Wow! Great service and awesome people. We were driving through to a trip to Snowshoe to ski when we got a check engine light right near the dealership. They got us diagnosed with the camper still attached but it would need some work so we dropped it back off later that day and they worked on it while we took our send vehicle to our trip. They got it done and fixed, warranty work. Even got an oil change at a very fair price. They kept us on our schedule and we re so nice and helpful. Even sent texts to update me about the repairs. Excellent service center!

Took my Jeep Renegade Trailhawk in because it was having a glitch with the computer. Brandon from sales showed me some of their Wranglers while I was waiting. He was super professional and knowledgeable about their inventory and even let me test drive one and showed me my options. Service department analyzed my Jeep and made sure everything was okay before sending me on my way. Very professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

We have been buying and servicing vehicles here for almost 10 years. Best sales team. Blake is knowledgeable and a great salesman to work with. Matt is always wonderful to talk to and gets things done. Kayla in finance is amazing and always finds us the best rates. Jeff in service is awesome. Any time we've had an issue he's been able to work with Chrysler and get it taken care of. The service department always gets us in and out quick for our routine maintenance at both the Jeep garage and Mitsubishi one.We will continue to keep our business with people we can trust. used to be a employee here dont come here!!! when you bring your car in they charge you a $20 shop fee to pay for coolant and windshield washer fluid if needed aka top off service. they only use water whenever i asked for coolant they would complain about cost and make us use water so i advise if u had service here get a coolant flush too much water is in your system. also service technicians are lazy if they dont want to work on your vehicle they will diag the problem if it takes too long to fix or doesnt pay out well they will refuse to work on it by making up a excuse all the while still charginf you 150 for diag.. as a emplpyee they will promise you raises after completeing classes once you complete the classes theyt refuse to honor their promise in my case they fired me. they are dishonest and dont care about thier customers this is a scam shop. i have personally seen them rip off customers daily. Also the owners wife was terminally ill in the hospital and he had his mistress come around and have us work on a car he got for her while his wife was dying in the hospital. these are the types of people your dealing with you have been warned customer beware. The service managers get a 1k bonus monthly for good reviews can we as a team make sure that never happens again. Buyer beware

We were very impressed with the great experience we had with Goldy Auto. The car itself is exactly as represented, we got a great deal, financing was quick and easy and the same day delivery to our door more than 350 miles away was amazing.I love doing business with people like the fine folks at Goldy who know how to knock it out of the park. Great job to everyone!!! Highly recommended!!!

Just went for parts..... Called to make sure they had them and the clerk on phone wouldn't make sure. Said the computer said they had one... Rook the chance and drove 30 minutes (one way) to pick it up ..... Waited......waited..... And about 20 minutes later got it.... Next time we will go somewhere else.....even if we have to drive further

I have been taking my car here for every oil change for over 2 years now and I can say without a doubt, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Bill is great and works on a schedule so you won't be there all day, just call ahead! Above all, the prices absolutely cannot be beat!! I pay a fraction of what I would at other local shops and an added bonus that the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind.

We have purchased three vehicles now from Goldy. Everyone there has been really nice. But I wanted to take time to mention Ryan. He has been extraordinarily helpful anytime we ever had an issue. He truly is what customer service is supposed to be. And it's because of him and him alone is why I will continue to go to Goldy's. I honestly can't say enough good things about him. You guys better hold on to himits not everyday you get someone who goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. And to that I want to say thank you Ryan for everything you've done to help us out.

Been twice for RAM service. Advisors are polite and they let me sit in the lobby with my dogs while I waited one of those times. Gave me a ride home and picked me up when i had to leave my truck. I don't like their auto check-in via their website. It wants you to sign a waiver upon completion of check-in that they aren't liable for damage or losses. Sorry Goldy, ain't happening. I'll check in my vehicle when I get there.Update 8-1-23: took my truck to them twice now for the highly common manifold failure in the RAMS. Once in spring, and just now. Tech is completely lazy and refuses to visually inspect the manifolds unless he hears the ticking noise the leak makes on cold starts. Naturally, both he and Chrysler know it wont make the noise in hot weather and once it's been driven. It has to sit a while, but i wont leave it there with their "not liable for damages policy". Even providing two videos documenting the sound is not enough and they refuse to replace the manifolds, even though the techs and parts know this problem is so widespread it should've been a recall years ago. By the time it makes the noise frequently enough for them to hear it and make the repair, my factory warranty will be gone and it will cost me out of pocket. Truck only has 8600 miles on it. This is absurd and pathetic. With as common a problem as this is, all his lazy a$$ has to do is say he heard the sound, especially with multiple videos proving its there. Instead, they waste my time and gas going back and forth doing NOTHING to help my situation or fix my vehicle.Don't expect any technician to go above and beyond to help you in this place. They are extremely lazy and do all they can to discredit your worries or claims of problems. The service writer was nice and patient with me in all my frustration. She and the shuttle runner are the only good things about the place. I'll NEVER use this place again as long as they have technicians that refuse to listen to customer concerns, making excuses not to make repairs. Less than 1 star if I could.

Ron Seldomridge, my salesman, did a fantastic job getting me more car than I thought I wanted. I had a budget and he helped me stay put! What was extraordinary was the dealership, Goldy Auto in Huntington, WV gave me more for my trade-in than I expected and saved me an additional $1900.00. Thanks Ron and Goldy Auto for getting me in my new 2018 Jeep Compass!

I'm a repeat customer for Goldy and anytime I'm in the market I always reach out to Blake! He has sold me my last 3 vehicles. He's absolutely amazing. He has always went above and beyond to assist and answer any questions!! As long as I stay Mopar and he's in sales he will always be my sales guy! Also, Jon P. has always been helpful and friendly anytime we are there. I give these 2 guys a 10 out of 10 recommendation. I am giving them we 5 stars based off these two gentlemen.

Experienced over heating problems with my Jeep Wrangler while traveling in Huntington W.V. . Stopped at Goldy Auto to find the problem. They worked to get me in, found the problem, and had me on my way within a few hours. I can't say enough about the service and what a pleasure it was to find a dealership that understood and worked with me during my time of need. 5 stars to all in the service department .

Just had a 4 HOUR oil change at Goldy auto in Huntington.To be fair they did an inspection sticker as well cause I just had a front window replaced. Also to be fair they said I need front brakes to pass inspection and I let them/ was extorted into that.(Fun fact they had just put an inspection sticker on the old window a few months ago.)Now before you pass judgment on them over one bad experience, you should know, this is THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. Yep my second 4 HOUR oil change. Now as a rule, and since I loved playing ball as a kid, I always use the 3 strike rule. So I guess counting the time they rebuilt half my engine, and I broke down just a few hours after picking my truck up, and had to let them fix what they had already fixed... That's strike 3. If apologies where worth a nickle I would have a grand total of one shiny dime in compensation. goldy auto

Took my friend here to buy a new truck and the staff was very friendly and worked with him to get the payments he wanted and the also gave him a really good deal. It is a timely process to buy a new and used vehicle so don't go with the thought process that its in and out.

My review is on the service department specifically. About a month ago I had an oil change and tire rotation done on my vehicle. This week noticed a nail in my tire. I went to put the spare on and noticed my key to my lug nut locks were not in my vehicle. I called goldy and asked if they had the key and they told me they had a few lug nut lock keys but, wasn't sure if they had mine. I've never had a reason to take my wheel off so I know the service men used it when rotating the tires. I explained to a couple people during the conversation on the phone I just needed the tire off and plugged. I explained I didn't have the funds for a new set at this time. They made it seem as if I could come down, they'd take the tire off and plug it at no charge. I felt as if this was satisfactory considering they didn't put my lug nut lock key back. Well I get to the dealership and wait for around 2 1/2 hours. They come and tell me that there were not one but, three holes in my tires. I knew this wasn't the case because the tire was holding air as I was driving it from huntington to Buffalo everyday. I'd have to put a little air in about every 2 days. The nail had been there about 5 days at this time. I also drove the vehicle to the dealership. So it just didn't make sense. They then suggested 2 new tires from them for around 300$ a piece. This was insulting considering the conversation I had with multiple people before actually going there explaining I didn't have funds for new tires at the time. I also really feel as if they didn't want to plug it. Doesn't make sense I was able to drive 60+ miles each day with 3 holes in my tire? Well I then ask that they put the spare on the vehicle as they did. I went to work and noticed they didn't put my factory rim back in my vehicle. I go and get my tire and get back home and go to put everything back where it was and they left all the jacks parts just scattered throughout my trunk. Pretty dissatisfied and this experience may impact where I decide to buy in the future.

I'm extremely hard to please as far as car dealerships go, probably because my local dealer was always so fair and honest. Sadly they retired, and sold to a different dealership. Which brings me to Goldy, my salesman Blake was a very pleasant, helpful salesman, the girl in f&I was not pushy, and also very pleasant. After limited negotiations, I was given a very fair offer for my trade. The whole deal went very quickly. My only downside was I thought their dealer fees were a bit high, and there was a mandatory paint sealant lol! Overall though, in the strange time that we're in, I think it was an overall good dealership experience.

I didn't give 1 star because the staff is friendly and they do an overall good job. The reason its not 5 is I scheduled an oil change and engine air filter replacement 2 weeks in advance. Dropped car off 30 minutes before the appointment. I left mowed my lawn, came back and still waited 2 additionalhours in the lobby for a total of 3.5 hours from appointment time to finish. If I wasn't worried about voiding the warranty I could have saved 3 hours of time.

Unfortunately, the service department has really gone downhill in the last couple years. My daughter had her Jeep there 3 times, not fixed, took it to the new place in Barboursville, fixed in 2 hours. I took my Jeep in, left it 5 days, not fixed, took it to the same place in Barboursville, got the part, fixed. It shouldn t be like this. If Goldy can t competently service jeeps, they shouldn t sell jeeps. Also, they would never call me back when they said they would. When I get ready to buy a new Jeep, I m not going back to Goldy because I can t get decent service there.

This is the best and easiest place to purchase a new or used vehicle. They are honest and help walk you through all the steps. Brandon Sowards was our salesman and he was the best car salesman I have dealt with in over 50 years. No pressure I highly recommend asking for Brandon Sowards. Would give more than five if I could.

I had an excellent experience at Goldy Auto! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, but I highly recommend Ron Seldomridge for his help in the buying process. He was not pushy and he seemed like an expert on Wrangler s for sure (as I am certain he is with all the other cars they sell there too)! He was very enthusiastic and explained every function of my new car, sent me videos for further information, and even some links to Jeep groups I could join just for additional benefits! He was very thorough, patient and I could tell he was genuinely interested in knowing all that he could about his work, which was not the case at other dealerships I have gone to. I dealt primarily with Kayla, Matt and Ron and overall it was great experience and I am certain that if you give them a shot you won t be disappointed!

I will just say this I have never bought a vehicle feeling good when leaving. Let me say Brandon S spent all day with us on Saturday finding the best used ram for me. Him the manager the finance lady were awesome. I have never met a dealership with a great group of employees everyone was nice and helpful. I would highly recommend going to goldy for your next car purchase. I would give them 10 stars.

He even make sure the car was nice and clean when we left and that everything worked. As well as making sure we knew all the features. We definitely we go back to him when we need a new car. After years of looking at HD pick ups of the big three a friend of mine bought a RAM from Goldy. Good looking truck and he was pretty happy with the service. I decided to pull the trigger myself and bought a new 2500. They handled everything flawlessly and I wouldn t hesitate to buy there again. If you re looking for a new car, truck, or SUV, you should start there. Ask for Adam, tell him what you re looking for and he ll get you squared away. Side note - Goldy included a lifetime warranty on the engine, trans, and t-case as long as I own the truck.

My wife and I have bought multiple cars/trucks from these folks and they have always been such a Great bunch of folks to buy from. Also there service department is in my opinion first class. I have been to many others in the past but Goldys service department always exceeded my expectations. There service Director Jeff always has a can do attitude and very knowledgeable which is so refreshing these days. Buying a New Car or Truck should be fun and they are excellent at it. I highly recommend Goldys Auto.

Called to get some brakes ordered/ put on my Wrangler. Allegedly the breaks were ordered and said they would call back. Two weeks later no call back, and service department wouldn t answer. Horrible experience will not be back again. Service department needs a refresh on their customer service skills & on scheduling it seems. Not a reliable business.

Hands down the best car buying experience I ve ever had! Blake Hunt was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable about every vehicle I looked at, and was very pleasant and professional! All the staff at Goldy was very professional and went out of their way to make my car buying experience smooth and easy! Their prices were competitive and actually lower than other places I looked at in my area. Thanks again Blake Hunt and Goldy! I love my new 2019 Jeep Cherokee!!!
