I went in here to get an oil change. I called ahead the day before and they told me to just walk in. I did and they were busy I ll give them that. There was a person in front of me. We both waited together for a long while. The staff looked over at us but never spoke. Finally a man came to the counter and talked to the person in front of me (who was a man I am a woman ) and got him checked in said it would be just a bit. We were OBVIOUSLY not together and at this point someone else was in line behind me. He checked the man in and went back to work. He NEVER spoke to me or anyone else in line or acknowledged I was there. Ok now he has been looking over at me for over 30 minutes at this point. I have JOB. You have now wasted my time and I have to go back to work so now . I feel I HAVE to warn others. Bad business. Busy is great I m happy for you. Rudeness is just pitiful.

I have used this location for a few years now and have always had top notch service. I recently drove in for an oil change and the tech found that I wasn't due an oil change for another 2,000 miles. I'd had gotten the 5,000 mile oil change and forgotten that I had. Might not seem like a big deal but the honesty in todays world went along way with me. I didn't have cash to at least tip the techs that still checked my fluids and air pressure so I thought this quick review would be nice. 5 star service at this place!!!Service: Oil change

The workers are very nice, and the service was very fast. Great when your in a hurry. Only thing is I was surprised on the price at the end because I thought all the oil changes where 41.99 but later found out different. But all in all it was a great experience and highly recommend them

Listen. There are only so many things I can be good at. Cars? I am not good at cars. Fortunately the guys at Valvoline on Washington Ave are. Service was efficient, helpful, and speedy. I know I m, uhhhhhh, naive when it comes to cars and Why Won t My Check Engine Light Go Off and so on, but the folks at Valvoline have only ever been friendly and considerate. Am I gonna learn how to change my oil or what a transmission is? Absolutely not. But as long as I m still operating a vehicle, I ll be back at Valvoline, wondering how they tunneled under my car. Good stuff. Would recommend.Services: Tires, Oil change

These guys were honest with me and told me that I didn't need an oil change. They showed me my oil and brand new oil and there was no difference. I don't drive many miles, but it had been a few months since I had my oil changed. I feel like any other place would have just changed it regardless. I really appreciate their honesty, and have recommended this place to several people. Thanks, guys!

Kasey was amazing. They went above and beyond to help us on figuring out if it was our brakes or rotors that were causing our issues. They can't be beat in pricing. Overall we will definitely go their again and would recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer.

I won t take my vehicles anywhere else. It s hard to find anyone that cares about anything other than themselves anymore. I bring my vehicles here because they do care and the knowledge they have is amazing. Trey is a tech they have and I trust him, he s looked out for me every time I ve been there. Which will continue as long as they keep doing what they have been doing. I don t recommend a lot of places but I do this one. I ve met Steve too, also very helpful. Great staff!

Amazing amazing AH-MAZING SERVICE! I arrived at 5:20-5:30 pm was worried they would send me home since they closed at 6. When I pulled up I didn t even have to wait, dude motioned me in. I had a coupon and the guy told me about how much it would be after coupon BEFORE doing the service. Penzoil one time changed my oil before I could ask how much and I didn t have enough to cover it and they added more oil than my car would take then charged me extra!These guys are very fast I was HOME AT 5:36pm. Very friendly, I signed up for email club or whatever they have. They answered any questions I had, very very fast service and I stayed in my car the whole time. They all had masks on as well, to prevent covid. Only $33 after coupon and with tax and got all my fluids changed. They recommended a new oil or air filter or whatever it s called but unfortunately they were out of them. He said he d have more next week and I m definitely going back to them! Thank you valvoline team I was putting my oil change off for so long because I hate dealing with people or mechanics. I ve always had terrible experiences when getting oil changes so thank you and now I m not so stressed and won t have to put it off anymore. I can t believe how friendly, affordable, efficient these guys are. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Keep it up guys!! Service: Oil change

When I came through a couple months ago, the fella said "You're oil looks great! Come back in a month or two." Sent me home without a charge.Today she needed an oil change and the break fluid topped off. Ernie and Trey were great! Less than 10 min total, probably less.Couldn't ask for better service. :)

Trey did an awesome job helping me with my car on an oil change today! I have an extremely low car and he went above and beyond to make sure we would be able to get it over the pit and get the oil changed! Was a great experience!

Affordable and patient to my elderly parents who had many questions and changed their minds a few times. They're very disabled and elderly friendly. They even mention and bring attention to Dementia and their caregivers. Kind guys who work hard and do good work.

They are the fastest oil changing place I've ever been to. One of the regular employees is ALWAYS so friendly & has always given great customer service.

It's a 50 mile drive to them from where I live but I'll never take my car anywhere else for the basics. The people are good to us, and never try to sell me something I don't need.

It is fast and efficient. Not the least expensive place for an oil change, but if you want in and out in under 10 minutes it will happen and there are very professional and thorough.

Speedy service for a tire rotation and full synthetic oil change. Used a 10 dollar off coupon I found online. Great place.

In here for an hour because the computer lost my invoice. It cost $75 to be inconvenienced on my day off. It wasn t the employees fault necessarily, but some better training on the computer would have helped them troubleshoot the issue. They checked everything as well as changing the oil and informed me I needed rear brakes which I didn't know

Kasey knows cars and will do a great job in getting you in and out quickly. I drive a F250 diesel. I run the Valvoline full synthetic 5W40 Premium Blue Extreme.
