Very good experience was comfortable with asking any questions pertaining to my interlock would recommend to a friend Family, or whoever is looking for a interlock device

Not a bad experience worker's we're very nice and knowledgeable. It was a little slow but he was training a guy so understandable. No complaints really. I would advise a newer vehicle to install those old vehicles tend to make their job harder.

The one on US 60 took 2 hours to do a simple calibration. The building is in deplorable condition and absolutely filthy. The untrained technician cursed repeatedly and threw tools and material across the shop. Worst experience ever at a so called place of business. The place was covered in black mold, the ceiling in the seating area is caved in and black mold spots everywhere. Major health risks to the public.
