As a former helicopter mechanic and flight engineer and facility maintenance mechanic, this review will be based on experience knowledge and training at many mechanical levels. Having done my own vehicle maintence for decades, there are some tasks that require additional equipment that costs exceed individual obtainability.Tic Tok has repeatedly performed above standard maintenace tasks beyond just tire and wheels. Alignments, tie rods, wheel bearing seals, vehicle leveling kits just to name a few. Ryan, the shop manager gets it done with his experienced staff. Their pricing reflects proper repair stratedgies. They are still more affordable than Dealerships. Not shade tree techniques used by many shops in this area. Tic tok has been around for decades and they know the buisness. They will fix your vehicle right the first time. They stand behind their work. The images shown are from my personally owned vehicles that were entrusted to this vehicle service center.

Had my alignment done and oil changed parked on Christmas came out fresh oil all over the ground messed up oil plug and loose filter could have blown my car up

Tired to get our inspection sticker here. We have an older car not pretty but she gets us where we need to go. They literally picked every little single thing wrong with it and then said oh we can get you an estimate on all that for you. In my opinion they are just trying to get money I definitely would not go to get an inspection sticker unless you have a brand new car. Everything on our car worked and it was all legal but they failed it for little things like a crack in the bumper a little tear in the wipers. I don't doubt they do good work but like I said to get a sticker definitely not the place to go.

Blew a tire on the way from Kentucky to the east coast. Called Tic Toc Tires to see if they had a tire and could work us in for a replacement. A+ customer service. Replaced the tire quickly and checked the rest to make sure we would have safe travels. Highly highly recommend!

I have heard great things about this place so I took a vehicle in for an inspection. They failed it stating the tint was too dark. The tint on this vehicle was put on by a reputable company almost 4 years ago. I still have the service order for the tint stating 35% which is legal in the state. It has never failed inspection before, but this place put a rejection sticker on after I declined paying them $50.00 to remove the tint. I took it to another place just down the road and they tested the tint and stated that it was legal and it passed inspection. They may be a great company for some things but I do not recommend taking a vehicle to them for an inspection if you have tint.

Cheryl behind the desk was the nicest. If your car has maintenance issues do not take it here. They do bumper to bumper inspection. I have a 2000 Monte Carlo my mom owned it before she passed away and ik it had some things wrong but at least the bumper is still attached and the wiper blades are good . Smh Lights are still good just know tht it still runs .

They do fair work, you have to watch and be careful. They also charge merchant fees to anyone who uses a credit card, which I'm sure is against their merchant agreement. Which is between an extra 5 to 8 percent of the transaction.

Had a appointment just as a day ago at 230pm after spending a 2&half hrs appointment set up a day before to order a rim and struts done. The day of appointment I get told they didn't order my rim I requested after being told the day of making my apt they ordered it. Secondly I was like okay I'll pick up my car assuming they still would do my struts and I get looked at being asked what do you mean? I told them in great frustration, are you not doing my struts? Both guys says we never ordered your parts..... Now how in the heck u spend over two hrs the day before to set me up a apt and suppose to order parts after telling me you did and waste my complete time!!! They ARE GARBAGE and so sloppy! If your over whelmed do teamwork and stop being lazy and get help. I would never recommend and waste anyone's time again. I quit doing business with them and went elsewhere.

I would give zero stars but google needs at least one to make a post. My family done business with them for years until here recently. My parents had to order a brand new motor and arm for the windshield wipers in April of 2021. In May of 2021 my father passed and after getting through the services my mom went to check on the parts. They used every excuse possible. She called every other week checking and one guy told her it was stuck in the middle of the ocean on a freight! REALLY? After complaining and calling they informed her they were getting in the same make and model car and the parts were still good. She took her car down desperate and thinking they would refund her the money on the brand new part she had ordered. They did not! Instead, the guy had thrown the part away and still charged her for labor and etc. Here it is June of 2022 and they still have not received or replaced the part but instead of taken advantage of my elderly mother and just kept charging her! We have receipts of everything they have done and it is truly disgusting on how they treat their customers, especially those that had been loyal to them over the years. I called to speak with the manager and the guy informed me I could not because I was not the owner of the car. My mom took her car out to the store not knowing it was suppose to rain later on. On her way home a heavy storm came ripping through and she almost wrecked due to having only one wiper. This business is not a business just a group of scammer that takes pride in ripping off their customers! They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau and I suggest anyone else that has had issues dealing with them should do the same.

Hands down the worst customer service AND work done on a car that we have ever received. They were incapable of replacing a tail light and insisted on having their specialist do something with the wiring in the back of the car to replace this light. In addition to this, we needed 2 new tires, windshield wipers replaced, and a basic state inspection sticker. Dropped the car off at 10am on a Friday morning, still had not heard anything about the car by about 4pm (one hour before closing time) so we stopped by. This is when they informed us of the issue with the tail light, but still acted like it was being worked on and would be fixed. We return at 4:55, right before closing time, to discover that the light still had not been replaced (we ended up realizing after the fact we were still charged for the light they did not fix), therefore they could not put an inspection sticker on the car. As I was sitting in the car waiting, a car rolls into the parking lot and the guy gets out with a case of beer and takes it into the garages (where everyone is standing around and smoking) and everyone proceeds to praise the man for arriving with the beer (before the shop was even closed). As we get in the vehicle we were there to pick-up, we discover the car won't even start. We have never had issues with this cars battery or never had to jump this car before. Naturally, being closing time, Tic Toc Tires solution was to bring out a portable jump starter and they send us on their way (as the guy was immaturely mocking loud engines passing by on 3rd Avenue). The jump start proved to be just a band-aid as the car would not start the next time we tried after leaving Tic Toc Tire. They were of course closed all weekend. We tried calling Monday morning and got nothing but rude and condescending tone on the other end, which basically confirmed we didn't even want to bring the car back to this place to address the issues they created. We are still dealing with these issues almost 2 weeks after the fact. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I thought these were honest people since they were recommended to me by my dad. They will do things underhanded. I just had my State inspection done through them, and my check engine light came on as soon as I drove off the parking lot. I was told by Ryan the next day that I would be charged 70.00 just for them to check why the light suddenly came on. I am Permanently done with these people!

super helpful. busted a tire this morning. they fit me in, and even put my mess back together from whipping out the donut. very friendly, very helpful and fairly priced. I'll be a returning customercame back today to get an alignment and ac work on a jeep I just bought, super friendly, quick as expected, and didn't try to swindle me into a bunch of things like I've expirenced in the past at other shops. I'll continue to bring my problems here

Tried this place way too many times and everytime its the same thing. They are WAY overpriced and the time it takes to do anything is insane. The last time i went for an inspection, it lasted 2� hours and I'd made an appointment a week out and still took that long. I've had oil changes here and if you come in before noon, nothings getting done. As soon as noon rolls around, everybody takes off for lunch so you're out of luck if you need anything. Found this out the hard way again waiting for an oil change and took 2-3 hours before I left. If you need a rotation, oil change, or something simple, they can do it but it's seriously pricy and itll take a while to get around to it.. If you have REAL car trouble, avoid at all costs, might as well leave it broke down on the side of the road. They've tried charging upwards of $400 for some brake pads before too. I guess they have some magic pads back there made of gold. Anywhere else, you're only looking at half of that. Just insane, never heading back here.

Went in there to get a a wheel bearing changed with already having bought the wheel bearing they told me it was still gonna be $255....guess they thought i looked like someone they could take advantage of. I encourage everyone to do their research before just accepting what these people tell you are gonna have to pay.

Called and scheduled an appointment for routine maintainence on 4-13-2022, it was supposed to take place on 4-25-2022 at 8AM. Dropped my vehicle off and went to work on local public wifi until complete. After not receiving a call 4 hours later, I dropped by the office to check if maintainence was nearing completion to find that it hadnt changed location in the parking lot. So no service within a four hour time span when I scheduled almost two weeks in advance for a state inspection, oil change, etc., so I left without service. Save yourself some time, go somewhere else to have your vehicle worked on. Customer service (and servicing your vehicle) is clearly not a high priority here.

Took my car here for a few tires, allignment, and some other repairs. I went to a competitor originally and it took an hour and a half to change tire. With this shop I was out of there in about 30 min. They also found some other repairs that needed to be addressed. They took me out there and showed me and explained it to me. After it was all said and done it cost less than I originally thought. You can tell these guys care about their customers, not just the money you re giving them. I highly recommend this shop. These guys are my new go to for all my repairs.

Needed an inspectionSticker after having my windshield replaced. Hadn't been there in years, after talking to Phil at the counter, he said maybe this afternoon. I mentioned that I lived in Wayne and was on my way home. He checked with service techs, they worked me in, between jobs. Very friendly people. Went out of their way to help a stranger.

Highly recommend tic tock tires. I had a state inspection of my modified jeep. The counter guys were polite and professional. The waiting area was clean and seating was provided for social distancing during this time. This was my first visit. But I will be a repeat customer

This is a terrible establishment. I had a hole in my tire and they insisted they had a tool that other tire places don t have that could fix it. That was a blatant lie to steal my money for the tire patch. Not only did the patch come out but they also completely tampered with the balancing on my wheels. I then called and discussed the issue and was left on hold for 30 min. I then took my car to Goodyear where they patched the tire, fixed my balancing for half the price of what tic toc did. I highly recommend not going to tic toc to ensure your safely in not getting scammed. These guys clearly attempt to take advantage of low income college students.

I've been very happy with the service at Tic Toc. I have found that when you ask for an estimate on work done there before they do it, that it is extremely accurate to what you end up paying. The customer service has been excellent as well. They always call to let me know if there is an issue or a something that may need done in addition to what was agreed on earlier. I have never been charged for something I didn't explicitly request.Great place.

They do great work...on tires/brakes. A little pricey. If you need more advanced vehicle repairs, go elsewhere. I had a belt installed - it came off a week later and left me stranded. On another car, I asked them to look at a front suspension noise - they replaced my front struts - but that did not resolve the noise..$1000 later.

I have been using this garage for several years. Even though there had been some small issues in the past, overall, I was confident enough with them to recommend them to my boyfriend. However, after my last experience and his, I will NEVER be going back.The repair was done and I tried to retrieve my car after receiving four phone calls telling me to come pick it up. I arrived to find the store closed for a 12-1 lunch which made no sense and was not mentioned in the four calls. After making arrangements to pick the car up sometime around 5:10 PM, I was told how inconvenienced the front desk had been by my lack of voice mail (?). This is after answering three calls explaining I was at work and would be picking the car up on my lunch around noon.I picked the car up from a flustered and confused front desk worker who was rude. She ran my card a grand total of four times before getting it to work. As I drove home, they called a fifth time to explain they had run my card for double the amount that should have been charged. They asked that I return to the store which would have been my fifth trip of the day to that location in order to sign a corrected check. I declined and asked that they mail the corrected receipt.The next day, I checked my bank statement to find both charges still debited against my account. I called Tic Toc and asked that the over-charge be removed at which time I was informed that the double charge was my problem. It took calling my bank and having the charge disputed before it was finally removed days later.The very next time I drove my car, it broke down and cost $400.00 in repairs. Instead of guaranteeing their work or demonstrating even a modicum of customer service, Tic Toc made me feel stupid and used.Further, when my boyfriend went there upon my recommendation to get two tires, the next week, both tires had become flat. He was told by Tic Toc that this wasn't their problem and was forced to purchase new tires instead of them guaranteeing their work or demonstrating customer service.They allowed me to drive an unsafe car after I brought it to them for repair. They over charged me almost $200 and then refused to fix their mistake. All the while, I was calm and polite even after their worker was extremely rude.In a word, Tic Toc Tire is UNACCEPTABLE. Do not use this garage unless you are a mechanical expert with a backup garage who can fix their mistakes. Watch your bank statements very carefully.

Had my tires aligned one date and another date had some tire pressure sensors replaced. Some issues happened during the replacement of the tire pressure sensors which caused a greater than promised wait time. Before I even mentioned the issue the counter man thanked me for being so patient with them and didn t charge me for the work they had done. I m a small business owner and integrity is an amazing attribute to hold. I'm more impressed each time I go here. First stop was a simple wheelbarrow tire that they fixed for free. That convinced me to go back for tire replacement, servicing and other mechanical needs. I'm not mechanical at all so I always feel like I'm being swindled at a place like this - but not here. I trust these guys and don't plan to go anywhere else!
