Brian in service needs a raise and an award. I have called him so many times with so many questions and every time he is polite, calm and knowledgeable. He has really helped me so much that I will forever be grateful.

Sold me a unit that they did not drain water out of after testing the unit. At the time of purchasing I explained the unit would be sitting until end of November until I was able to take it south. Asked if the water would be okay. They assured me it was fine.Kitchen faucet busted and outside spray port seal busted.They say they aren t going to be liable for any of it.Terrible!!

Bought a RV refrigerator from Setzer's and had a very positive experience. Sales girl and service tech answered all my questions and were a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend Setzers!!

Don t bother with the service department unless you are willing to leave your camper for an entire camping season. They have 1 qualified guy that works on things (their own admission). Told me to bring my camper down to diagnose a brake issue that they supposedly fixed the week before to find out that guy already left for the day. Had to leave the camper with to look at in the morning. Never looked at it. Now I just wasted time and fuel to go drop it off to pick it back up.

They had exactly what we needed in a heated water hose. The price was fair. We were able to have them fill our propane tanks, too!

Worst service department ever bought new Salem camper there and the refrigerator never worked in it.Told me I would have to bring camper in and leave.I dropped it off two months ago and still no camper they tell me every time we call they will keep us updated but we always have to call and check on the camper ourselves wouldn t buy anything from there again.

We've been a repeat customer for the last 18 years, but they don't have any service after the sale anymore, I don't mean warranty, no service after the sale.Our camper has been there since around the first of March and it's now July and still nothing has been doneAll you get is a run around and nobody would take any responsibility and at anytime has anyone said "we've dropped the ball and how can we try to make things right" nope, not once. Just blame it on someone else.Anybody can sale you anything, but service after the sale is most important and these folks don't have any.Purchase elsewhere

Highly recommend them. Their maintenance team is exceptional. First, I am not getting paid or incentives for this review. My wife and I had a small 5th wheel and every time we would go camping we would talk about what we wanted in a camper to make it perfect. We like our camper but it was a little small. I was checking all the camper sales for a used one that would meet our needs. I found it a Setzer's. They worked with us on the trade in for our camper and was really pleased with the value which made it a deal. We have the actual camper that we had been talking about. They said that they would fix a couple of things that we wanted fixed and they did. No bull. One small leak was difficult to locate but they stayed with it and fixed everything without charge, They stood behind their statement. We did the trade a year ago and I had waited till I was sure that we got our stuff fixed before posting a review. It did not take a year to get the stuff fixed however, we have been camping a lot this year. So thanks Setzer's for a great camping season.

Had to have a camper serviced they said part of it that was supposed to be under warranty wasn't covered. Brian did a good job of finding an electrical issue and repairing it.

Our camper had some repairs for the upcoming season. They got us in quickly and made all of the repairs even explaining other information to us. Great place, highly recommend!

Purchased a 2021 Passport may of 2021, took home . One of theater chair was broken and air not working properly. Called Setzers, repose was I would have to bring back and leave it. We didn t use it much but suffered through because grandchildren wanted to ride the trails . Took back in Nov. by this time pot and pan drawer had fallen off, retractable shower was broken, commode was leaking, trim coming off and hot water tank leaking.. picked up in April everything was fixed except air conditioning, trim. Called, bring back ,we did ,it is July 20th still no camper. Haven t gotten to use all year . Very poor service , they don t call you. You are nothing after the purchase.

The staff was amazing. Love the camper we purchased. Our salesman was Justin. He was quick to get back and very patient with all the campers and with us changing our mind. Nikki was amazing in finance. Our service guy even switched our hitches for us. We highly recommend them.

Went to look at pop up campers. We arrived and only saw 2 right off.The man we spoke to was from he said another store and was the sales manager. Said they no others on site. We go to leave and as we drive we see 5 more on the lot at different locations,and he introduced and greeted my 2 friends he never even offered a hello to me. Also I was the one buying so I'm glad we just left. Bad experience after all the hype from the commercials.

WARNING; DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. 6 months after I got the camper it fell FELL APART. No stove, no heat, doors are falling off the walls.WARNING; THEY ADD HIDDEN EXPENSES. DON'T TRUST THEM.They don't back up their sales. The guy who fixes the campers is SOOOOOO UNFRIENDLY AND NASTY AND THEY BACK HIM UP. The OWNER WILL LAUGH AT YOU

The guy that works in parts named herb is the most rudest unprofessional man I have ever seen. I bought a hot water tank and it didn't fit so I took it back and herb would not try and help me find the right tank to fit my camper. I finally figured out on my own the model number. While I was waiting on the tank we look at portable tanks to drain the sewer on my camper. Told me not to touch them that they were in storage. Just keep trying to rush me out the door and I'm a paying customer. Very rude I will never shop there again or recommend shopping there again!

This was their fix for my non-working microwave outlet. Turns out it was a short in the wire. I told them I thought it was but they assured me it wasn t. If you re going to be as arrogant as the guy at the service desk you should know what you re doing. I re-wired it myself. All they did was make a mess.I gave them three stars because the sales department is great.

This establishment knows what real customer service is about!!! Did not purchase my trailer from them (because it's a horse trailer lol) but they jumped right on it! Knew the task and less than 2 days my trailer back with me in time for the weekend show! Top notch these people are amazing!!

I recently had some warranty work done to my 5th wheel that was purchased when I lived in Georgia (and they don't sell my manufacturer). The work was performed under the Air Conditioning warranty which was set to expire in about a week. The service department got me in on time to have it evaluated. They ordered the new unit and replaced it. I even had to return in once more for an issue related to the A/C and they took care of it quickly. I highly recommend their service department.

We bought a new camper there a few years ago and everything went smooth. Since then we have been back several times for parts or service. The staff seems to be bothered by our presence as a customer. Parts manager is down right cold. Seems he wants to do anything but deal with customers. Currently,the camper is in for a leaking window and we have no idea when we will get it back. I asked the service manager and he said, " I will call you when we get time to fix it". I asked again for an estimated time and he said, " it will be several weeks till we get time to look at it". Good luck getting your camper serviced here.

Had a great experience with purchase of our camper. Had a horrible experience with service department with my warranty work. It was minor issues that need addressed. The service guy didn't wanna hear I had a issue. He wanted to cut me short by saying have a nice holiday and the winterization fee was on them. Very dissatisfied with the way it was handled. I bought a $24,000 camper with a one year warranty. A lousy free winterization of $120.00 is nothing compared to my issues as a consumer.We are in the market to buy another new camper and won't be doing business with this company. As you don't receive service with your purchase.

Absolutely the rudest service department and ownership that I've run into in decades. Tried to get us to have them perform service on our 18 day old travel trailer for cash because they determined it wasn't under warranty (their own opinion) because we mistreated it. Eventually had to go around them to the manufacturer ourselves and get the parts which Forest River gladly shipped to us at no cost and not even just the broken part but the entire assembly right off the factory floor so it would get here faster. The warranty repair was never reported to the manufacturer by Setzer's. RIP OFF!!! Then Setzer's refused to even install the warranty part because their pride was hurt that we could get their job done faster than they could. Stay clear of this company for anything at all!!! Once I got the part myself and pulled my trailer off their lot I took it three miles down the road and a different trailer service company LEONARD TRAILER SERVICE FIXED IT IN ONE DAY!! Setzer's is totally unprofessional!!! I've never given a company such a bad review but they are absolutely the worst!!

We came in looking for a seal for our toilet as it was leaking water out of the bowl. The lady at the front desk was nice and pointed us in the right direction. The man we spoke to about the parts to make sure we had the right thing was condescending and very short and rude. We asked him if it was correct and after staring at us momentarily said "I guess yea." Sorry to inconvenience you by spending our money here. We wont be back.

Called and spoke to Ashley I believe was his name about repairing our awning that was tore off during a wind storm in Ohio. Explained that we have already went through our insurance company and have the check in hand but as my husband works out of state his job ended before the repairs could be done. He rudely stated and I quote well you didn't get the estimate from us now did you!!! So you have to complete the process again. As I stated to him I just wanted to know how long it would take to order the awning and to put it on that we are paying for it with the money we recieved from the insurance company. He refused to give me an answer stating he would have to do the estimate again and contact the insurance that what we had wasn't any good. I mean it's no different than paying out of pocket to have it fixed. All I wanted was a time frame d/t my husband working out of state. Terrible customer service!!!!

By far one of the worst places to deal with ever took my camper in for service was told 4 weeks turned into 8+ and have been lied to by every person I talked to and they didn't coordinate their lies at all there, asked to speak to the gm on my way in to pick up my camper and he knew I was coming and got in his truck and left as I pulled in. absolute joke of a business and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for anything
