My Maserati was rear ended and I was afraid I d lose my car. I brought it to Keatons and Dave and his team meticulously repaired it to good as new, all while answering my many questions and phone calls. Very nice group of people and very professional and dependable. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Dave!

I can't say enough good about Keaton's! I chose Keaton's to repair my Mustang when I was hit in the front driver's side. I had to have a new hood, bumper, grill, headlight and numerous other things. Thanks to Dave, Johnny and the others who worked on my car it looks awesome!! If you ever need vehicle repairs, this is the place to bring it too!

I have brought all my vehicles here that need repairs. They have always went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Made my cars look like new. Used genuine parts and even detailed my cars before pickup. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ask for Dave. He will treat you like family and keep you in the loop throughout the whole restoration process. I have always taken all my vehicles to Keatons.04/27/23: Keatons did a great job restoring my new Ram truck after I was hit head-on at an intersection in March.Quality work and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Keatons customer service is outstanding! Tom & Hannah were extremely helpful throughout the process of my repairs. I had a large amount of damage to the passenger side and it came out brand new. When my car was messed up in a minor collision, I told the insurance company I wanted Keaton's to fix it and the agent agreed, having worked with Keaton's many times. The staff are all friendly and competent, and make me feel like my car is the most important one they're working on. I know I have posted this before, but the employees there are amazing. Chris and Dave explained everything to me, with respect and compassion. I am a widow and a disabled veteran they took their time and gave me honest answers about my vehicle. Even though it was totalled they are here for me. I will recommended them to anyone since I am out of state. I even recommended them to my insurance company. So thank you to Keaton Collison center, I know if my car needed fixing you would be the one I choose. God bless all the employees there. I even got to speak to the owner, who is amazing, it was a great honor. Thank you again for a job well done.

My car was sideswiped by another driver, I have a leased vehicle and was very distressed. Keaton's Collision Center set my mind at ease, Dwayne help me through the whole process, worked with the insurance company, and kept me updated. I would definitely recommend Keatons to anybody. When I picked up my vehicle I couldn't believe what quality work was done it was fabulous my car looked brand new and it's 3 years old, the paint job was impeccable.

It took4 weeks for a four day job and they never gave me updates on the status of the repairs. I called frequently and had some terrible customer service experiences with Chis. Overall I would never go back.

Don t go here! My car was in better shape wrecked than when I got it back! Here is just a pic of different headlights they put in!! They use after market parts. Broke dimmer switch. I could not be more satisfied with the craftsmen who replaced and painted my bedside and bumper, but the overall care of my vehicle and post-work communication was terrible. They broke a piece of trim above my rear-view mirror, failed to fix everything they were supposed to, and failed to plug the wires in while replacing my taillight. None of these issues are a big deal at all, and I understand people make mistakes. However, my calls to have these issues addressed have gone unanswered for more than two weeks. This two-star review would have been five had they simply picked up a telephone to return any one of my five calls.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Andy took such good care of us! He had our car done for our event. He battled tooth and nail with State Farm who didn t want to pay our claim due to picking Keatons as our shop. He made everything go smoothly and my car was done was before it ever should have been! Thanks to a fast hard working crew! I can't say enough good things about Keaton's. They assessed and provided an estimate for my car on the day it was hit, scheduled it quickly, and finished it a timely fashion. The car came back to me as good as new and it had been thoroughly cleaned. Do not go here. My husband and I took our Jeep here after a wreck, and when we got it back half the problems were not fixed and in the process they cracked the glass covering the instruments on the dash, and dented one of the doors. When we tried to discuss this with them they denied everything and now will not take our calls. We now know why they weren't on our insurance network. Lesson learned. We will now have to save up to take it somewhere else and pay out of pocket.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing

My vehicle was just recently serviced by Keatons Collision Center. I'm probably one of the most pickiest people to please, especially when it comes to my vehicle. These people are the best in the business. The customer service was unbelievable. The body work and paint was top notch! Unfortunately nobody wants to go through the experience of dealing with body shops because of an accident but I'm here to tell you, they made it the easiest thing to go through. Their customer service has to be the best in the business. Their staff is so nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Keaton s was FANTASTIC !! They quoted our insurance and price and once they got in there they had to adjust the estimate . They kept us informed through the entire process. They got everything approved through the insurance we didn t have to do anything . Their text messages and link to track the process of your vehicle is awesome ! I was worried about using Keaton's from listening to some other people but I am glad I went up and spoke with them. They were AMAZING from the 1st day I walked in. They were upfront and honest with me about everything they would do. They were extremely busy but managed to get our car in in a reasonable time frame! From the day our car was put into their hands, I got daily updates! Thank you so much for taking car of our car problems! Our car looks brand new I will be definitely recommending to my family and friends!

Great experience. After a tree limb scratched the entire side of our outback we went to Keatons to see what it would take to fix it. We went because of a great experience our daughter had with them. After looking at the damage Dave took the car inside, they buffed out the scratch, washed the car and waxed the side that was damaged. All while my wife and I sat in the waiting area drinking coffee. The car looks like new and no sign it was ever scratched. the best part "NO CHARGE'! Many businesses claim to look out for their customers but in my experience few carry it off this well.
