We were originally told our vehicle would be ready the same day of our appointment (Tuesday), but no one really knew how to complete the service, so we got several phone calls wanting to know what they were fixing. Isn't that the job of the service center? And even if the original handler has since moved positions, aren't there records? So our vehicle was kept instead til Friday when someone who had a clue what they were doing arrived. We are also now missing one of the airbag symbols on the passenger side from reassembly. While they did provide a loaner vehicle, it was a Honda Accord which is quite a bit smaller than a VW Atlas and not really feasible for transporting 3 car seats. The other vehicle which would have had the same situation with the space wasn't available til the following day, but we had to drive all the way back to exchange, so not really the best option either. We were okay, it wasn't a crisis, the staff was kind, if not knowledgeable, just several things that added up to make it a less than stellar experience.

Excellent service all the way around. My car drives like a new one. The work the mechanic did was excellant, and my service representative Amanda kept me up to date, and was there to tell me what was going on with the car about anytime I called, or anytime she needed to tell me something. My husband and I live 2 and 1/2 hours from the service shop, we will be back in 5500 miles for an oil change. I will ask for Amanda to help us with the oil change. I want the best to work on my car and this team are the best. Thankyou Amanda again I am so satisfied with my car.

I had to take my car because a check engine light came up. They didn t want to take in my car at first because I didn t have an appointment and the wait time was of 2+ weeks. The car is brand new and I certainly didn t feel safe driving it with that light on. After speaking with Jim, he kindly agreed to take it in, which I truly appreciate. Most of my interactions with the service person were via text and it was all ok, except for the fact that I sometimes had to wait hours (if not a day) for a reply or got half-answers to my questions. The issue occurred when I had to go in-person to pick up a loaner, and the person I had been in contact with, Amanda, was very rude to both me and my cousin. She said she didn t have any updates on my car before I even asked and when I asked if there was someone else I could talk to in order to get more details, she said she was the only one. It was like she wanted us out of there as soon as possible. In addition, my father called her a few days prior to see if he could get the answers I wasn t getting and she hung up the phone on him. They found the issue with my car over two weeks after taking it and, thankfully, I came across Clete right before I picked my car up; he was insanely kind and comprehensive and made sure to try and rectify the entire situation. Nonetheless, the 5/5 service I received when I bought the car was sadly not what I got this time.

I purchased a 2022 VW Atlas RLine in March of 2022. Within a month of owning the vehicle I started noticing a white residue on most of the plastic in the interior of the vehicle along with the tail light trim which is tucked away in the jam for the hatch. I immediately made an appointment to have the car looked at, at which time they told me they would contact VW warranty and the parts were on back order. After waiting approximately 8 weeks I went back in for an oil change only to be told the parts were still on back order and they were trying to get them. Only at my next oil change appointment was I told that the items would not be warrantable due to some sort of cleaning chemical caused the issue. I had only had the vehicle a month when this started occurring and the vehicle hadn t even been detailed or washed since I owned it. I ve attached photos of the issue in this review. Due to the lack of support and transparency from this dealership I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. It would be great if someone would actually contact me to help get this resolved. How can an issue that arises after having a vehicle a month be the responsibility of the consumer!?

Was told when I bought my Volkswagen it came with three free oil changes. I went for my third oil change and it was over 30,000 miles and was told I had to pay. Volkswagen recommends every 10k. Then I had to wait two hours for an oil change because they had an unscheduled meeting. The Girls taking care paperwork and scheduling were super nice. However, this is a poor management decision with no consideration of my time. I will go elsewhere for any car needs from now on there s too many dealers to have to deal with this.

Today i had a 10:45am appointment for my vehicle There were several people in the waiting room, an employee would come up occasionally to let them know about their cars, but no one ever came up to inform me. Finally at 12:12pm I called to check on my car, it was ready. Then I stood in the check out room for 25 minutes waiting on someone.Once I paid $159 for diagnostic, i was given paper work with no explanation.I ask what was repaired, nothing, I ask for explanation of what I needed to do, she finally said in a hurry this is what is wrong, ok, now what do I do.Will they call when parts come in, oh no they have to be ordered. So i call hear & tell them to place the order, yes, she stated.I ask before hand how much was diagnostic, she said $150, then when I went to pay it was $159.she said $9 is for tax, really, so the $150 was not enough?I was treated very rudely, the employees need to be kinder & show more respect, & take time to explain the process, not just shove papers to the customers.

Moses asked for a review. I had to bring my car in multiple times to have the matter addressed. The last time I got less than 5mins from the dealership before gas started pouring out of the car and it was smoking because they didn t properly install the fuel injector. When I called them to tell them what was happening they asked me to drive the car back. I asked multiple times to speak with the service manager. While he had time to relay messages to me, he could not take the time to speak with me on the phone. Over a week later after I was assured he would call me that day as he was at a meeting off site, I have still not spoken to him. I will never use them for service again as I did not feel that their work was safe and they wouldn t take any accountability for their actions.

Have had issues with water in the vehicle since it was purchased. Recently took the vehicle in because the airbag error light was on. They refused to hook the sensor to the car to check on the light to fix/reset it. Stated that the area around the sensor would need to dry first. They essentially refused to check and see if the airbag was functional or not. They would not do it until it was pointed out that had we left and been in an accident, that they could be liable for refusing to check the functionality of the airbag.

Not happy at all, took Passat in to get the cruise control fixed, and found there was a $300 non-refundable diagnostic fee. Even when we were interested in buying a new vehicle, still $300, and no hope of waiving it, plus they lowered the trade-in value of my car based on it not being diagnosed. Seems like there is very little interest there in selling a new car!

Amanda was great. She answered all my questions and returned my calls. My problem is it took 6 months to get my car fixed because of waiting on parts. Fortunately, the car wasn t my only vehicle because it wasn t drivable. There was no driving it until the parts came in. If it was, this long of a wait would have been completely unacceptable. Why did it take so long to get parts? I hope this supply issue gets resolved. This really makes me question if I would ever buy a VW again.

Easy scheduling the appointment, dropping my car off and picking it up. This time I did have to wait 30 minutes after being told my car was ready for pickup because they were washing it (which I appreciate the complimentary wash) but had to sit and wait anyways.

Service department was fine. I am disappointed that I was not provided a loaner car. They had my car for several days. I am out of pocket for a rental car on a car thats under warranty. I will say the service manager did say if he had a loaner he would give me one, VW just hadn't provided them with enough loaners to cover the cars in for repair.

After being sent there because my car is under warranty, they inspected my car and sent an estimate to my warranty company. They informed me today that they are no longer accepting my warranty company and are expecting me to cover the costs to have my car repaired. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I should not have to pay for something covered by a warranty. Also, after looking at the repairs Moses listed, there were things on there that are not covered and also were things I did not list as a concern to them. They said my brake pads and rotors needed changed when they were just recently changed. Definitely did not have a good experience with them.

Took car in for a transmission fluid flush and oil change. During the free routine inspection, I was notified that my car may require future attention for both the cabin air filter and the engine air filter. Both filters had been replaced the day prior. When I asked why this was listed on the report, I was informed that the service techs list these items for future reference. I m assuming neither were actually looked at since both were brand new.

I have owned a VW since 2008. This is the first time I had a positive experience in your service department. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. I didn't have an appointment; my check engine light came on and I lost power on Rt. 60. I was close enough to get to Moses VW. Honestly, I was dreading going there. Knowing I would receive a hassle or be treated rudely. To my surprise there was a very polite, friendly, caring, and willing to help red headed lady named Amanda working there. She listened to me and didn't talk to me like I was stupid. She genuinely seemed happy to help. She arranged for the shuttle to pick me up and take me to work so I didn't have to wait any longer on a ride. This was the first time I was offered that service!! She assured me she would call to let me know what was going on with my car, and SHE DID!!! Again, first time ever I didn't have to call and be put on eternal hold to check on my car. I asked how long it would take to be fixed because I was going to be renting a car. She placed me on a brief hold and told me not to rent a car that she had a 'loaner' vehicle I could drive until my car was fixed. I have NEVER been offered that service in 15 years!! She called me throughout the week to keep me posted about my vehicle. I didn't have to call once. She advised me what was under warranty and what was out of pocket, so when I arrived to pick up my car there were no surprises in cost. From beginning to end, I felt like a valued customer for the first time at this dealership. Amanda is an asset to this company and should be recognized as such! She goes above and beyond to help customers.

Took a month to get into for service. Had a week longer than expected for actual service. Forgot to do alignment and had to return. Quality of service was good after completing, just a lack of communication.

Visited 10/10/23 for NYS inspection, had oil changed, tires rotated, a small tire issue fixed, air filters changed. Prompt, efficient service, knowledgeable staff. Kudos for excellent customer service from Zeve, who went above and beyond to explain each point of the service. Clean waiting room, much needed early AM coffee. Thank you! The only downside is that I wasn't able to log into the wifi, but overall A+++
