One of the best customer experiences I've ever had, I can't recommend thier services enough. Kip fixed two sharp dents in my wife's Chevy Trax and it looks as good as new. Great guy, great results. Kip and his wife were great. He fixed 2 dings, 1 in the body line of a panel and the other in a tough, rear quarter panel position. The results are great. Could never tell there had been a dent there previously. Highly recommend!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have used Hail Pro multiple times on various different vehicles and 100% of the time they have exceeded my expectations, and that s not easily done!!Kip is truly one of the best, if not the best ,in paintless dent repair. I never worry about dings on my cars because I know most of the time he can make them disappear. His knowledge, skill set and personality is what makes his company so recommended!! Heard about Kip from my brother s dealership. Had some dent damage on 2 vehicles. In and out the same day. Price was beyond fair and the work? What dents? This guy is phenomenal. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience!!! Kip is great at what he does. Had a turkey fly into the top of my 3 week old truck, multiple small dents in tough places. Kip made my brand new truck look brand new again. Great service, great price, great guy. I wouldn t hesitate to use Hailpro again........hopefully I won t need to. Thanks again Kip!!!!!

2019 Chevrolet 2500 HD white pearl. I had approximately 17 small dents in my hood that were the result of my parking under a hickory tree. Kip was amazing in the removal process, absolutely the best in the business. He sets the bar on how you treat customers. I highly recommend his service, very reasonable cost.

Great job. Fixed a ding from a car door that slammed into my brand new 4Runner! Made it look like new in no time flat. They were professional and friendly. Hailpro was incredible to work with. I will say, with the unique position of the dent and crease on my tailgate I had my doubts as to how clean the repair would be To say my tailgate looks perfect would be an understatement. Every dent and blemish was removed flawlessly. Highly recommend!

This is the 3rd time I have visited Hail pro, from a basic door ding to a dent on my 16 GTR hood hail pro has been awesome. Kip is a great guy, great value versus painting a car and took my car in quickly. I brought Kip my Nissan 350Z convertible with a nasty dent in the rear quarter panel. The dent was in a place totally inaccessible by traditional dent removal methods.Fortunately, Kip had the knowledge, experience and equipment needed to give me multiple options for repair. This is the second time I have used Kip s dent removal services and if the dents keep coming it won t be the last. It is fun as well as educational to see him do his magic. I am very happy with the work of Kip Noe, and if you re in the Huntington, Ashland, Ironton (WV/KY/OH Tri-State area) and end up with hail damage or door dings on your vehicle, you d do yourself and your wallet a favor to check with Hail Pro.Hail Pro was a recommendation that I received from a trustworthy body shop in Huntington, WV. A gust of wind sent an open car door in the next parking spot over into our s and we were left with two noticeable indentations, a slight crease connecting the two, and scuffed (but not scratched) paint.So after a call to Kip, I texted him a few pictures of the damage. It s sometimes difficult to capture the damage correctly with light, reflections, dirt, etc., but Kip had us scheduled and fixed within 2 days.He works out of his garage, I was able to watch him fix the damage (pretty neat process, actually!) and had a nice conversation along the way. In our situation, Kip was able to preserve the original paint and to my eyes, it s like the dents were never there. It obviously varies based on the amount of damage, but the process for us took a little less than an hour (much preferred to being without your car for a while through typical body shops). The price to fix the damage was very reasonable for the skill and detail involved, and on a personal level, I just found him to be a kind and trustworthy guy.I didn t know I really needed a dent guy, but I m glad I ve got one now. If you find yourself in a similar situation in the Tri-State area with hail damage, shopping cart or door dings, etc., give Hail Pro a call and see if he can help you out. He really seems to know how to treat people and his experience shows in his work.Service: Body & Trim

Top notch service. Done an excellent job on my wife's car. Had a couple dents in the front fender where something on the interstate flew up and hit the car. Removed the dents and saved me of having it put in the body shop. It was a 2019 lexus with 10000 miles. Was so happy we didn't have to have body work done. I had a dent in my passenger door on the driver's side of my 2021 Toyota Highlander from someone else car door. I called and was able to get an appointment while I was in town for the next day as I live 3 hours away. In only 10 minutes the door looked like new again. Not a trace of the dent and I thought it couldn't be repaired. Great experience!Service: Body & Trim

We have used Hail Pro numerous time and they never disappoint. I took my 2016 Black Toyota Rav 4 that had 2 dents in hood. When I picked the car up you would never have known it was ever dented it looks great. I highly recommend Hail Pro for any of your dent removal issues.

Just purchased a brand new truck and went to have it detailed and I noticed a small crease in the tailgate. Dealership wouldn t take care of it,And these guys came highly recommended. After about 30 minutes of massaging the crease was gone. It was barely noticeable before and now it s like it never happened. Hope to never need them again but if I do I won t hesitate to call.Service: Body & Trim

The owners are top notch!!! Very professional and did a perfect job completely removing a dent and scratch on my new Toyota RAV4... My ride looks like brand new again!!!
