So they refuse to put any other tire size on except for what came from the factory. Well in my case the manufacturer also suggested if the ride was too still to put on a one size taller tire for a more comfortable ride. Well even though I showed them the email from Ford, they still refused to do it. On top of that they tried to charge me $128 a piece for tires, but they were $110 online. I had to argue with them for 25 minutes that they had to match their own internet price. Eventually they agreed. I believe it shouldn't have went that far.

The crew & staff were extremely helpful, but the waiting time to get my tires put on was hours longer than I expected, but they told me later, it was because other people had made appointments. So, I highly suggest making an appointment time beforehand, to get your tires put on, to avoid a long wait time. If the appointment option had been suggested to me when I first called to order the tires, I'd been happier with the experience.

I was impressed with my service today. Gary was super nice. They worked fast and the price was lower than I expected. Do not get your oil change at this place. My girlfriend took her car here to get a routine oil change about three months ago. She was driving on the freeway today and her car started to shake and stall. Took it to a mechanic and they said that her oil level was very low and looked like it hadn't been changed in a very long time. No leaks or anything, just a straight scam. These guys are lazy crooks who don't care about anyone. Never take your car there.Service: Oil change

Good prices for general car care like tire changes, tire rotations and oil changes. It was a pretty large shop and service was pretty quick considering how busy it was. Being located at Walmart made it easy to do a little shopping while I waited for work to be done. Pretty convenient.

Never go here went with a slow leak in the tire. They refused to tell me how long it would take. After asking 3 time just that there were 2 cars ahead of me. After waiting 2 hours all they said was there is no leak. They did not even fill up the air in the tire. The warning light was still on.

Paid $36 per wheel just to mount tires on wheels not on a vehicle. I made it easy on them to do, even unloaded them out of my truck bed for them, but still charged more than local places. My spare tire had mud inside the rim, and they didn't bother to clean or knock off the mud and put all kinds of weights on the outside of the rim to balance a muddy tire. Looks terrible all because they were too lazy to clean off some dirt that I didn't notice till after. Now I have to pay someone else to redo that wheel properly.

They do tire patches for $15. I had a nail in my tire and they had me in and out in about 2 hours.

Got a high mileage oil change. Service was quick but change oil warning came on almost immediately. I called and they were completely dismissive. We will take our business elsewhere.

We brought a car battery from Walmart us router 60 back in November 2022 and here it's February and it's no good went to take it back they said they have to run test on it I said that's fine go ahead they said it will take a few hours which we didn't have time to wait so we brought Another one and told them to keep the battery there and we will come back because we had appointment to go to so we went back the battery was no good after all the tests they ran and they know we just brought another 1 so they said it was Walmart's policy they could not reimbursed us for the battery that was no good So we brought a battery and they exchanged the other bad battery for a new battery so now we have 2 car batteries Please tell me where that is right after we just brought another battery from Walmart US route 60 Huntington West Virginia

I got new tires put on my car 2 days ago. When I left, my car was still shaking, telling me it hadn't properly been balanced. I took it back for an oil change and to have the balance rechecked. It took over 2 hours for that to be done. We walked around the store for much longer than it should have taken. And I had to explain what needed to be done several times both times I was there. This was a very frustrating experience.

Paid for them to do the oil change that included vacuuming, checking differential, and so on... So i open my door and the popcorn my son got in the back floorboard was still there and i could tell it had not been vacuumed. I looked at my receipt and it said it was swept... Anyway it made me think if this isn't done what else didn't they do. Seems all they did was change the oil.. the differential was low also, luckily i didn't just assume they did everything they said they did... Anyway if you get anything done anywhere check it over. I didn't complain to them or ask for money back i just left, it's not my job to QC them.

2.5 hrs to have my tires rotated. The kid who checks you in has no concept of time or how valuable other people's time is. People checking their vehicles in where told about an hour for the work. But when they came back after browsing the store to find out there's still another hour or more to wait. And Mary who works the counter was grouchy as well. Don't know why I waste my time and money there. Other than the price. Because the service is below 1 star.

I never go to Walmart but it was close and I needed 2 tires. I was pleasantly surprised by the older gentleman who checked me in and the younger guy who did the actual work they were very nice and very professional. I hate dealing with car stuff. They were trustworthy and made it easy

Very poor customer service. We arrived at 8am, and were told the service would take approximately an hour. After 2 hours, we were told our oil filter could not be removed and we needed to take the care to the walmart location that had changed the oil last in order to file a claim if they were unable to remove the filter. They still had not rotated the tires within the two hours either. Waste of time, and who knows how long we would have waited had we not gone to check on it. We will not return.

Terrible service. Were there 3 hours to finally find out they stripped the bolt to the oil pan. Bunch of unprofessional people. However, co manager Eugene took care of it all so, if I could give a star rating to him it'd be a 5. The 1 star is for all the bs leading up to it being fixed and how awful it was handled.... after we were told it was our fault and had to ask for a higher manger.

I liked it bcause they were very friendly & very helpful bcause I haven't had my little cracker box very long. So I still don't know that much about it yet . But my car was finished b4 I was done with my shopping & I was even able 2 ck out there instead of having 2 go all the way back 2 the front of the store.

The worst tire center I have ever visited, wouldn't change my tires cause the emission fumes. They jacked up my van and 3 workers couldn't find a leak but still turned me away with an dangerous damaged tire and two kids in my car. They flat out refused my business because it was a hot day and they didn't want to work.

Not a fan of Wal-Mart in general, but I had an emergency and went to the tire center. They got me fixed up and back on the road in an hour. Manager was friendly.

Why doesn t anybody ever enforce the handicapped parking spaces? I had to park far away & counted 3 cars in those spaces with no placards or plates. Told the greeter, to no avail.If they aren t going to be enforced, you might as well remove them.They aren t meant for lazy people.

Come in to have a tire mounted after having a blowout was told well sorry we will not mount a tire you bring in you have to buy our $140 tire or call and have this towed out of here. Thanks for leaving people stranded what a worthless companyService: TiresService: Tires

Completely inadequate. Richard is terrible, had to call corporate and have them tell him how to do his job. Pennie was the only one that helped. Everyone else Richard, Michelle, Nathan, just kept passing the buck! Will never order site to store again! 2 weeks, 2 separate trips, and 2 hours in the store trying to get them to release my tires, then a 2 hour wait before they took it back!

Automotive Center is the absolute worst experience I've ever had dealing with what are supposed to be "professional technicians". They are RUDE and untruthful. One would think someone who has spent thousands of dollars over the past 2 years would be treated more respectfully. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE ROUTE 60 LOCATION IN HUNTINGTON, WV FOR TIRES OR OIL CHANGE.You will regret it in the end.

Bad customer service and hidden costs. It took 2 1/2 hours to put 4 new tires on our vehicle. $215.00 later and 2 1/2 hours later my car was ready. Also, if you want to purchase a tire for your vehicle that Walmarts computer dont "reccomend," they will not mount or balance it.
