I recently had to replace a headlight bulb and another occasion a blinker bulb. Both times the associate was very helpful and even installed them right before closing time. Their prices were great and they had a good variety . I highly recommend O Reilly s!

Use these guys for everything, and compared to the other various stores I've been to at different locations on this side of the United States, this location is one of the cleanest, most stocked, and the customer service is outstanding. If they don't have what I need, they'll find what I need at another location and get it to me. Great prices with great quality is why I've always been a loyal customer-Jay

O'Reilly's is great and I have account set up there with them or I can just order stuff online and have one of my employees pick it up with no problems whatsoever and the prices aren't too bad either and the guys that are helpful and will try to help you figure stuff out

Jamie at the 31st street in Huntington location is the best!! He's knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. He was very friendly and was willing to help any way he could! He deserves a raise lol

They didn't have what I was looking for but the employee was fast to offer help looking. He was very kind and seemed to know what he was talking about and pointed me in the right direction to find what I needed.

They helped me to diagnose my bad battery and verify my alternator as good. Very helpful. They are still loaning tools even though someone walked off with their diagnostic tool and apparently some other people's too.they are very helpful.

After dealing with dishonest people at Advance auto, O'reilly's is the best auto parts store I have ever been to. To be honest, I've only found dishonesty at one Advance location, but I go to O'reilly's whenever I need parts. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I've never had to return a part because it was the wrong one.

Carrie was amazing! She not only ordered the part I needed but took the time to explain how to do the repair. It was refreshing to be treated respectfully and with such kindness. She was knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. Thank you Carrie.

The O'Reilly's up here that we go to are the most informative most helpful bunch of little fellers I ever seen in my life from the oldest to the youngest no matter what anytime we go in there it's 100% satisfaction they're always a smile helping us great bunch of guys you got to be very proud you have those employees

Easily accessible from Interstate 64 @ exit 15. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The type of store that is willing to sell the product that you ask, for not the product that makes them more money! Lots of parking and easily visible while traveling.

It's a good place and cheap place to come and get your automotive needs the staff there really know what there talking about they will answer any questions you might have on anything going on with your car or truck or SUV and if you don't know how to install the part you buy from O'Reilly's they will explain it to you and if it's not gonna be hard to do or take along time they will come out and replace the parts for you. All around it's a good place to chat with staff about your car and how to fix it right

Got 2 front calipers in Ashland ky gave them my Vin for correct part was give wrong parts and even not matching calipers.too them back to a different oReilly top half of calipers wood work but couldn't up lower half did not match up with vehicle bolt holes

Some staff had masks on some did not. If it's going to be posted to wear one and I am doing my part by having one on, staff needs to step up and follow the rules, didnt have the part went to advance a few blocks down the road.

I have always liked O'Reilly's Auto parts due to the fact that they price match. People should do well to remember that. It worked well in my favor.
