These guys are great! Friendly and professional! I had a repair on a headlight that I tried to fix several times over a month. Could not get it done. I left my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I thought it would take a long time to fix. Within a little more then a hour they called me. Your car is done. Wow, fast service. The price to fix it was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again! Great guys!

While going through a very hard and trying time, I was able to be helped by all these wonderful people who run and work in this establishment!They are so caring, polite, and you ll always be 100% satisfied no matter what you re dealing with. I m very blessed to say the least to have been able to stop in when I had to. If I didn t, my tire probably wouldn t have made it much longer.Thank you all for your help and the work you did for me. It may not have been much, but taking the time to just help was everything to me.Definitely recommend every time!!

I had an issue a couple days ago when my Chevy Equinox check engine light came on. Dusty, Chuck, Ben and their crew were awesome in being extremely thorough in getting all my issues resolved and a quick turnaround. They are always honest in everything they do and their prices are very fair. We will definitely be back with all of our car needs in the future. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Elated these gentlemen opened the shop, they are and will continue to be my people, over 20 years been my service techs. They have always treated me with respect, kindness & they exude character and positive energy. Thorough and fair and you are more than a number, Highly recommend you visit them.

I ve been to Teays Valley Auto Service Center 3 times now. Each time I was very impressed with their professionalism. They are very honest about what needs to be done and will do it very quickly. Each time I ve be surprised on how fair their pricing is. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My new first stop for any of my family s vehicle needs. It s hard to find an auto shop that values honesty and fairness.They never tried to get me to buy things I didn t need. They were honest in their evaluation. And they were fair in their pricing.

James( Roadhouse) Allen Sayre. We are so blessed and grateful that Robert Dusty Hill, and Charles Chuck Snyder went out on a limb, and formed this new company, that s going to shape our vehicle needs, And keep us safe on the road, for so many years to come. I praise Jesus every day that this establishment was built, the leadership, dedication, trust, that all of these individuals have, and possess, will keep everyone safe and make their vehicles last so much longer, you just need to go to Teays Valley auto service center, and they will provide you with whatever you need. How does Roadhouse, Jimmy Sayre know all of this??? I used to work with everyone of these guys, Dusty Hill, Chuck Snyder, Ben Lett, Big Dave Jividen, And Derek Davis , they have so many years of experience and integrity, they are second to none. They are the best of the best, they are up there in the top, elite bracket. What I am driving at, it s like saying they are the cats meow. When you are the cats meow, it cannot get any better than that, there s nothing better than having a kitty cat meow at you !! In closing, this is most definitely a dream come true not only for the owners, and founders of the establishment, and all of the employees that came along with Chuck and Dusty, but also for all of the happy current customers and all future customers. All the employees at Teays Valley Auto service center have most definitely earned this establishment. Jesus had a plan all along!! I made an appointment with Teays Valley Auto Service on April 9 to have my brake pads and rotors checked. I thought they may need replaced. This is the first time I ve used them. I dropped my car off on the 8th before they closed. I also asked Dusty if they could rotate the tires. Dusty called me that evening and the rotors were fine and the pads didn t need replaced yet. I asked Dusty if they could change the oil since it was due. I picked up the car on the 9th. They were very professional and honest. The service was fast. He could have told me they needed to be replaced and I wouldn t have known any difference. Very clean. I would highly recommend and I will go back for my car repairs.

This is the best place in the tri state valley to get your car serviced. They do an excellent job!!! These guys are accommodating, detailed, knowledgeable and extremely skilled!!!! They are friendly and caring!!! You can trust them to do the best job and are reasonable with their prices. Thank you all for taking such great care of my 2018 Toyota Camry!!!!

These guys are the very best. Chuck, Dusty, and Ben are the bomb. They will help you in whatever way they can and know how the real world works, and how good work at a fair price is something their customers deserve. I can t recommend them enough.

Great place to take your vehicle. I worked on the electric of that shop during construction and i know the owners want to provide top quality service there, wich is rare these days. I will definitely be taking my vehicles there.

I'm glad to see this place open. It's nice to see locals making good for themselves. We just had an inspection, oil change, and a flat repair. Reasonably priced and quick service.

On the way to WV from NC my car started making funny noises, I took it in and they figured out what was going on and got it fixed before I needed to leave to head back to NC. Establishment was very clean, staff was extremely nice and professional and very reasonable as far as price goes!!! I would definitely use them again!!! Thanks to the owners and staff for a job very well done!!!

My first time here. I went for a can inspection and I had made an appointment that morning was seen at my appointment. The wait time was great! The workers were friendly. Very clean waiting area. Highly recommend.

Took good care of me. Mounted and balanced 4 tires and fixed a leaky tire. All at a reasonable price, i plan on using them in the future for my car repairs.

I dropped off a car with a terrible vibration. They called me about an hour later to tell me what was wrong and once I approved the repair I got the call to pick it up about 45 minutes later. Very fast, very professional, and the car vibration has stopped. Thanks!
