My Cadillac broke down while visiting my family from out of town. I dropped it off at Moses and Pete worked it into his already busy schedule and had it back on the road for me the same day. Great service

I am excited about our recent purchase. We knew what we were looking for and Moses was able to find us the perfect car. I love the car and was so grateful that our sales associate, Katrina Miller, sat down with me and walked me through every one of its features. I was introduced to the people who would be servicing my car in the coming years. In addition to loving my car, I also loved the experience.

I m in awe at the professionalism and politeness of everyone I ve encountered here at Mosses Cadillac of Huntington. Pete Clay always takes great care of me, very professional and courteous.But when I call and am assisted by anyone else, things don't seem to go right, i.e., service needed not written down correctly, time to get work done not explained either.Pete never fails.

Total waste of time. I scheduled a service for tire replacement via their website a week ago, and even got a couple of email reminders before the appointment. When I visit here, they said there's no information for my appointment. The person said the website does not transfer the information if I made an appointment through website. There's no point running the website if it is correct.The website advertises they do price matching for tire. That means if you find better deals, then they will match the price. I showed them that Sam's offers cheaper price for the identical tires I scheduled. Then, they said "we can't offer this price because it is for bulk order. If you want that price, then you go there." They are literally fishing customers with false advertising. Total waste of my time!

Had to have a key nade for my fob..when I called an asked the bank who answered he was very nice an seemed concerned about me y problem I drove straight there an my key was waiting on me the used my vin number from factory.good bunch of people I will go back thanks guys at moses

Typical car buying experience. I guess all car dealerships are the same, willing to give you their time if there is something in it for them. Bought a vehicle last week. It was missing the owner's manual. Now no one will answer emails or phone calls. I understand people are busy but also know where I won't be shopping for my next new car. Karma may just bite you Moses.

This place told me it was impossible to fix my car and if i did it wouldnt be the same i have frame damage on a 25 year old caddy an they just kept trying to sell me a new one they dont care about you just money btw the mechanic shop said he cold fix my rusted rail driver side for over 2k got it done at nicely's towing for 150$ never again will i attempt to be a customer
