Quiet, Clean, Peaceful.The shower I had was very clean(water pressure and temperature was perfect, they have 2 pool tables.Laundry center(very clean) 4 washers, 4 dryers.Drivers lounge has ample amount of seating.12/16/23

This has to be one of the best ta I have stayed at shower was worth every penny clean and nice water pressure and heat. driver lounges are nice and there are several upstairs and downstairs. employees were nice and helpful plenty of parking. Fast food in walking distance. Will definitely be a stayover place for me on my regular runs.

Stopped for a shower, was hesitant from others reviews, but glad I ignored. Shower #4 was spotless. Even the ceiling vents and fan blades were lint free! Pressure was great. Water stayed hot the entire shower. Everything was well stocked. Even asked for additional towels and they obliged. Showers are located upstairs...just FYI.

Stopped to get an oil change on saturday. Went well, did a 34 hour reset and booked a load monday. Drove about 60 miles before the check engine light came on and low oil pressure. Drain oil plug missing. Called, seems like they will honor a roadside repair. Waiting....

Stopped here at about 4am hoping to find a spot due to driving all night I DID got some sleep went for a shower and I must say I'm impressed by how clean it was. I don't need the restaurant cause I cook my own food on my truck but besides this I was able to refresh to continue on.

Not bad parking availability. Its a smaller TA but in a good location alot of other stores nearby. My biggest complaint is the Fedex and UPS drivers who always do drop and hooks in the parking lot. All you hear is fifth wheels slamming every 20 minutes, you can t get any peaceful sleep from them. I have stopped here multiple times and always see the fedex drivers.

I haven't traveled through this area since last summer. I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the restaurant that USED to be here at the TA was closed down. The only food options at the TA itself now are their hotdogs and prepackaged sandwiches. The area where the restaurant was previously located has been turned into a lounge area. There are tables & chairs with outlets handy for charging electronics, a pool table, a few game machines, AND two shiatsu massage chairs. At the time of my writing this, the massage chair was only $1/3 minutes, $5/15 minutes, and $10/30 minutes. It was well worth the $5 I fed it, as it works very well. I'm sorry to see the restaurant gone, but I'm glad they still provide a usable area in its place.

To all the truckers complaining about the lack of a restaurant... this truck stop is surrounded by them. Go walk next door or across the street.Other than that, it's just a regular TA. Nothing amazing. Not counting the restaurant, they have what you normally expect. At least this one has food options nearby. (And even a grocery store!) The truck parking is pretty cramped though.

They have a giant spotlight on top of the gas pumps aimed into the parking lot. The spotlight blinds drivers trying to park. It's going to cause an accident.

The parking spaces are to close together and asking for someone to back into you. They should take 1 spot from each row to give drivers a piece of mind. Trucks were parked asking exit making it difficult to exit property. Lots of food nearby and really ready to walk to. The store is clean and we'll stocked.

My experience was pleasant. Cashier girl was sweet and nice. Laundry was spotless and plenty available machines. Honestly I rarely leave TAs good reviews but I have to be fair. Today was nice

Love's truck stop have FREE parking and lots of new truck stop opening. I was going to stop at this TA but seeing reviews and closed restaurant. I'm at new Loves 130 miles south. I get 2 free shower every day, free parking clean brand new shower. I-77 ext 58 they even have food here ! Bastian VA

Another money hungry company that charges to park and didn't add spaces. And the world wonders why there's a shortage of drivers if you're going to take away spots to park instead of paying $15 to park you ought to expand your lot and for all those you took away you want to add and it's no wonder why people want to park at 2 or 3 in the afternoon that's why I support loves.

Sad check in for another oil change. I was told to pull behind a door 2 hours ago and that there was only a tire change in front of me. Then i wake up to a truck pulling in beside me getting a oil change and im still behind the bay door. The last ta took 3 days to do my oil change in NM who knows what this one will do. I guess a black man cant get no service at none of them. Why are no blacks behind the desk at these jobs. This is bs.

$8 for a bag of ice that's already half melted? Hey TA, you realize that Love's prices are half what yours are, they have a superior loyalty program, nicer facilities, and better staff, right? Just declare bankruptcy and get it over with instead of bankrupting the American drivers.

Convenient location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Shop personnel was helpful and despite having 2 trucks ahead of me. They replaced a tire on truck and repair another one on trailer in under 3 hours. Not bad to be honest. Tight parking that fills up quick so get here early.

One of the better handicap showers the shower Seat where is adjusted properly The water was slow to get warm but all in all decent shower

This TA has a good amount of parking however most of the spots are marked Reserved . The bathrooms were clean and the workers were friendly. We got some coffee and snacks from inside. The coffee doesn t really compare to Pilot coffee but it s decent. There was no restaurant inside however there are plenty of places for food nearby and a grocery store right next door. Fireside Grille has excellent food and it s right across the street.

If you have fuel problem s don t bother stopping here. They don t work on trucks here. At least the only do minimal work here. Beyond ridiculous. A truck stop build on fueling trucks and repairing them and they don t even do have the stuff. They are a cookie cutter outfit that aren t worth the time of day. Fast services that they can charge high prices for or they won t do it. Sad. Very, very sad.

Racism at this truck stop. I bought diesel because i had to. I will note not to come back. Very disrespectful girl at the register. March 31st at 6:02m. First register close to the fuel desk. Tired of white people acting that way.

I am OTR and I stopped to fuel up and shower. I forgot my debit card and drivers license in the shower and a woman who works here ran out and found me in the parking lot to return them! These folks are wonderful and top notch! This might not be the fanciest truck stop but I'll take good hearted and honest people over fancy any day!

Day or night, even when slow, never any clean showers and nobody wants to clean them. Just ridiculous. If they ain t working find someone that will. And no damn food, except, for the overpriced, soggy, pre made meals. Seems to be a trend across alot, not all, the TA truck stops. Lack of skilled management, and integrity.

Awful service. Pumps are all busy. Drivers just stay for 30 min at the pump. Staff doesn't care about how many people are in line. Terrible. I would never stop there again. If you can just avoid this truck stop.

No restaurant unless you walk to the neighboring area, and even then if you arrive after 10pm you are pretty much left with McDonald's. You better reserve a spot before you arrive because free spots are limited. The showers do have good pressure and hot water, that's about the only thing good that I have to say about this place.

Exceptionally nice travel center. Great service and food 24hrs, 7days a week. Two floors with a lounge on each that have a pool table and other games. Plenty of places to sit, too.
