They did great work on repairing my windshield. However, they had all morning to contact our insurance company and failed due to my insurance company's failure. I had to pay out of pocket.

Won t use them in Huntington again and maybe not Safelite at all. Had a windshield replaced in summer 2022 in a Subaru Impreza. A few weeks later the plastic trim (cowl) under the windshield started popping out. I pushed it back in several times and then ended up taking it back to them. They also pushed it back in and said it would be fine. Ended up taking it to another Safelite in North Carolina (in 2023) with the same issue occurring and same attempt at fixing it with no real correction. We ended up taking it to Subaru (in 2023) to have the plastic part replaced and hoping that Safelite would reimburse me the $260 for the part (not to mention my $500 deductible). That did not happen. Safelite Huntington said that it is Subaru s problem and that Subaru has faulty parts on their car; even though we did not have problems with that part until the windshield was replaced. Safelite told me that they warranty any new part they put on the car and I asked about the process of removing and reinstalling the cowl during windshield replacement . Again they said that it was Subaru s problem, not theirs.There is supposed to be a lifetime warranty on parts and installation. Not this time.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and have the glass replacement approved by my insurance company online. The shop itself was easy to find, and the technicians were courteous. Best of all - they gave me a great compliment on my Subaru Outback Wilderness for actually using it for its intended function - off-roading! (That comment made my day!)

Made an online appointment and the tech came straight to my house. He was professional, and courteous. He worked quickly and did a quality job. The price was reasonable and the service was great. They called with tech arrival updates and were there when they said he would be there.

Very very bad service. I've been waiting the windshield over a month still can't find it. But I can find somewhere else in 10 days. Very disappointed. Never come back again. I really don't want to give them any star.

I would highly recommend and use them again. They were friendly, courteous and professional. I was in and out in one hour with a new windshield. However. If your vehicle is parked on the street and not in a driveway they will not be able to service your vehicle. I recommend talking to someone rather than doing everything online. Ask plenty of questions if you are requesting mobile service.

They did a good job on my brother's vehicle, but he had to drive an hour to them on the day that our family was in town to celebrate Christmas. Their driver got the company vehicle stuck in his driveway and they canceled on us. It messed up our day's plans. The company needs to keep the vehicles at the company for instances like this.

This place was absolutely great, I has a chip in my windshield, so I went to safelite, and they repaired it within an hour, with great service, and it came out looking amazing, as if it wasn't even there. No problems with it so far, just hope the cold weather doesn't cause any problems. Highly recommend.

Experience was horrible they call or a texted me and cancel the appointment nobody called you text and I don't like text to be talked to so don't call me anymore

All you can hardly ever get is a dagong computer talking to you animated people no good lousy service then way overpriced on their windshield they wanted $560 for one and I got $160 through a salvage yard brand new

They came to my shop they swapped out an old windshield in a 99 f150 installed a new less then 20 minutes really quick work an cheaper then anyone else i recommend these guys if u need windshield replaced these ur guys.

I had called earlier in the morning and arranged a time to bring our son's Toyota 4runner in as water was somehow coming inside, drivers side floor saturated. The guy check hoses, sunroof, firewall and found nothing within 40 minutes. Determined perhaps when water froze, expanded, then thawed, that this may have dislodged whatever clogged the lines. He wouldn't charge us! He said if the water continued, come back n they would look deeper. His customer service was exceptional! We have used this company in replacing my Camry windshield in the past, they came to our home. We won't use anyone else! Very pleased!

Left a sticky residue like a spray glue on the dash. Never had an issue until the day after it was installed but Safelite claimed it is a defect in Toyota and Infinity dashed. I repeat it was not sticky prior to the glass replacement.

My windshield needed replacing. That went well. 199.99$. I also had the actuator (driver window) replaced.That cost 259$ (I got soaked on that one) The note said he didn't have new clips for the window, not to roll it down for 48 hrs. But he wasn't sure how long it would last. Wanted to argue about it being the window glass and how I had the wrong glass( I've had it from new and it has the vin # etched I to it). The cost to replace it so I can have a functioning window?? 259.99. So, yeah. Paid it once, not thrilled that they didn't have a good answer for me. (They had my number, they could have called me and rescheduled the door, especially if they didn't fix it!!)

My rear windshield got busted and safelite did an excellent job of installing the new one. They finished in very a timely manner, and the staff were friendly.

Great staff that cares for its customers - I was on my way from northern Virginia to St. Louis, when someone broke into my car during the night while staying at a Huntington WV hotel. They broke the rear passenger side glass completely. I went to this office in Huntington. They did not have our glass in stock, but the very helpful staff worked to find our glass in the Charleston WV office, 40 miles away. So, we did not have to wait two days for our glass to come in; we drove to the Charleston autoglass store, where they had us back on the road in two hours. Nicole and David went out of their way to save our trip, and help us, even when it meant their store would not get the business. Their courtesy and professionalism have made us Safelite customers for life. I cannot say enough good about the Huntington store and these two individuals.

They tried their best and replaced my mustang window but unfortunately the window motor seems to have crapped out . They were kind enough to refund me since the window wasn't 100% fixed and were very friendly though. They also fixed my rear view mirror for free.

Everything is automated there is no one-on-one person to person there is no option for the type of vehicle that I drive so I need to speak with someone and if the automated system can't understand your help you they end the call instead of just transferring you to someone that can actually talk to youService: InstallationService: Installation
