First time at this dealership. I just moved to the area from Florida. I was driving and my engine light came on and of course I panic because I am not from the area. I stopped at the nearest Cadillac dealership. I was greeted by a very friendly service advisor who name was Pete. Pete was able to have the vehicle checked and located the problem. I only live 45 minutes from this dealership and there isn t a Cadillac dealership in my area but I was really impressed that I will be taking my car back for any service. Thank you!

Could not find exact vehicle that I wanted in Louisville, but I located it at Moses AutoMall. Made a deal over the phone one day, and drove to Barboursville, WV to buy it the next morning. Salesman Jason was great to deal with and helpful explaining the features of the truck. Finance Mgr Steve was great too. Easiest vehicle purchase I've ever had. Very friendly and professional folks! Very pleased! Thank you.

I had a very tight deadline for my car repair before a long business trip. They made it happen and completed the work in 2 days. My car runs so smoothly now they kept me updated the entire time. Great people doing great work. I appreciate the entire Moses team!

Don Pruitt is the only car salesman that I will ever deal with. Over the years I have dealt with different salesmen. Don is always upfront and honest. The people in the dealership make you feel welcome, taken care of and relaxed during the car buying experience from start to finish. Love Moses Nissan.

I live out of town and hit something on I-64 near Charleston, WV. I took my Tahoe to Moses GMC and they took great care of me!!!! Matt checked me in and then worked with me on arranging a time so that I could get my own parts to help me save money!!!! The experience was awesome and if you ever need anything service wise for you vehicle while in Huntington, WV, give these guys a shout!!! You won't be disappointed!!! I bought my 2023 Nissan Frontier from another dealer in the tri-state area. That was a BIG mistake. I should have bought it from Moses like I had 4 other previous vehicles. When the Frontier had a warranty issue come up after just 4 months and 4600 miles, the original dealer told me pretty rudely that it was not under warranty. It s a long story but they didn t even check to see if it was actually covered, they just stated that it wasn t. Then they examined the truck and decided they were going to cover it after all, so I figured they must have decided that it was covered under warranty based on what they saw. Between the time they examined the truck and the time the part would have arrived, I responded to a survey email and gave them a poor review based on how they had treated me. They saw it and then decided they weren t going to fix my truck because of that. They said they had only just been doing me a favor to fix it, and they revoked the favor after my review. They admitted my review was true but did not want it seen online. Wow! Very unprofessional!So I brought the truck to Moses Nissan and they took one look at it and said of course it is under warranty. I was in and out in under 10 minutes for them to check it, and from the time Moses first saw it until it was fixed was just 8 days total, including part ordering and shipping. The other dealership made this a very hard experience, but Moses Nissan took care of me. They provided me with TOP NOTCH SERVICE on a vehicle I did not even buy from them. I am super satisfied with this experience and I will be coming back in the future! I would advise anyone to buy from a dealer that you feel will stand by you when needed. This is my second Nissan Frontier (they re great trucks!) and I guarantee you the third one will be coming from Moses!

I have always had a great experience with Moses. We ve buying GMCs and Nissans at Moses for over 20 years. Katrina, Travis and the sales team have always been able to work with us to make the deal happen. Service for all our cars has always been great as well which keeps us coming back!

I purchased my vehicle at Moses in 2017. Upon my previous oil/filter change the charge had doubled since last year. WOW to my surprise. I wish I would have been informed of the increase when I scheduled my appointment. Please don't SHOCK your faithful customers, like I was, when I was presented by bill after the work was completed. I will be looking for cheaper prices in the future. Sorry Moses AutoMall of Huntington, Wva.

Nicole and Trish were so wonderful with helping me get my vehicle checked and scheduled for a part replacement. However, the man who initially checked me in was not friendly at all each time I came in. He truly needs to work on customer service skills so he doesn t deter business in the future.

Ive been brining my vehicles here for near 15 years. I ve never been super excited about my service. Specifically the attitudes of some of the service personnel. I called Thursday evening to attempt to get my car in on Friday. My thermostat was stuck open and I needed it fixed asap due to work obligations. I called and spoke with Pete who wasn t very friendly, pretty much said they wouldn t be able to accommodate me, but he would leave a message for Matt to call me back. Now whether that message was relayed or not I do not know, however, as of 1134 am on Friday I ve never heard back. But never fear, because I ve never had great service at Moses, even though I ve been a loyal customer, I knew I wouldn t get a call back. I called Glockner Chevrolet GMC in Ironton OH Thursday after speaking with Pete. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness at Glockner. They were beyond accommodating and got me in very first thing the next day! They had my part in stock and fixed it that day. Emergency averted thanks to Glockner Chevrolet GMC of Ironton OH!! I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to Glockner repair shop from here on out.

I was recently in a bind and needing my wheel fixed. Pete was all booked up but fit me in that day. He had my wheel fixed within a couple hours and saved my day. They continue to provide fast and friendly service at really affordable prices making Cadillac upkeep a breeze.

When we purchased our vehicle from here it was a pleasant experience unfortunately every single time we have dealt with the service department it has been nothing but grief and trouble. Today was the last straw! After our vehicle needing less than an hour's worth of work has sat on the lot for a week. We were told multiple times we were next on the list but still no action then today we were told the one and only person that could work on our vehicle would be gone for a week starting tomorrow for a class. I called Bill Cole in Ashland and after explaining everything we have been through with these guys they said they would get us in today. Two different tow bills and a rental car for a week. For all these reasons we won't be back and will be purchasing our next vehicle somewhere else!

I hate to say this, but I wouldn't take your car here. The work is good but it's EXPENSIVE. I was quoted $850 for the same tires I went to Walmart and got put on for $400. An oil change there is *$75* dollars for a cheap Nissan. Meanwhile it's about $30 or $40 at Walmart or goodyear. They didn't take my payment at the time of service because no one was available to, and they were supposed to call me the following day, but waited 4 days instead to get my payment. The sales people there have *consistently* taken advantage of me and my lack of knowledge with cars. They have a good selection but their sales people are PUSHY and don't accept "no". The work is wonderful but I dont see why an oil change for a basic car is $75.

Great experience and great people. Roger was awesome to work with. You can look at vehicles from Nissan, gmc, Chevy, Cadillac, and Honda with the same salesperson. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Garrett and Steve are the best. They took care of everything and listen to my needs and even brought the car to the house so my son could see it. It was my son s first car and they had everything ready in case he wanted to buy it which, he did because they clean the car up beautifully. I really appreciate these two guys because they went way beyond what they had to do. I highly recommend Moses and these two guys because they are amazing to do business with.

I recently had my first service on my 2023 Yukon Denali Ultimate XL at Moses. I purchased my new vehicle from an out of state dealer, due to the limited availability of the Ultimate. The guys in the service department treated me well even though I didn t purchase my vehicle with them. I will be using Moses for my future regularly scheduled maintenance on my Yukon.

Everything was great except for the fact that I paid over 100 dollars to get a oil change and tire rotation and they didn't even bother to put air in my tires. Had to stop on the way home to do that. Customer service is obviously a thing of the past.

If I could give zero stars I would. Oil change & tire rotation yesterday (4/10/24). Strong odor in car, popped hood & cap was NOT put back on! OIL EVERYWHERE! And now all over driveway too! Called dealership but no one available to speak to. Awaiting a call back I sure hope they make this right, so disappointed. When I buy, I always buy new cars& I try to stay loyal to that dealer for my service needs. Probably not any more.

Can not say enough good things about Kent Carey, collision estimator!!! Took my vehicle in that had been spray painted, he had the spray paint off in minutes. He was extremely kind and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him and will only be going to him for now on.
