The team at Moses is always helpful. Recently I took our car there to get serviced and dealt with Rose. She was very knowledgeable about the products offered and the service department s capabilities. I was able to get our car serviced and get in and out within an hour. The technicians have the capability to record a video of your car from their shop and send it directly to your phone! I will definitely be bringing our car there in the future.

I made an inquiry on a 2024 Honda Passport on the Moses Honda website and was contacted immediately by their sales team. I then had a quick phone call with Bryan Warden. He answered all my questions and offered me a price I couldn t refuse. No hidden fees. No gimmicks. Just the bottom dollar price for the car with no hassle. That same day when my husband and I arrived after a more than 2 hour drive, Bryan had my car ready to go (complete with big red bow on the hood of the car) and helped me purchase my vehicle in less than 30 minutes. Moses Honda provided me the perfect car and Bryan provided me excellent and fast service plus he gave us snacks and drinks after the long drive. I highly recommend Bryan and Moses Honda.

The good: The service itself was quick, making the appointment was easy. Rose was very helpful and responsive. They communicated with me each step of the way, told me what they found and offered extra services with costs clearly shown AFTER I arrived.The bad: I have a 2021 Honda Accord. When I made the appointment online you can put your VIN and a mileage estimate and it will allow you to select the package it recommends based on that mileage, the car also tells you a letter and sometimes number combo for what s due at that time. For mine it was B, which included an oil change and a bunch of other inspections. They show you the price estimate for that, and then you can select additional optional services. You can select anything and SOME show you the price. I added a tire rotation and Cvt fluid flush. No price on the cvt part. When I get there I confirm that service is going to be done, but then I am told that service is an extra 200 on top of the estimate I was given.I asked to speak to someone, and was referred to the service manager. He listened to me, I think he initially thought I just didn t want to pay it, but overall I got the impression that listening to me complain about it was a waste of his time. I understand that he doesn t control the website or what s on it, but it wasn t a great experience. I feel like that s a huge issue that needs addressed by someone.I had zero issue paying for the services, in fact I added another service that was nearly as expensive on top.

The initial purchase was great... But everything was downhill from that. The car began having trouble within the same week so we made a service appointment (and was told the only appointment was two months out). In the time waiting for that appointment I opted to take it somewhere else to ensure the car was safe to drive because it was beginning to shake. I was advised that the tires are reused by the looks of it, and Moses passed it off as new tires. Time passes and the appointment comes. They fix a recall but then let me know that for them to "attempt" to fix the shake it would cost minimum $200. The service lady said she would call back the next day after speaking with a manager to get this covered. This was about a month or more ago now. I have yet to be contacted by service, management, sales, zip. The car still shakes and I have taken it to several shops for second opinions - all with the same response... alignment and tires. This is why car dealerships get hated on so much - and moses is a prime example after this experience.

I have never had a bad experience yet. I have been coming to them for my vehicle needs that I can't do myself for about 4-5years now. They treat me so well, explain everything needing done, the severity of how soon the repairs need done, break down the costs, and allow me to choose if I want it done then and there or in the future, and give my vehicle a cleaning which is a plus. I had recently used their dealer shop for my newest vehicle and was treated just as well as the repair shop.

Moses is a very good place to do business with. Just purchased our second car from there this year!! Sales, finance, service dept and the detail shop are filled with wonderful people willing to help you in anyway they can. I give them a 10 out of 10! We will definitely continue to buy from Don Pruit at Moses!!

We bought 2 cars this weekend and met with Pat, our salesperson. We basically knew the vehicles we wanted to buy but Pat helped us as we navigated the process. He was thoughtful in his sales approach and knowledgeable about the cars. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Additionally, the finance person (whose names I have forgotten) was helpful and did not overly pressure us to buy add-ons we didn't need. All-in-all, we had a good experience and will consider Moses for cars in the future

Moses Honda provided the best car buying experience I have had to date . Our salesperson Robbie was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions patiently so I could make the best possible decision. The Finance manager took time to explain things , and the team was patient with us to close the deal as it extended past their closing hours 10/10 !

We live 270 miles from Moses Honda but they had the specific vehicle we were looking for so we decided to get it from them. The whole experience went very well, from negotiating the price and our trade in value to lining up getting the accessories installed that we want. Sydney, who works at their central office did an outstanding job of keeping the process going by keeping in touch and intervening if needed to expedite things.Everything went well when we went up to accept delivery of the new CRV and we're delighted with our new vehicle. I can only hope that I get the same level of service from our local Honda dealership since Moses is too far away for us to get routine service.Overall, the whole experience was pleasant, low pressure, and efficient. I completely recommend them if you are in the market for a new car.

I bought a 2018 Honda Odyssey in February 2023 with 101k miles on it I think and sold a joke of an insurance policy, but anyway. The service department was great but, I was told by the service department to speak with the salesman that sold me the vehicle, so I did and I was told that the timing chain replacement at 100-1005k miles was optional, and that the 2k+ price of replacing the timing belt, that the dealer was not going to eat that cost, I was not warned of this being an issue that needed addressed until I brought the vehicle in to have recall work done, I feel as though this should have been addressed prior to my buying the vehicle and I will not send and business to this dealership or any of Moses other locations, neither will I purchase anything else from this dealer.

I appreciate the professionalism and how quick the process was. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the market for another vehicle.

Received my first oil change and tire rotation on my Honda civic. The service was fast, it only took about an hour for my car to be ready and Angelic and Dallas were super friendly and helpful as this was my first time going through this process and they done a great job and I received my car back the way I left it. I would recommend getting your car serviced here the only downside is the hours of operation, which are weekday regular day time operating hours which makes it hard for a person who works a day shift job to get their car serviced which they do offer weekend appointments but they do fill up fast. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend getting my car serviced here and seeing Angelic and Dallas if possible.

Service was quick. But it s during the service when they call to pressure you into having services done your car that never in the times of owning cars have been pressured so much to have extra service done to my car. The last time I had it done it was $1000 and extras this time it was $700 and extras. And talking to friends and family asking are these things necessary I m told repeatedly that it s just a way for you all to get extra money and I can t afford this nonsense. Changing it to Honda from Lincoln maybe it was a bad mistake

Just purchased a new 2023 Honda Pilot and I absolutely love it. Amazing vehicle and amazing customer service from the whole team at Moses. William McCormick was awesome and did a great job! I would definitely recommended him to anyone purchasing a new vehicle. He went above and beyond to find what I was looking for and making sure we were happy. We had stopped at a few dealerships but William was the only salesman that kept in contact and made sure to find what we were wanting. If you re looking to purchase a vehicle definitely give him a call.

We have purchased all our vehicles from Moses Honda. One of the best car dealerships in town. Service is top notch! Tanner Mattie is the man! A Honda Pro! Recently I had to bring my wife s van in to get a new inspection sticker. The service advisor, Jordan was superb! Courteous, accommodating and very friendly. I was out of there in no time. While waiting, one of the sales consultants said hi and offered me a newspaper to read. I mean, cmon! A breath of fresh air! The lounge is also very clean and relaxing. Great job Moses Honda! And thank you.

Shopping for a car is usually not an experience I look forward to. When it came time to purchase my son's first car, we looked in several states besides our own and decided upon Moses Honda.Robby was very easy to work with and extremely helpful. He took addition video and pictures of the undercarriage of the vehicle to ensure I would not drive over 2 hours and waste a trip.He is very honest as is the staff of Moses Honda. I could not have asked for a better experience and it is even better that my son was able to take part in the process and see how a dealership should treat it's customers.I would not hesitate to recommend Robby or Moses Honda to anyone. They have extremely fair prices and dealer fees as well as top notch customer service.

I was not pleased with my experience today. I came to have my vehicle assessed and it was repaired without permission and I was pressured for payment for services that I did not authorize. I have already left a voicemail of my experience for Jim the service manager and I have not had a response. I would NOT recommend this provider for any service as their practice is to take advantage of people.

I took my car in because there was oil located on the underside of my car that could not be explained. My mistake was having the oil changed at a place other than Moses and they accused them of the issue when I have always completely trusted the other business. I knew that they would blame the other business so I was charged a diagnostic fee of $150 which I believe was wrong because I was asked first thing if there were any warning lights coming on the dash and if the car drove well which I said the car was fine other than the oil issue. I also bought a warranty for up to 50,000 miles ( my car only has a little over 18,000) that I was told would cover everything and the lady said none of what was looked at would not be under warranty. This is why I do not like going to a dealership, they always find something to charge the customer. They also wanted to flush a line and refill and wanted to charge me another $150 and made it look like it was urgent which I know after talking to a mechanic is not.

Moses is the best! I bought my car there in 2020 and always take it back for service there. They are always so efficient and friendly. Rose even had them wash my car this time. If you need a new vehicle, that s the place to go.

Moses provided a great experience for vehicle service. They were quick and efficient at getting me checked in, showing me to the lounge area and getting the diagnostics run. Luckily nothing to major need repairs but they were able to do it all the same day and didn't have me sitting there waiting for my vehicle the entire day! They kept me updated with everything and the sales men in the lobby didn't bother me with trying to buy a new one while I waited! Very wonderful first time experience at Moses Honda for service!
