Absolutely trying to rip customers off. My wife came in for inspection sticker. They told her the front left wheel bearing needed replaced. They quoted her $745.00. Of course she called me and I left work to come see it myself. I have a decent amount of experience with vehicles and knew for a fact my wheel bearings were fine. I had them lift the vehicle back up and to my surprise no slack/play at all in the tire on the front left. Also I have a 2015 F 150. The wheel bearing is bolt on not compressed. The part on Google is $110.00. They said there price for the part alone was $346.00. They also said their buy cost was $150.00 and the mark up was industry normal. I am taking to a different garage tomorrow to get inspection sticker and show them there is zero play in the wheel bearing. DO NOT BRING vehicle here. 3 people in line said they are experiencing same issues with this Organization.

Had 8:30 am appointment. No notification until I got there there were no technicians. As I waited another customer came in I I heard the lady say they would not be there until 9 am or later. She didn t even tell me or another customer waiting it would be that long. Then when asked, the lady was condescending and rude. Said I could just go somewhere else. Wonder if the owner of this business would have treated the customers the same? Made the appointment the day before and they had my phone number and could have called, told me when I walked in and been apologetic about it, since their guy called in sick. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. If you notice all of the poor reviews are within the past few weeks and months. I used to get good service with a smile until today. They have really went down hill with service and attitude.

Everyone at Mr.Tire was amazing nice & friendly staff. Very informative with my vehicle kept me up to date Kendra, Kaleb and my technician that worked and worked on my vehicle trying to get my ABS Light off Thank you guys for an amazing experience! I had a 2020 Hyuaidni Elantra. 10/10 would return to them again!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! So I paid 644 for rear brakes and rotors 3 months/15k miles ago. How are my rear brakes already eating into my rotors again especially before my front? They tried to charge me 644 this time just for the brakes and rotors not including the oil change and $80 wiper blades they charged me for from the last time. 3 months ago made an appointment for 11 for tires and it is now 120 pm still waiting on just tires. Who knew tires took 3 hours. I m sure I ll be charged for every second of those 3 hours too. There s not even a point in making an appointment here because they won t save the bay from walk ins. I called c Adam Toney down the street and was told 289 for rear brakes and rotors and that included labor also. I m honestly questioning if they ever changed my rear brakes and rotors because it doesn t make sense how I ve had to replace the lesser used set of brakes 2 times before I had to replace the front. And the wiper blades were not worth $40 apiece at all. They literally lasted as long as the brakes. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! They changed management and went to hell. Been bringing my cars here for almost 10 years now. I think I ll be going to c Adam Toney from here on out

My sister was trying to get tires that she purchased installed at a Mr.Tire location in Hurricane WV. I had told her she should go there, so she did. To our surprise they told us they only install tires that come from eBay, Amazon and another location I can t think of off the top of my head. Well my concern is that we bought the tires off of a company called tire bros and had them shipped to us. I think its not very good business practice to turn down a customer based on where their tires come from. I have been to this store multiple times with my fleet vehicle for work and spent a lot of money, not anymore. This branch is always unprofessional and or has some big story on why they can t do the work. I am very disappointed in the way they conduct business.

Got a flat tire on the way home, new vehicle didn't come with a spare, fix a flat wasn't helping. As a walk in they were able to assess my tire, order me a new one, and have me back on the road by the afternoon! Friendly and helpful staff, quality service- highly recommend!

Always great service. Today they were a little slow.Update: communication was poor. No one told us the car was ready until I called the next day. When my spouse picked it up, they did not explain what work actually was done (he could have asked too, but either way that didn't happen).

Had an appointment, did not have to wait for my car to be serviced. The staff was really nice. I was told how much it was going to cost before repairs were being done. Their rates are reasonable. I would highly recommend!

Awesome service and friendly knowledgeable technicians. We had a flat tire while out with my elderly mother. Even they were booked up until following day, they graciously worked us in. My mother got to sit in air conditioned comfort instead of a hot car waiting on a ride or tow home.I will highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Planned on new brake pads but they said I don t need them. Not too many garages will tell you that you don t need something. Got the tires I needed in just two days. Overall, top notch service.

After trying to get an inspection sticker all morning at surrounding automotive shops in the area, only to be told I would need to wait 2 to 3 hours to be seen, Mr. Tire's friendly staff worked me in almost immediately for a quick 20 minute state inspection. They were very courteous and helpful, while other facilities had been abrupt in letting me know there would be a long wait where they couldn't even guarantee they could work me in to their schedule if I decided to wait. Mr. Tire had a very clean waiting area where my 3 year old son and I sat on comfortable chairs to wait. They even had a bouncy ball vending machine, which my son was delighted to find. I highly recommend their prompt and friendly services, since they truly put the customer first and not only how much they stand to gain from the particular service provided. Thank you, Mr. Tire and staff!

2011 Corolla: Tire "idiot" light stayed constant and I could not determine its accurately. I did not have an appointment and pulled into Hurricane Mr. Tire . The gentleman at counter immediately checked all the tires' pressure; added air to those that needed it and also used "sensor" gauge to determine 3 out of 4 tire gauges were dead. He was very courteous and thorough without a second of hesitation to help me.This is the second time this same employee "came to my rescue" in a year's time. So very thankful for his help. I regret that I never got his name.

Your people were very professional. I dropped off my vehicle and picked it back up after they called to let me know it was ready. They also told me that my tires were about due to be replaced but would pass inspection so I decided to wait until they reached the wear bar before replacing them.

Robert Dusty Hill is the best, he s the best manager you ll ever meet and you ll ever find in this lifetime. Benjamin, Ben Lett Is an excellent service manager, also Chuck Snyder is a great asset to your company. Do not lose these guys they are the best on this planet, sincerely Jimmy Sayre.

Can't bring up the tire size on their computer and i dont have the vehicle with me aaaat ...Mr. Tire. Ultimately a fail for a business with Tire in the name.

Like any chain repair shop, they try to upsell unnecessary services and products. They got us for a tire we didn't Really need. I prefer to deal with private mechanics, especially ones I know personally but circumstances were such at the time that we had to take our vehicle in. Can't be helped, I guess.

Brought our long term rental car here as directed by Enterprise. Arrived at opening and they got the cars oil changed very quickly. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Also FYI- their alignment rack will fit a crew cab long wheel base truck.

Didn t have an appointment and needed inspection/tire rotation. Took me right in no problem. This will be my new go to service retailer. Update: My daughters 2011 Malibu had a severe intermittent stalling issue without codes or engine light on. The service technician and writer kept at it until the issue was resolvedI won t go anywhere else

Went in for a special order tire on a Saturday, but I wasn t sure if the size would fit. I worked with Dusty on having a fitting to make sure they would fit. The tires came in Monday morning as promised. Dusty and the technician physically inspected the fitment with me to ensure I was satisfied. I ve been to this shop many times for tires, oil changes, inspections, etc and always have a great experience. Can t say enough positive things about these guys!

These folks are fabulous. The literally saved my life. They would not let me drive on a tire that was not safe. These are good guys, they are fair with pricing. The place was immaculate. Dusty totally rocks! I couldn't recommend a better place to go for service. I am very grateful to them and the assistance the gave me.

I went in for an oil change today and had them double check everything where I m taking my toddler on a road trip to see family in two days. It was done quickly and we were given coupons to make the overall bill cheaper, which is much appreciated, especially this time of year. Highly recommend.

My tow dolly had a flat tire and these guys were so helpful and courteous. Being so far from home, Florida, I felt so relaxed and secure as they helped me to get back on the road. I highly recommend them for your tire and other car needs.

I have been coming here to Mr Tire back when it was Appalachian Tire and the change in name never did hinder the performance and care these guys put into my vehicle!! Dusty the manager of Mr Tire is the guy you need to know when it comes to choosing the right tire for what you want. Prices have always been fair and reasonable! I would recommend this place to anybody!!!
