I just bought my 12th vehicle from Moses. I have been buying cars and trucks here since 1998. The staff has always treated me like family and are very knowledgeable and courteous. From Travis to Phil(rip), Roger & Dean, and Matt, they have always gone above and beyond the sale.The very first vehicle I bought there was a Pontiac Sunfire GT, and the latest vehicle I recently purchased was a 2019 GMC Terrain. There is no place I'd rather shop when it comes to selection, quality, bargain, staff, and service after the sale. Highly recommend!Phil Collins was my salesman all these years. He was a great guy and friend. His passing was sad and unexpected. He will never be forgotten for everything he did for me and his great demeanor.When you pay them a visit, ask for Roger Nottingham. He will treat you like family!

Matt Winkfield did a very progressional job in shepherding my GMC Terrain through some major engine repairs. He dealt with a recalcitrant 3rd party insurance company with patientience I would not have been able to maintain. He kept me informed and I have my vehicle back in good working order.

Great experience with trading in and purchasing a vehicle. The staff was very kind and worked with numbers to obtain the numbers I was looking for they also filled up my other vehicle when I had to come back in and fix paper. Very satisfied

Staff greeting me with a smile, was so friendly and helped me with my scheduled oil change. This was my first experience with the service dept at Moses and it was excellent. I was only there a short time and my car was finished. Oil change and a tire rotation in less than an hour.

Lady at the front desk is so rude and lazy. She doesn't care about the customers. Always horrible service. The only person that helped me was the mechanic. Just typing this I am sick to my stomach remembering the experience. The lady at the front desk wouldn't even help me. I had to go speak with the mechanic personally to get any answers. Totally unacceptable and it's the same thing every time I go there. I will not be returning.

Robin "Smitty", Tom and Celeste were fantastic to work with during our decision to purchase our new GMC truck. Each of them had a different role in our buying process and it made what typically can be a stressful process a rather enjoyable and stress-free experience! All three of them were very personable, friendly and extremely helpful. There is no doubt that we will return for future vehicle purchases.

My experience at Moses was great, Aaron my sales guy was amazing and treated my family as his own,( sorry we kept you so late Aaron) the Moses Buick GMC entire staff were nothing but great to us. Great facility, they covered everything about my vehicle, and purchasing of this vehicle from the rooter to the tooter. I Respect and will do business with you all again

I had a wait appointment and had called to verify all mats and parts were in. I was told it would take less than 30 minutes to do the work. It took 1 1/2 hours to put in an inner fender and two back mats as the front mats that I was told were there were not. They told me I could come back tomorrow and they would have them. They charged me $29 to put in floor mats!!! The service writer did reduce the mat install fee and they brought my mats to me the next afternoon. Very disorganized check in and check out. No one seemed to know what was going on.

When we first started getting service by Moses it was easy to get in and they took care of us! Now it took over 30 days to get a part fixed and was told it should be covered by warranty then somehow wasn t. I m the mean time of trying to get in the knock sensor started already causing problems with the vehicle which cost us more money! I m not pleased with recent service at all.

I had a great experience purchasing my Colorado ZR2 at Moses Auto Mall! Steve Luckett was a super friendly and helpful sales person. And of coarse CC in financing is simply the best !! We were able to get in and out with our vehicle very quickly ! Very smooth process! What a great team at Moses ! This was our 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from Moses and wont be the last!!

I recently had my 2022 Buick Enclave, Avenir Edition, serviced at Moses GMC/BUICK of Huntington and once again, the service department did an excellent job. They fit me in their schedule, which was really loaded, and had my vehicle in and out in less time than I thought possible. We all purchase vehicles for different reasons and for me, top notch service after the sale is of utmost importance. Moses GMC/BUICK of Huntington proudly backs every sale with the best service department in the state! I can easily suggest if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, Moses GMC/BUICK in Huntington, WV is the first place you should visit.

I've owned 19 cars in my life and this was by far my most pleasant buying experience. Katrina knows how to get things done and even though I was coming from 4 hours away there were no hiccups in our transaction. Everything was ready for me to sign when I came back from my test drive and I was back on the road in my new car in under an hour. There were no hidden fees or any other nonsense, just great customer service!

For an oil change and tire rotation an hour an 30 minutes seems a pretty long time after an appointment was made for a specific time. Work seems to be well done.

This is the fifth vehicle that I have purchased from Katrina Miller at Moses in Huntington, WV. I have had all service done on my first car in their service center and have always been treated very nice.Katrina goes way beyond to make you feel important and is very willing to work with you. Travis in accounting is also very accommodating to help get your payment where you want it and also went the extra mile to help in transferring vanity plates to my new leased vehicle.Matt in the service department is so friendly and kind. He's my favorite service writer! And the lady that checks you out in the service department is very friendly too! Sorry, can't remember her name.Thanks Moses for making my car buying experience a good one. And yes, I love my GMC Terrain!!
