I went this morning to get my oil changed. It was taking longer than expected. The gentleman were very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about their job. Due to my wait they gave me discount. In addition they educated me about stopping by get my oil level and the air in my tires checked between oil changes.Thank you for the great service!

I came in for an oil change and they went above and beyond. They suggested an oil flush, changed the oil, replaced my air filter, and put air in my tires - all under 30 minutes! They were extremely professional and I enjoyed watching their teamwork. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly suggest you do too!

I went to this location yesterday evening and the gentlemen who helped me were very kind and informative. I have had some poor experiences with oil change places and mechanics in general so I'm always a bit skeptical and on guard. They made me feel very comfortable and explained each step as they took it and I appreciated their candor. I will definitely be returning for all my future oil changes and maintenance. Thank you!!

The team that did my oil change today was professional, quick and extremely nice. My oil was past its due and I had a stripped oil pan plug and they replaced and fixed everything with no issues. They were extremely approachable and explained everything to me as they did it. 11/10 recommendation.

Excellent customer service and great advice. I'm a retired engineer that has also managed an Advance Auto store and the guys working were knowledgeable and helpful. I'm done with the chain oil change places that try to sell you everything short of a new engine.

I came to Kentucky and West Virginia for the first time to spend Thanksgiving with Family and I decided to get my oil changed at Strickland Brothers in Huntington, WV.I must say that I have never had better service than I had with this team of service professionals!Shane, William and Ralph went above and beyond when it came to servicing my vehicle. They offered me bottled water while I waited in my car.....and they would keep each other and myself informed as to when they finished each step of servicing my car; draining the oil, refilling the crankcase with fresh oil, and checking the oil level.The team also checked over my fluid levels and (at my request) inserted a couple of plastic plugs underneath my back bumper to secure it better.I could not have asked for better service than from these folks I met here at Strickland Brothers!

They were very thorough about prices and exactly what they were doing .. I Truthfully don't feel like I sat there for 10 mins for the oil change itself ... Collecting info seemed to take the longest (which is normal anywhere you go) but they definitely did a great job and will go back in future .. highly recommend

I've had my oil changed here twice, and both times the work and the customer service has been great. It's about the price of anywhere else, and they frequently send coupons via email. Got $20 off today with one! Definitely recommend.

This location specifically is top notch! Shane and the rest of the crew are by far the best I ve ever dealt with! I work at a local rental car company. We take all our vehicles down for service by CHOICE. Today I took my personal car in and received EXCELLENT service.

Having not had my vehicle serviced in far too many months and miles, I had a short opening in my day this morning and opted to take it in for service at the Strickland Brothers location on 1st St and 4th Ave in Huntington, WV. Shane and his coworker provided me with above and beyond exemplary service, striking me almost in awe of their commitment to professionalism, communication, quality, and above all else, my satisfaction. I tend to only leave reviews for restaurants and activity centers that fill my belly or make me / my family smile, but my experience today was nothing short of fantastic and definitely deserving of public praise. For their highest tier / most expensive oil change, engine flush, engine air filter replacement, cabin air filter replacement, and more, I paid only just over $200. The same list of services provided by other establishments has cost me twice as much or more. For your vehicle maintenance needs, I cannot recommend Shane and the Strickland Brothers team highly enough. 5/5.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Fantastic service- efficient, friendly, thorough and affordable We came for a simple oil change, they checked our air filter, windshield wipers, flushed the engine and were respectful if we declined any offered services. Also offered us cold water while we waited!

They operate like a well-oiled machine! They keep each other informed about what each is doing. That way you know when your old oil is drained, and the oil plug is put back in and tightened. You know when the old oil filter comes off and when the new one is put on and tightened. Finally, you know when the new oil is put in and then is checked to confirm its full. You then start your engine, and they inspect for leaks. I was very happy with the quality of work performed!

Super friendly staff, every single time. They never try to upcharge you, which is refreshing. Honesty goes a long way, so I hope it continues to work in their favor (and mine, the customer) for years to come.

Great friendly service, they will exsplain everything to you and they also give discounts. If you need air pressure in tires checked or if you need any of the fluids checked and if any are low they will top them off at no charge as long as your mileage is in range of last oil change, would recommend them to everyone

I have used this business for several years due to the excellent service. However, my experience yesterday was mediocre. I asked to have my tires rotated & 2 separate employees told me they didn t need rotated & assured me that they were fine. As I was leaving, I asked if they checked my tire pressures & they said no, they forgot but did eventually check them. It is also indicated that my windshield wipers were checked. They were not. I asked if they checked all my fluids. They said yes but I m not sure that was done either.Service: Oil change

These guys down there are awesome. It's a little pricey but worth ever cent you pay them. They are really thorough going over all the main points in your car. They also top off all your fluids & tire pressure for free! Most importantly they are 100% not pushing for additional sales. They were gracious enough to let me know that I needed a new air filter. Even offered a discount for me to purchase it there. Again, no pressure, it was a sincere gesture. (I would have accepted however I prefer a washable) Just good people period. That's what makes a place worth it Service: Oil change

Extremely friendly staff with quick service. They offer no pressure add ons and explain why they think it's a good idea, but aren't pushy at all.Best oil change service I've had in a while, and I do not think I'll go anywhere else in the future.Excellent staff.
