Mike, Greg and staff were very professional and took good care of my car. I was sent to their shop on a referral from my in-laws the Kirkhart's whom have used Coopers for years. My cars transmission and a/c were repaired and I'm very pleased with the cost and the repair work. Highly recommend this repair shop.

They installed a cheap remanufactured alternator from Malaysia on my vehicle. It wasn't even the correct one. It quit working after two months. Cheap parts and not professional. They charged me $300 for a $30 dollar alternator.So much for being NAPA Certified. I will never go back again.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Took my car here multiple times for a rattle in the back seat. I told them exactly where the rattle was (ended up being right) but they insisted it was something else. Each time they said it was fixed and I paid. It was not fixed. I finally asked for a refund and was treated very rudely. Not to mention the mechanic leaving me notes in my car ( gorgeous ) and looking me up on social media and liking my posts finally took it to a dealer and they found the issue and are getting it fixed, while treating me with respect:)Service: General repairs & maintenance

took my car here for a problem with a sensor I was told TWICE I had the wrong part (I didn't another shop got it on my car no problem) they also where kind enough to unplug my o2 sensor so my car would run even worse. I paid them 102 bucks to not only lie to my face but to mess with my car! I'd give zero cars if I could.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

The guys in the shop are very nice. However, they will up-charge you for labor and they will lie so you come back. In October 2022 I went in for an oil change. I knew my headlights were out. I was planning on putting new bulbs in myself. When they got done with my oil change they told me that they tried to put new bulbs in but they didn t work. They told me is was a wiring or fuse issue and that I should bring my car back in later. So I did. When I took my car back in I told the guys in the lobby that the mechanics told me to bring it back because of wiring or fuse issues, then I left. When I returned I asked if they figured out why my lights weren t working, they told me that I just needed new bulbs . Cost me like 100$ just to put new bulbs in. Wish I had said something then but since I didn t I m leaving a review so that hopefully the next young woman with a car problem will go somewhere else.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

We were traveling through WV when our power steering went out. We pulled off at the first exit and luckily came across Coopers. Had us back on the road in an hour or so. Great experience!Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Helped my wife and I out so fast and courteously today! Our vehicle has a very hard to fill transmission where the fluid had to be put in from the underside and pumped into the transmission. It was low because the transmission had started to shift hard and slip (it will do this when it's low). Took us right in, found that the last time it was checked the plug didn't get tightened enough and had lost fluid, and had us back on the road in 20 minutes! Great place!

Great place!! Needed mustang spark plugs replaced. No one would take my car because it needed a special tool. Other places either didn't have that tool or they said it's too hard to take put because they break. Cooper's took care of it no worries! Fast and professional

Very pleased, Even though they don't schedule appts they were able to inspect, put on new tires and a oil change in a short time which fit my schedule. I definitely would recommend.

I can't speak highly enough of the people who work here. They are honest, completely trustworthy, caring, hard working and great at what they do!!! I have taken my cars here for about 8 years and would trust no one else. You will get quality service at a fair price. I will not take my car anywhere else!!! Can't find any better people!!!

I ve taken my car to Coopers several times over the last few years. Mostly for simple things like inspections, oil changes, tire rotation, etc. Thinking I may need some work on my suspension, I was grateful they gave my car a clean bill of health! Thank you for saving me a lot of money. Great place...Great guys...

Such nice people & great service! We have been completely satisfied with everything they ve done for us so far. We ve had new brakes, new tires, front end alignment & oil changes. We completely trust their judgment!!

I took two new wheels & tires to be mounted. What I went to pick it up, come to find out the inside of the wheels had chip in six places. I went inside to have one the service rep to come out and tell me why there were chip/ scratch on the inside of the wheels. He stated that the clamps would do that anytime they mounted tires &wheels , so I asked him if that what they do to every customers wheels and started yes. So yes Cooper car care in Teasvalley WV damaged my new out of the box wheels.

They quoted me an half hours work on my car it took only 15 minutes then afterwards they charged me a whole hour of work I was there the whole time 30 minutes but they still charged me for an hour very dishonest shop in my opinion.

Excellent service.They found the problem with our Trailblazer plus they noticed our front tire going flat .... If either one of these problems would've happened on the road and the way others drive, we avoided a bad wreck or worse.I recommend Coopers to anyone

Coopers has been a life saver for my car. They have done a lot of work on it and they worked with us on payment. Super nice people. Mike is my favorite, hes kind and he even helped me find another car!

Attending Teays Valley Baptist church Jubilee, our vehicle broke down just as we pulled into town. Cooper's fixed our vehicle the next day, when other places couldn't even work us in until the next week. Great job!

Very positive first experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will be using them for my service needs for the for foreseeable furniture. One thing is you do need a appointment.

Broke down on 35 just north of Hurricane on a Sunday headed back home to Northwest Indiana. We were towed to a hotel and forced to wait till Monday as everything was closed. Monday morning Mike, the owner, took our vehicle first off (understanding our situation of missing work and needing to get home asap) for our long drive home. Cooper's took care of our sensor problem and we were on our the road shortly thereafter. Thank you Mike from Mark and his friends!

My 2001 nissan broke down enroute from new jersey to Tennessee, called Joe and he gave me a number for Hurricane towing , car got dropped off and was fixed the next morning.. Great service , Great people , Great Price! Thanks Joe... Highly recommended!!!

I was travelling thru my car threw a caliper bolt. They were busy but they pulled my car in right away. They already had the bolt 10 minutes later was back on the road and didnt charge me a dime. If nothing else i would say they are a mechanic you can trust. Thank you very much coopers car care

I have experienced this twice with Coopers. Do not go there for State Inspectation. They will tell you something need fixed or replaced to pass state inspection. Both time I said no and took my vehicle to the dealer, who could find nothing wrong to prevent inspection. They tell me this is how these places make $$$. Most people will say YES please repair to avoid auto not passing inspection. Mostly people that know very little about auto repair are their intended victims. Beware !!!

Have dealt with Coop for years, always pleasant and professional, convinced my employer to take our company business to them and they keep our abused company POSs running so they'll no doubt be able to help you keep your vehicle going.
