Rogers Mobile Auto Mechanic is an absolute lifesaver! I was in a bind with my car, and Roger came to the rescue. He not only diagnosed my car problems, he eventually accompanied me to get another vehicle to make sure I didn't make the same mistakes again. His prices are also unbeatable. Roger offers the best rates around and I've never felt taken advantage.He and his wife are some of the warmest, most caring individuals you'll ever meet.I can't recommend them highly enough!

Traveling 3 hours up here for my wife to have surgery when I began to experience some car issues. A Google search led me to Roger. He was extremely cordial and took the time out of his evening to take a look at my concern. After he was finished looking at my car, he felt confident that there would be no issue getting home and we parted with a handshake. He definitely helped put my mind at ease and if you're in need in this area, please do not hesitate. You will not be disappointed!

Roger takes the time to make sure he does a good job and keeps you completely updated along the way. Very reasonably priced and there are no surprises. Fixed the brakes on my car 6mo ago and they are working perfectly with no issues. 10/10 recommend

I m so thankful I ran into Roger at Autozone. He informed me, the place I was going to was just trying to get extra money from me. It s very hard to find someone reliable and trustworthy to work on your car, especially as a woman. Roger has looked at my car (09 Chevy Malibu) a few times before, but today he changed my brakes and brake pads. Out of the kindness of his heart he also changed my brake fluid right in front of me. Roger is very nice and answered any of the questions I had! Roger has went above and beyond for me, and has taught me more about my own car! If I didn t meet him in autozone, I would have been stuck paying an unnecessary auto shop bill and buying the parts. If you need repairs done, please give him a shout first! I would strongly advise against hiring Roger for any auto repairs. As you can see from the real negative reviews that are already here, Roger does not respect his clients. I don't even feel comfortable using my real name on here due to his unprofessionalism.Most of the 5-star reviews here are obviously fake. He also does not appear to have any certifications or business credentials to work on cars. On top of all of this he doesn't have a complete garage to work on cars.He's probably gonna go off on me here like he does everyone else but that would really only further prove my point. There's a reason why I've only ever heard bad things about this "service" from my friends and family. Save your money and hire somebody qualified.

Had a bent control arm on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ. I tried for days to get these suckers off with my own muscle but yet failed. My Jeep is a personal treasure to me it being my first vehicle and me being a Jeep XJ fanatic for its off-road camping capabilities I wanted to find the right person to work on it. Found him on google with the best reviews and gave him a call. Came in the next day and had them off and back on in good time. Super nice guy and great pricing (so much so I m leaving him a tip) if I have anymore problems I can t fix myself I m definitely calling this guy. I definitely recommend him if you really care for your vehicle.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Roger was very professional and went above and beyond to help my daughter replace her battery. He tested it, drove to the store bought a new one, and installed it. I live 3 hours away and my daughter attends Marshall university so I couldn't be there to help. Roger stepped up and my daughter car is now running. He saved us a 6 hour trip and a tow bill. His prices are great and I am very happy that he was able to provide his professional services. Highly recommend!

Called Roger with an issue with my 98 4Runner. Needed the valve cover gaskets changed and once we figured out a time he came over and fixed the problem. Very efficient, great price and the Runner is back as it should be.Would 100% use again and highly recommend.Thanks Roger!!!!

Roger is great and really cares for his customers! The repair was a lot cheaper than a auto-shop would ve been, and Roger went above and beyond making sure that my car was safe and that I was satisfied with his work. He explained everything to me in detail about the issue, did multiple tests to make sure the issue was resolved, and followed up days later to make sure the car was running okay.I was impressed with the amount of knowledge and tools that Roger has. Roger is a great mechanic. He is transparent in what he can and cannot do in the short term, and what he needs to do to fix your vehicle's issue. He will also let you know the most cost-efficient way to resolve a problem. He will follow up with you when he says he will, which is something you don't always see in the sole-operator mechanic business.Service: Electrical repair

Roger is amazing. He wasn t able to fix the issue because it needs the dealership but he went above and beyond to make sure he exhausted every possible option before that was the final result. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a good mechanic.

I ve had multiple experiences with Rogers auto repair and he has always gone above and beyond making sure our car is in working condition! He is better than any repair shop and he makes sure it is done right the first time. I ve never had to wait for his service he always comes when we call! No matter what time I have called or texted l he gets back to me in a few minutes with a solution. He is very reasonable with his timing on fixing it and prices to do so. I'll be quick to recommend Roger to my family and friends from now on. He was very friendly, quick to reply, most importantly affordable, and he can come to you. Alot of these car repair shops will be quick to take advantage of someone who knows nothing about auto repairs and he wasn't like that at all. Desperately needed new front breaks on my car. After unsuccessfully attempting to get the car in to a garage on the weekends, I gave Roger a call. He was able to come over in the evening and install new breaks and rotors. He was very knowledgeable of what the car needed. After changing the breaks he was also able to identify a separate issue that was causing the car to randomly stall at stop lights. He corrected that issue and now the car is running smooth again! This guy is incredible. I had problems with my steering wheel, and couldn t get it to a shop. He came to me after his work hours for free to check it. He came back the next day and fixed everything for really cheap. He definitely deserved a lot more than he asked for. I will forever go to him for further problems. My old school Chevy 350 5.7 is my baby (Minus my cats). Usually work on my own truck, but these park plugs looked tough. I contacted Roger for assistance. I made an appointment, he came out on time and got the job done. We did some prep work the day before to get a handle on the rust. Roger is professional, intelligent, respectful and honest. He is the only other person besides me I trust working on my truck. He even pin pointed a couple things I can do myself to make my truck better. The price was very affordable. Called Rodger regarding my 2018 Chevy Silverado. HE came out to my house moments later. Quickly identified that my water pump was bad. Went a got me a new water pump and installed it. Truck is running like new again the same day. Roger is very professional, knows his stuff and saved me a TON of money compared to what the dealership would ve charge me. I highly recommend him and will be using him in the future.

I'm so happy I called him when my car had a dead battery. I jumped it myself and took it to his house near Cabell Huntington Hospital. Roger checked my battery for the great price of "free"! And if I had needed a new one he quoted me a pretty fair price to install it. He's pretty new to the area and does this on the side. I can tell he's very smart and he can figure out problems! Of all the mechanics I have worked with in my life and all the vehicles I have driven, I can say, without a shadow of doubt that there is no one else like Roger. It goes without saying that his prices are beyond fair and his service is efficient. However, it was his relentlessness and determination to figure out what was wrong with my 2019 Nissan Rogue, exhausting every possibility as well as going above and beyond that really impressed me. You can tell that he genuinely loves cars and his passion shines through his work. If there is anyone in the world who can help you get back on the road safe and sound, that man is Roger.

Run from this one. This guy will rip you off and cause more damage to your car than what you originally brought it to him for if you refuse to let him keep adding on extra things. This man is on video cussing us and making threats of destroying our car. We had to call the law just to get our car back, and then there was several parts missing along with new damages to the car. He was paid in full for the work he was doing, we have receept to prove it, the day he said would be ready for us to pick-up which was almost a week before we had to get the law envolved. We text messages on 2 separate phones from this man being highly rude, disrespectful, attempting to add on non required items, and confirming receipt of payment for work that he never completed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Just today he helped me get back on the road safely, and also told me which direction I need to head next to better my vehicle. He is always a call away and always a joy to do business with. Roger really helped me out on a camping trip with my family when disaster (a water pump failure) struck. If it wasn t for his expertise and help we would still be stuck in Huntington. His price was absolutely fair and much easier to accept compared to a normal shop. All in all, if you re looking for a mechanic that is honest, knowledgeable, and fair on pricing, he s your guy!
