Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of repairs & customer service they provided. My vehicle was totaled. I decided to repair it & Mike & Greg Chandler guided me through the entire process. They care about giving their customers a great experience when having a vehicle repaired. I am very pleased & will reccomend their business to anyone needing damaged vehicles repaired. As you can see in the before & after photos it looks great.

Thought I should leave a review since that's how I based my decision choosing Chandlers. They were a direct repair shop for my insurance but wow it was bad. Went to pickup vehicle after over a month and bumper was different color than rest of the vehicle. Tail light still broken and no badges on car. I left it telling them needing it corrected. They had a few more weeks then called and asked if I broke backup camera. It was REARENDED! They tried not to fix that. After all this went to pickup again and all looked okay but no badges on car. I put them on myself after all that. Would not recommend. No stars.

I had a new hood put on my 68 vette and realized the labor shortage is affecting everyone. They try to get insurance claims back ASAP as they should.But even though I got a little impatient, they did an awesome job !

Everyone here was super nice and helpful! We pulled in with a SUPER flat tire at 5:01 and they were supposed to close at 5. Although they didn t have any tires to buy because they do body work, they were super helpful in getting the donut on my car and directing us where to go. I m very thankful they were there and so kind when we needed help!

After hitting a deer insurance sent me to saint albans location. My poor review is due to them joyriding in my 2016 wrx. They racked up 300 miles on my car when it should have been sitting in the shop getting repaired. Be sure to check milage after getting any work done. This is grounds for a lawsuit if i had noticed before leaving their shop!Service: Body & Trim

These guys are the real deal. True professionals in every sense of the word. My wife's car got severe hail damage ($7,800 worth to a 2017 Mustang). Literally every metal panel on the car was dented. Mr. Chandler promised, & delivered, the car back in 5 days. Did a fantastic job! Paint match was flawless (Grabber Blue)! Not a ripple, wave, nor scratch to be found. Believe me, I went over this car with a fine-tooth comb.The people there are outstanding. All we had to do was drop the car off. Greg & his staff took care of all the insurance particulars & made the whole process as seemless & stress-free (considering the situation) as I've ever experienced. I can't recommend this shop highly enough.

Incompetent Management Non existing ownerThis review is for St Albans location.First off I took my wife's brand new Yukon Denali to them to get front bumper painted after a small fender bender with minor damage. Simple job right?? Not for this place after taking it back 3 times the manager tried to blame my wife for their poor work. Said the car had front end impact and was the reason for their poor painting job not being able to last around headlights. Funny thing we never had trouble with paint around headlights before they got ahold of it. I asked to speak to owner said he would call me but I never received a call. Don't waste your time with this place I wouldn't let them paint a wheel barrow.Service: Painting

Had rear bumper damage. Had to have them keep the car an extra couple of days b/c I was not satisfied with the paint job. Once they reworked the paint it looked good as new. Work was done near the end of 2015.

The body work that was accomplished on my Ford Explorer is just outstanding! I couldn t be happier! The staff is friendly and the work was done quickly. I couldn t recommend a better place to go! Thank you Greg and your team!

Greg is a very nice guy very good service, After he got Troy out of there, me and my father got a run around on our ford f150 at first but Greg stepped in and fix everything back to the way it was supposed to be..Thanks again Greg

I took my car to be fixed after car wreck and it looks good but I have had it but 2 times do to back lights not working

Best work in the valley when it comes to collision repair and paint...May take a little longer but it's done right..They also have auto repair and have always treated me right and no hidden charges...You can get cheaper, but so is the work.....
