Took almost 6 months to get truck back. Headlights did not match (bulbs) and they threw the matching ones away. Bug deflector had 1 of 6 screws in it and 2 body plugs that wouldn't even stay un the hole. Also missing hood seal. I will say the paint looked really good except for the booger on the corner of the fender and the fact when they buffed the door they burned the edge. Left it outside in pouring rain so that you couldn't tell anything until it quit raining instead of leaving inside until I could inspect it. This was my go to shop. Not anymore.

if your car is in need of bodywork, I highly encourage you to reconsider taking it to this place. Originally I was told that my car would take six to 8 weeks to fix.. It is now been six months they have never called me to update me on the status of my vehicle, even when the wrong parts were ordered. They told me at least three times now that my car was going to be finished on Friday, Friday has come and went and it is now six months. I will never ever recommend this place to my family or friends. I will never ever take my car back to them. They lack communication and timeliness. Please do not take your car here.

The work they did on my vehicle was excellent! Their communication was not so great. When they originally fixed my vehicle they made several promises when my vehicle would be ready. When I would call them kept telling me they were still not finished. It took almost an additional 2 weeks for them to finish it. Would make several phone calls and leave voice messages with no return phone calls back. My accident was in October 2022 and just this past week (June 2023) they finally finished the work on my vehicle. It was drivable, they had to order a basic trim piece. I had to keep calling them MULTIPLE times to order the part and when they received it, they never bothered to call me to let me know they received the part. After multiple more phone calls I was finally able to get an appointment for them to put the part on.

My family has used Geer Brothers for all of our repair needs. That includes raising 3 sons. Always a PERFECT job! Cannot say enough good things about this business and it s people!

Guy didn't know I was a mechanic, estimated ridiculous prices for stuff that didn't need fixed. It was so bad I wasn't even mad just amazed at what's he's doing. Every shop over charges a bit but Geer brothers takes the cake on this one. From the other reviews on here it doesn't even seem that you get what you pay for. So fair warning to whom ever.

The insurance company sent me to them after someone hit my car. The man who did my estimate was very nice, honest and listened to my worries and needs with the car. He helped us to get a pay out for repairs rather than them total out my car which would only mean a smaller pay out AND no car. I'm sad they couldn't fix it without a huge bill but at least they were very honest and helpful. I would recommend them highly if you want an award winning, guaranteed fix to your car and are willing to pay Abit more to have it returned like new. If you are like me and are on a very very tight budget keep in mind that there are more places. Get the estimate that is right for you with a trusted body shop, shopping around for estimates is smart.

I brought my car in for some body work after an accident and I am very impressed with every aspect of this shop. The initial estimate process was quick and easy, and the estimator gave realistic expectations. The repair process was smooth, with a great tool on the Geer Bro's website to view the process and the costs involved. The communication throughout the whole process was top notch. Most importantly, the work performed looks amazing. Every gap between body panels looks just like factory, the paint looks perfect, and everything is running smoothly. Geer Bros will be my first choice for body work from now on.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They have had my Jeep for a month and one week for just the front of my Jeep. I suggest if anybody s wanting a vehicle done soon as possible do not take it to get a Brothers.

The three ways to grade a business are: Good, Fast and Cheep. Geer Brothers may not be the cheapest or the fastest but - they are: "The Best in the Tri-state".They provided exactly what I wanted - perfection. Can t get ahold of them during normal business hours, delaying payment from insurance companies bc they give a run around. Do not recommend. Also they do not give updates on insurance jobs like suppose to.

Good work, they didn't turn over the parts they pulled off of my vehicle like I specifically asked for. Other than that, they did good work on my vehicle. I just wish I saw with my eyes what I was getting charged for.

I had them to fix my 2012 F150 after a deer had hit it. It not only took them over 2 months but after getting it back when I got home with my truck I tried to open the front passanger door and it wouldnt open. I had to reach from the driver side to open the door it always stays in lock mode. Then my headlight went out (so I thought) when taking out the headlight assembly to my surprise they rigged up the light to work with a 4" screw and didnt replace the part it needed. With a little shake of the wire the light works again, its not blew and dont need replaced. This is by far a complete mess and unsatisfactory work !!!!!!! Ill never take another vehicle to them to be fixed and ill give my opinion to all my friends, family, & strangers that mention them in my presence. Ive taken pictures of their bad work for reference!!

Don t ever take a car there!! 4 months of them having my car only to have to take it to another body shop to fix the car they messed completely up. Rudest service I ve ever been a part of. One star is too many
