to check on our service. We were advised of the current promotion and were able to trade for new phones. Our representative, David, was very knowledgeable and set up our new phones and watches. Very good experience!

I walked into this office complaining about Straight Talk and Donovan told me about Verizon s Prepaid Plan and walked me thru everything perfectly and took his time and setting me up with a plan and even checked on me today to make sure everything was good!! Top notch in my book!! He s definitely been trained the right way!! 5 stars!!

Came into the store today looking upgraded s20 ultra to the 24 ultra. David helped me upgrade and transfer everything over. I also got a new tablet! He was very knowledgeable and kind!

I visited the Verizon location in Teays Valley yesterday and was assisted by Donovan. I've been a long time Verizon customer but was in need of a new phone for myself and my mom. I can't say enough good things about Donovan but I'll try. He's extremely knowledgeable about the iPhone, phone plans and billing. We were there for quite some time and he was patient throughout our visit. Overall just a professional who takes customer service seriously. Very pleased with the interaction, our new phones and accessories and plans. Thank you Donovan.

I visited the Verizon store in Teays Valley today. I was assisted by Madyson Larch she is amazing! I upgraded & switched from T-mobile. She was so nice and patient with me & my half broken phone. Team Verizon all thanks to her!!

I stopped in to shop around new plans as I was paying an outrageous bill monthly to AT&T. I worked with Madyson and she was very genuine, kind, and helpful. I had no idea as a travel agent I would qualify for a business account which saves me money big time. I had such a wonderful experience at this store, and I will remain a customer of Madyson s forever.

We decided to switch to Verizon from The Other Guys and Sean was SO helpful! He explained everything to us in easy terms and made the process to move us over enjoyable. He worked hard to give my business a great deal on our new service and we couldn t be happier! GREAT customer service!

From the moment I walked in I felt as ease with buying a new phone. What I liked about Jason is that he didn t push the product on me but was very knowledgeable about the product. I would definitely go back to Jason when buying a Verizon product in the future.

Came in because my auto pay got turned off and got locked out of my Verizon. Jason provided great service and was able to get me enrolled and even saved me money on my bill. Highly recommend.

Came in to the Verizon store to pay off a couple of phones and cancel service. The customer service representative Jeremy did a great job at taking care of me. He took his time and took a look at my account to make sure I had the best plan! He got me multiple promotions by trading in my phones and got new devices! I highly recommend him to anyone!

Jonathan at the Teays Valley store was fantastic. We were greeted by him immediately when we walked in the store. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We went in the store to see if they could fix my mom's phone but we ended up upgrading both of our phones. He answered all of our questions we had along the way and transferred everything over to our new phones. Definitely recommend going to see him for all your verizon needs!
