After getting a flat tire at 3 in the morning, the employees were able to get me in as soon as they opened without an appointment. They were professional and courteous and had my tire in stock. They were able to install it in a short amount of time and get me on my way.

Had a flat tire about a mile from their exit and they took care of me within an hour of me pulling up! Had to replace the tire and they had one on site. So quick and easy. Great customer care! Thanks Josh for the quick tire replacement and service management for getting me in on a busy day!

Had a 1 o'clock appointment scheduled and only 1 car on a lift of a 5 car bay area. Waited until 1:45 and looked into bay area. They had all 5 bays filled with cars that came in after I had arrived. My car was still sitting in front where I had parked it. No explanation except "the guys are doing the best that they can". I said cancel my appointment and give me my keys. I'll never be back.

Service was very slow here.They took my car in without delay for my 1pm appointment for a puncture repair.Then, after over 35 minutes I walked outside and looked into the bays to see why it taking so long.The car was jacked up. Wheel off but Noone could be seen doing anything to it.3 staff were sat around talking.I went back in the office and asked about progress.The manager said had I seen the tire?I replied I had not.He got them to show me. It had a nail in the tire about 1.5 - 2 inches in from the edge.They said it was not repairable.I asked them to plug it anyway.They eventually plugged it and it is doing fine.I can't believe this took so long and cost $33 for a plug in a tire.Poor service

I'm here currently at Firestone and I am completely blown away with the degree of customer service as well as customer satisfaction. Nicholas Lyon was super helpful and determining what is pertinent for me to fix right now and what can wait till later which really helps my pockets instead of what other people are like fix all this now and just want your money.The manager Bruce Hart was did exceptionally well with explaining the prices as well as recommending the Firestone credit account.Then the lady at the desk was super helpful with my inexperienced to Auto service

Awesome customer service and great people. Traveling and experienced issue with losing pressure on tire. They were busy but were able to work me in to help out single woman traveler. Thank you guys. I would recommend ya ll in heartbeat.

If you are a criminal who forges checks, this is the branch for you. No one looks at IDs.My husband and I had our checks stolen and the thief went to this store to purchase 4 tires without giving the type of vehicle he was purchasing them for suspicious.Then he presented a fake ID not matching my husbands name to purchase these tires. The name he gave for the work order was different than his ID and my husbands name. (Even more suspicious)He purchased $900 worth of tires with incorrect information and stolen checks.So seriously, if you want to steal this is the location as they do not care who s paying as long as someone is. Thumbs down Firestone. Do better.Also, I have to now clear this up with their collection department

The mechanic William was a great help. We thought that we had to get new brakes but turns out we didn't need new brakes. He was very professional. We live in Kentucky and we will be making long trips to have him work on our car. Thank you so much for all the help!

I called for simple work on my vehicle. They quoted me a price of 730 dollars. They also said the part alone would cost 380 dollars. I then called a different mechanic and they quoted me 166 dollars for the same job. The part costs only 130 dollars that I found myself. This place is full of crooks over charging for simple work.I will have people calling periodically to price check these next few month. Then I'll forward the data to Better Business Bureau. Your price gouging; especially during a pandemic, is horrific!

Full automotive service. They get you in and taken care of quickly. Awesome and knowledgeable staff. No high pressure sales tactics. Taking social distancing seriously and wearing masks at all times. I take my car here for scheduled maintenance and for any sudden issues I've had and they have always taken care of me. Firestone also has an app, which makes keeping track of your maintenance super easy. You can also schedule appointments and see their ongoing deals and coupons. A really fine place.

Usually love this place but today not so much. Mechanic ruined my upholstery on the driver side with dirt and oil. Bald guy with glasses cleaned and scrubbed. While I appreciate him for trying, this is not what it looked like when I bought it in for an oil change. Will have to get it professionally cleaned now. Wish Bruce was here. Never any problems when he is around. I will be giving corporate a call. I shouldn't have to pay for that. Customer for 7 years.

They have always delivered great service. Got me squared away with mandatory vehicle inspection and basic oil change. They also found many issues requiring correction, provided sound professional guidance on necessary items to (battery, alignment, steering wheel adjustment) to fix. Handled the work as cheaply and timely as possible. Apologized for delays. Service on 3/31/2018.I have gone back several times since always great service there and plan to keep going back for basic maintenance. 2019 work has been as good as 2018 work.

Took my vehicle there to get a tire fixed. They called and said they weren t sure if it could be fixed because of the rim. I told them to try it and let me know. They called later and said it was ready. I assumed tire was fixed. Nothing was said. Two days later tire is flat again. I got 4 new rims put on somewhere else and same tire was still flat. The other facility had to fix the tire too. Last trip to that Firestone.

I wouldn't have let anyone touch my car ( I do my own work ) if I didn't have a voucher for a free oil change and tire rotation from Carvana. I took my new vehicle to this Firestone location to have this service preformed because they are the only company that is supposed to be in the Carvana's network at which I can redeem said voucher. After changing my oil, rotating my tires, and giving me a state inspection sticker, I drove to work. I realized later that the tires had not been rotated (I had marked them to make sure but they were still in the same position). I called and was told that the tech "forgot" to do half the work they were paid for but that I could bring it back and have it done. I did so and on the way back realized that they had put a mileage on my inspection sticker that was 34,000 miles higher than my odometer stated. This left me with very little confidence in what should have been a simple oil change: the only thing that (hopefully) was done correctly.TL;DR They forgot to do half the work I paid for and let me drive off thinking it was done. They also pulled a random number from somewhere and wrote it as my official mileage on my state inspection.

Good. quick service. Only problem being they charge $30 for the battery installation when it was supposed to be free. We called and the guy said he would take it off our card. We will see if he follows through on this.

I brought my car in for a diagnosis, they kept it overnight. Came back the next day and they didn't find the problem, and then charged me 100$ for looking at a dozen things that i didn't give a crap about. I took it to a local mechanic near the V, and they diagnosed it correctly only by listening to me talk about the symptoms, said it was a simple dirt problem, and fixed it in 15 minutes for just 40$. Never go to these guys for anything, they are worthless scam artists.

My experience was horrible. I dropped my car off at 11:43am at the 2630 5th Ave, Huntington location to get a simple oil change... They didn't seem to be very busy. I spoke to Shannon Ross (Service Manager) who told me my car would be ready in 2.5 hours. I thought that was longer than average. But I left my car there & came back at 5:30 to find my car in the same spot I left it, and it STILL WAS NOT READY. A simple phone call explaining that is would be longer than promised, would have prevented my frustration... but I was without my car the whole day & didn't even get my oil changed. I then asked Shannon Ross (THE SERVICE MANAGER) to simply give me my keys back. Shannon Ross never apologized or gave an explanation. He said that I was "next in line".... I asked for my keys again & he gave me my keys and told me to have a good day, then turned around and walked off...... Absolutely terrible business and I wouldn't want a guy with morals like that running my business.

Just tried to have an alignment done here and they are the worst ever!! They told me the rear shims that needed replaced we re going to be $94.99 a piece plus labor which was $104. On top of that they were going to add the charge of the alignment, which made my total out to be over $400! I called around to see how much shims were at other stores and they re only $10 a piece at advance! They still charged me for the whole alignment even though they only done half of it! Do not go here they try to get you out of any money they can. I will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give more stars, I would. William was our mechanic and he went above and beyond what he needed to and helped us with a newly purchased used car. All we went for was a regular oil change and to get our state inspection sticker, and he let us know why our car is pulling, what needs to be done and that he would work with us to fix the issues. GO HERE FOR YOUR CAR!!!

They were fine up to the point where they were looking at my AC, working with the compressor to figure out the issue. When I left, some dash controls and speedometer were not working. Came back and over the course of 3 days talked to multiple employees and the manager (Bruce). All of them made it a point to tell me they didn't really want to look at anything and that it was a pre-existing electrical issue, that would be on me. Took it to another mechanic- they had pulled fuses looking for issues with the compressor- and not put them back. Way to go guys. Not all that bad- but dropping the cocky attitude and upping the customer service would probably help you out in the long run.
