Nice store inside, fueling lanes, repair shop, parking, food. Just a lil hard getting into due to the traffic in teays valley, just follow the enter/exit signs and traffic signals. Restrooms available. Not many truck stops near Charleston, so it's an ok place. Im getting fuel there all the time

Very clean, workers are extremely courteous, I couldn't have rested at a better truck stop. I recommend anyone driving thru WV to stop here if you're tired you will be treated like family!

Great place to stop for diesel! Lanes are clean and easy to get in and out. Also, great showers and lounge!

Very professional and friendly! My Mom and I went in for directions and advice for the best location for souvenirs. They had a full conversation with us. Great folks!

Bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in at least 12 hours. No decaf, weak coffee, sign says 'mask required for entry' but the clerk wasn't wearing one so, what's the point? Yes, the majority of parking is reserved at $18 a pop. Perhaps I've got my priorities too high. Or, they've got their's too low.

Okay, well all the parking I saw was pay. As for the clerk that I dealt with, I left with the feeling that I was bothering him/ her by making them do their job. This wasn't the first time that I was made to feel like this, but it will be the last. I have no intention of returning to your business unless my company sends me there for fuel.

Cute building. Garage on site for unexpected repairs. All the typical amenities, bathrooms, showers, laundry facilities, souvenirs, expanded automotive/hardware section, food, drink, snacks.**The day I visited I happened to lock my keys in my Jeep (yes, again, it s an ongoing problem) and I have to say the cashier on duty and one of the guys from the garage both went above and beyond to help out a frazzled vendor who was having a rough day.**

Big joke. Don't believe anything they tell you. Because they lie about everything. Good place to stay out of. No facilities. No food. Just dog and pet food. The fuel attendant just bragged about finding a better job somewhere else. When I asked her about the food. She just laughed and said you nasty dirty truckers are like pigs in a pen.you will eat anything. I just left.

They keep finding more n more ways to raise prices. It's ashame they are so much higher than other truck stops

This is a nice truck stop. Large and clean. Hot water for the showers. Showers are large and clean. Lots of parking. Fuel island is a bit of a pain. Overall this is a great place.

This was the cleanest place That we have ever been to. Everything including the bathrooms were spotless. They have any kind of food that you would ever need. And reasonable prices. I do recommend this place highly

Not very busy. Sub-par equipment was broken. Couldn't finish everything I wanted done. Made up extra charges that I've never been charged for at any other TA's.

This is one of the best TA repair shops in regards to customer service!! Cory, the service writer, was awesome; he was professional, pleasant, friendly, honest, and most importantly he got me in right away! David the mechanic changed my fuel filter and noticed there was a lot of sludge on the bottom, he could've just replaced the filter but made a real effort to clean out as much sludge as possible. I would recommend this TA without any hesitation. They treated me like a valued customer and with kindness and respect. Thank you Cory & David, you guys are awesome! Keep up the good work!

This t/a at exit 39 on I 64 in wv is one of the worst t/a that I ve ever experiencedNo food / parking spaces are skinny/ no clean showers today because the person that cleans them didn t come to workIt s just a $ 20. Parking spaceNothing else to offer

Too high priced for sub standard work. Charged me 300 for a part that is 85 at the dealership plus milage to go get it. Stay away nothing but thieves. They have a sign out front saying thank you truckers for all you do. Needs fine print stop on in so we can screw you!

DO NOT USE THEIR TOWELS IN THE SHOWER. ugh just watched an employee scrub the whole toilet down with a towel inside and out, he was really getting in there it was gnarly. Bring your own towel.

This TA is pretty small and over half the parking spaces are "reserved" for those who want to pay $15-$20 per night to park, which I think should be against the law. The Kiosk wasnt working correctly when I was there and everybody seemed to be in a bad mood. If I had a choice of where to fuel it wouldn't be here.

No restaurant. Heated up prepared microwave dinners is what they have to eat here, and they cost $12.00 $18.00 dollar's for re-served parking. Quite place to spend the night....

I stopped here to get fuel and something to eat and use the rest room. I looked at the hot food and there was a TA employee looking at it, he shook his head and walked out the front door headed to McDonald's next door. I went into the rest room, no tp. I asked the girl behind the counter she says the guy that was just here is only one that could get it and he was no where to be found. Based on other reviews I read, they don't really want you to use the bathroom here.

About half the parking is paid. Super tight as well. Staff is friendly. They also had some deli meals prepared which was nice.

I have to say that here at this location peoples are so professional. Coru (Cory) its amazing guy, he gave me every answer which i ask him, he was patiend and really helpful, which is not case with 90% of mechanic specialist.Also i was there when other truck driver came in and ask him some questions, he also was kind and he told him what he wanted to know.He was working on front desk 06/03/21 at 23:35, so message for TA Supervisors and managers here is:With this kind of peoples in your shop you will be strongest shop in USAThank you guys see you again next time.

Country Pride no longer exists at this location but they have some premade food that's alright if you're not picky about food. Decent services for the truckers.

After they closed the Country Pride here, it's gone downhill. It would of still been open if more drivers actually walked inside and had a good home cooked meal.

This place is crazy expensive, they have charged me just because I was inside $20 I couldn't believe it, I told the mechanic to make my aliment on perfect place and I refuse 3 time to don't leave without making everything on right way, wich he should know better than that. Guy's they are crazy expensive that's all. Good luck

They were not terribly busy so I was able to get the truck in right away. Knowledgeable, Courteous, and Informative. The Service rendered paid attention to my concerns, and company bottom line. Thanks Guys....

I see the owner waist his time responding on social media instead of getting a damn restaurant in his establishment! How can you POSSIBLY care about drivers when you don't have the ability to feed them a home cooked meal! And hot dogs don't count!!!

Went in for an oil change and brake inspection. The mechanic did a great job and adjusted my brakes. I did not need a brake job. Very professional!!
