They did a great job getting my heat working in my car. They were honest and timely with diagnosing the issue and getting repaired. Also, they didn't charge and outrageous amount for the repair. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs auto repairs.

This is the only place my husband and I trust to work on any of our vehicles!! My late father in law was the one who recommended them to us when we first moved to Huntington since we'd had so many problems with other places wanting to overcharge us or were rude to us. We've taken both of vehicles to them any and every time we've needed anything done to them. We've not been charged an arm and a leg either, and they were extremely fast and very friendly. They have always been up front and honest about any issues they find. We seriously recommend them to everyone!!!

The only shop in the entire state of WV i trust to work on my vehicle. Any other shop Ive taken my car to either scams me out of money with outrageous labor costs, blatant lies about how long the repairs will take or either dont fix what you brought the car in for or magically find 10 more things wrong with it that you now have to pay $5000 for in order for your car to pass an inspection. Dont bother with any other shop, take your car here EVERY time! Good, fast and honest work!

Great place! Affordable. My car is older but they actually worked with me. Unlike most places they seemed very honest and friendly. Explained everything with me before they did anything to my vehicle.

Brian has been doing maintenance and repairs for our Tundra and our Solara for the past 6 years. Efficient, reasonably priced, reliable repairs, willing to work us in at the last minute if necessary, answers questions and explains what he is going to do. Did an amazing job on my car. Very quick to identify issues and even quicker getting the job done (a few hours for fixing a/c, new bearings and spindle) all for a reasonable price! The prices are very fair, and more importantly, they don t recommend work you don t need. The owner is also very understanding and patient when you have questions. They ve even walked me back into the garage to inspect the issue, which not only makes you feel like you re actually involved in the process of fixing your car, but allows you to have a better record of what went wrong if something happens again.

Quality Auto does good work for reasonable prices. They fixed a few issues with my vehicle - they made a minor mistake on one repair - I took it back and they fixed it for no charge and were very professional about it.I ve been to other, more prominent shops in the area who charge way too much and don t take the time to accurately diagnose automotive problems. That doesn t seem to be the case with Quality.

I highly recommend Quality to anyone in need of automotive work. I will put it simply, you can trust them. Every time I have had an issue with one of my high mileage vehicles they always fixed what needed fixed and didn't throw in anything extra, and the prices are reasonable.

Terrible service, terrible follow up, terrible communication. I rarely write reviews for a business, much poor reviews in a public forum. I was forced to go here by virtue of location to where my car broke down, and I will never go back, even if I have to pay extra to tow a car to a different garage.The part they "fixed" for $400 gave a trouble code five miles off the lot, when I called to ask them what to do, they said I should take it to Advance Auto and have them look up the code. When I reported back to them that the code was directly related to what they fixed, they said they don't have time to check the whole engine, and if I wanted to bring it back I could but would have to pay for time. I asked the guy at Advance and he recommended a $50 part, which I could install myself in 15 minutes, and all was better. The people I dealt with at Quality Auto are rude and cheated me out of money and time.

The voltage regulator went bad in my car. Thankfully, they had an alternator for my car in stock. Quality Auto was able to replace it in about an hour. A couple of years ago, they replaced the coolant elbow in the same car. Both times the repair costs were reasonable.

I've been here multiple times with various maintenance repairs needed on different cars. They always go the extra mile to investigate to see exactly what is wrong if you don't know when bringing it in. They've always been super fair on price and are very speedy with getting your car back to you. I'll go here for any mechanical repairs every time.

Been there with two different vehicles and different problems. Very inconsiderate and acts like they know everything. Neither vehicle was fixed and will not stand behind their work. Seem knowledgeable must be just lazy!!!!!! Lesson learned !!!!!!
