Went to trade one of my cars and get a new one. I have negative equity in the car. Had to sign a credit application and asked to test drive the car I was interested in and was told no not until they seen if I could qualify. So I have to have a credit check before I test drive a car before even knowing if I want it? Never got to test drive, was told $6k down due to negative equity- I m not paying $6k down on a car that I m being refused to test drive. Went down the road 30 minutes after leaving and got a 2024 Chevy traverse. Only had to put down $3k but I put $8k down & was able to test drive it before even doing the credit check! So now I m the proud owner of a 2022 traverse and a 2024 traverse!

I've dealt with different Ford dealerships in the past few years and was very disheartened, to the point I was ready to give up on Ford. Between Baylee's excellent customer service, great wrench turners and reasonable dealership prices, this is the best Ford dealership I've ever been to. I'm a happy customer.

Avoid at all costs. They simply do not care.I went in for a diagnostic. I gave detailed information about what was going on with the truck which was obviously ignored. After being given a false and lazy diagnostic, being charged for a battery I did not need, going back for a second diagnostic, having an additional delay of a week due to a mechanic's personal issues for which I was not notified, having my truck hit by another vehicle inside the shop, no effort whatsoever was given to make me whole. Three weeks, all told.They did repair the damage from *their* collision, and they gave the second diagnostic without an additional charge. In my book, that's less than bare minimum in this situation.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Stopped by looking to have my new vehicle inspection sticker. The service advisor was very helpful, and I was able to get the job done in about 20 minutes.

Took car in for a manufacturer recall and nothing was fixed. Tried blaming it on a different problem which has nothing to do with the recall. $155 later and still the same issue as the recall was for. Find yourself a trusted mechanic or do the work yourself. Never go here !

Wouldn t even rate this place 1 star but it s mandatory so they get a 1. I have problems out of them every time i have to take my car in. Always getting the run around with things and never a straight answer. Rude as hell employees. Take my car in for what is supposed to be a 1 day recall fix and several times have had to leave it there for numerous days to a week. They don t give loner cars or rentals and when you call for an update they have nothing to tell you. I would not recommend doing business if any sorts with these folks.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Transmission repair

The staff have always been courteous. I can't give 5 stars considering the average wait of about 6 hours when we get the oil changed. Also, we've been waiting on parts for 5 months. I don't believe they are entirely to blame given the current state of world affairs, however a call once in that time would have been nice.

I give this place a 1 star cause they turned a simple job to a 3k job according to them couldn't even get my truck running an it would atleast start when I brought it there and now nobody there has any clue what's wrong with it the service manager didn't help with anything either good luck if you bring your truck here

I was on vacation with my family in Huntington, West Virginia. When it was time for us to begin the drive back home, we found that the oil and coolant levels were low. Since this was a rental car, I was unfamiliar with the proper products that the vehicle required. I pulled into Todd Judy Ford, and I was greeted by the Fixed Operations Director. I explained the situation, and the Director immediately told me that they would be happy to check out the vehicle so my family could safely travel back to our home, which was fourteen hours away. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Upon checking out, the on-duty Service Specialist continued with the excellent service that the Director established. In the end, the staff performed checks on all fluid levels, and topped off any that were low. This team categorized this visit as a complimentary service check, and I never received a bill.I have never received this type of service at a car dealer in my home state, as well as the empathy that the service team showed me on this day. I am grateful for the entire Todd Judy experience. Thank you!

Keith is great, but he doesn't always say yes.... I wanted a free car an he definitely said no....but we had a great experience down there and their garage fixed my boyfriends truck with a better price than anyone around. Nice people and a very welcoming atmosphere...would definitely go back.

Had a wonderful experience here. Treated very well, not taken advantage of as sometimes women are when dealing with car repairs. Cooper explained everything thoroughly and even welcomed me to call again or come by if I have further issues or problems. Update: Baylee is hands down the best. Very patient and understanding. She really listens to you and helps problem solve.

I took my Chevy to the Ford store! Excellent service from the beginning to the end! Naji is the best! Cooper and Bailey were polite and professional when speaking with me over the phone. I can feel the difference in the way my car handles. Thanks for restoring my faith in repair shops!

It's been days now and they are supposed to have gotten back to me with setting up an appointment for service. I guess they are just too busy for customer call backs. I spoke with the lady on the phone and tried to set up an appointment right then but I guess they just don't take appointments anymore.

On my first appointment, I was informed I was given wrong information from the gentleman that spoke to me on the phone. I was very upset and asked to speak to a manager to get the issue resolved. The manager told me to go ahead and make a second appointment and all would be taken care of. Upon arrival, I was given an amount due. I said this couldn't be right b/c your manager Chris Adkins said he fixed the issue and if there was a problem to directly call him. The employee called Chris, and while speaking to Chris he proceeded to tell me that he never said he would fix the issue and that he had no recalection of saying anything of the sort. I told him I would not argue with him and that I wanted my car fixed the way I brought it in and returned to me b/c I was refusing their service. He said, I'm not arguing either and then hung up on me. The next day, my husband and I went to the manager above Chris and instead of trying to fix our problem he tried to sell us a new car! We were already furious and it did not help that he was trying to "solve" the problem by having us spend even more money! It took two days to get our car back and even when they put the car back the way it was, they never called to let us know it was finished. Eight hours after going to pick our car up on our own, they called us and we answered they hung up on us. Todd Judy Turnpike Ford has lost our business permanently b/c we were treated so poorly.

Traveling across the Country and due for my oil change. So I made an appointment and got great service. They checked my history, rotated my tires and changed my oil all on my service plan. They were very efficient and I didn't wait long at all. Thanks guys!! You were all very kind.

Our experience at Todd Judy Ford of Huntington was great! Staff was very professional and polite, helpful in finding us the vehicle we wanted. No pressure and we were not rushed, patiently answering all our questions. Staff went above and beyond helping us through the process.

Mark took care of me. I had to order some seafood that are very hard to find. He done his best when I called in but unfortunately came up with the wrong numbers. However some more research & I thought I had a working number & they got my parts on the way. Today I went in to pick them up & they were what I was looking for. This guy went through so much trouble & was so helpful along with being pleasant & happy to help me over $5 worth of parts. I don't know enough about this place over all to give a opinion but this guy is a asset!

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance at 8 am .I dropped the car off and asked how long .I was told about 3 hours. I called at noon and they hadn't even touched it. What is the point of making an appointment if they don't honor it? My wife is without a car at this time and all this for a recall repair. The service manager told me to come pick it up and take it some where else. How unprofessional! Why not try to get it on the rack ASAP! I'm very dissapointed in the service I received, and with the level of professionalism from the staff.

I called the dealership on Thursday to do a credit app over the phone on a Toyota Tacoma because I m 3 hours away. Salesman called back and said I was approved and what my payments was going to be. He told me to drive up on Saturday to do paperwork and get the truck. When I got there he said the truck wouldn t start this morning and the payments was 180.00 more than what they told me. They told me they would deliver the truck Monday. Monday came he called me and said it would be Tuesday and on Tuesday he called and I d have to come back in to get the truck. So I told them to keep it so they decided to go ahead and deliver it on Wednesday and when they got here with the truck there wasn t a temporary tag with it. The called and said they would over night the tag and That was on Wednesday and this is Friday and still no tag. Very bad experience! I don t recommend this dealership to anyone

I have had a vehicle in service that I bought there less than 3 months before I took it in for 7 weeks and was told by the service manager that since it was an extended warranty repair and I wasnt actually giving him any money he could care less about me even though it was him that waited 6 weeks to even contact the warranty people. I strongly recommend not doing any business with them.

Bought a Jeep 3 weeks ago was initialed thrilled, within a week find an oil leak and a coolant leak. Corrected it after about a week, helped me out with a loan car and all but still you know the service department saw the leak while they still had it. They are very scattered with business and can hardly get a direct answer. I had to pay 280 dollars for four new rotors and I haven t even had it a month. Not to mention I had an appointment at 9 am and didn t get my vehicle till 3:30, for ROTORS. Also when they drove it after they must ve mashed the brakes as hard as possible cause everything in my Jeep was up against the backs of the seats. Very very dissatisfied.

Very professional staff, and they drove me home while they fixed a recall for the airbags, and pick me back up when they were done. The Driver was very nice and it was very pleasant experience.The drivers name was Joe Dillon, He went above and beyond to make me and my friend feel very comfortable and was very smooth ride home.

We have bought 4 cars from them. It really appears that all they care about is sells. If you use the website to setup an appointment to have your car serviced, they will call you and try and sell you the exact same car and never give you an appointment. Also, what service department isnt open on Saturdays for standard oil changes and what not? There really is no reason to go there. I have always been a fan of ford trucks but the Dodge Ram is looking pretty tempting now that I am in the market again.

Went down there to have them order a catalyst converter under warranty and they replaced the battery. Get home after a 11/2 drive back home to find a tool they left under the hood. Good thing it didn't fall down on the engine or the radiator. Go back down a week later for them to replace the catalytic converter and they cracked my windshield. Had to send some to my house to install a new windsheild. Had window tinted strip on the old windshield and they refuse to replace that strip. Like it was your mechanics that busted my windshield why should I have to pay for the tiny strip. Just poor service from careless mechanics.

Tyler Sly is doing a great job of running the service center at Turnpike Ford! He gave me an accurate and detailed idea of the diagnostic process for my F150, then an accurate and detailed estimate for repair, and a close timeframe for when it would be finished. It only took a little longer because they had to order a new seat belt buckle, and they thought it would take longer to come in, and they didn't schedule the installation for this time. BUT, it came in more quickly than they expected, and they went ahead and installed it before they let the truck leave. This put me about three hours over on the car I had rented from Enterprise, and I thought I would get charged for an extra day, but Tyler called them, and they forgave the extra hours and didn't charge me for them! The price was very reasonable for the work, and they have a "same as cash" payment plan. And, no, I'm not connected to Ford in any way except as a customer! LOL Anyone who knows me, knows I rarely put ANYTHING online, but I am VERY IMPRESSED with Turnpike Ford Service. They are doing everything right!
