The service department took good care of my car and got everything fixed they said they would. I appreciated the shuttle being able to take me home so I didn't have to wait onsite. Everyone was very kind.

Recall appointment @1:15, work completed @ 1:57 (according to invoice). Waited til 5pm for notification in waiting room (per their instructions) only to then be told they had sent a text message. Invoice showed NO cellphone. The only phone listed was a landline. I would call this an extremely poor experience.
