O riley at Washington Ave in Huntington, WV has been my go to parts store for over 7 years. The employees are knowledgeable and are always very kind, courteous and helpful. Curtis really makes the experience of dealing with breakdowns much easier! He is a five star employee!!

Better quality parts than you will find from other vendors. They stand by their warranty and I have experienced it firsthand. O'Reilly's is my auto part vendor of first choice.

I had my brakes go bad a gentlemen named Jerry go through his books and spent over 45 minutes working with me to just get the leak in my line to stop so that I could take my truck to a garage they let me work on my truck in the parking lot if you need a parts store these guys will go above their job description to help you. Really want to say that an employee named Jerry really worked very hard to help me be able to get on the road we'll go to no other parts store from now on please let this store be your first choice

Never had a particularly 'positive' experience at any OReilly I've been to. Conversely, never had a negative one. Prices, stores, customer service, and product availability is tantamount to Advance Auto Parts and Autozone. I guess it all depends on what color bag you prefer.

They have the correct parts and the knowledge to assist you. Definitely worth the extra drive past the other auto parts stores

I have been to this location several times Tim is always patient and helps answer all of the questions i have! He is an absolute amazing employee who knows his stuff!!!!!! If you need something ask for Tim!

They helped my daughter with her part problem. The fact they didn't want to was extremely obvious. They made us feel like we inconvenienced them. The problem we went there for was resolved in the end.

They where the only parts store locally that had a part I needed in stock. Guy had to dig it out but he found it.

Everyone in here is super helpful and friendly. Parts are reasonably priced, but like any autoparts store, there's cheaper places to get oil, tools, etc.
