I had the best experience. Brock helped me from beginning to end. Enterprise made my purchase easy. I highly recommend and ask for Brock. He explained everything and wasn't pushy. He made sure I was happy with my decision and made sure I understood it all. Very kind workers there also. Highly recommend Enterprise in Huntington WV on 3095 16th St Rd. Remember ask for Brock!!

Simple, hassle free car buying experience. The sales associates work with your budget and their inventory to find the best match. Best alternative for buying a newer model vehicle at a competitive price. The staff always make the best effort to help, second vehicle I purchased from Enterprise, and an awesome experience.

We worked with Terrance at the Huntington location he was very easy to work with & nice. We thought we wanted a Voyager but after him explaining the difference in features we went with a Pacifica & it is amazing we love it. Will definitely be purchasing our next car here in the future.

Bought the car in December two months later I need brakes and an oil change a week after I got it. Very easy to work with. Will by my daughter a car from there in October when she turns 18.

I like the fact that they offer fair prices and that they are very transparent with their cars. I would definitely recommend giving them a shot. The Huntington WV site was an all around win-win.

I would have say that it was the best experience that I have had while purchasing a car, the salesman was very friendly, informative, and not at all pushy. He showed us a number of cars. The whole team that we spoke to was very friendly, a very nice place to purchase a car. I recommend them wholeheartedly. We will likely be purchasing another car from them later. Thank you so much for your professional attitudes. The whole process was better than I have had before.

Car shopping at Enterprise in Huntington, WV was so smooth. Our salesman, Noah Emerich, was the best. We test drove the two cars we liked and bought one of them. The whole process took us max two hours. Highly recommend giving them a chance to sell you a vehicle.

These people are great to work with when buying a car we just purchased our second car here and it's so simple and easy they don't haggle you and give you the answers you need almost immediately we will continue to buy here as long as the policies don't change and they don't become pushy sales people like a regular car lot!

I could not recommend them enough!! I dealt with Mary Beth who was an absolute treasure to "hang out" with while we talked about the car!! I found the vehicle I wanted and put the application in same day online. Unfortunately that specific one had sold at another location that evening, but Mary Beth was insistent on me leaving with my dream car! So she tracked it down at another location and was able to work with me to get it here and within a week the car was mine! The entire process was extremely clear and simple. Again, I could not recommend Enterprise car sales enough!

We looked online, found fewest miles, at best price at Enterprise. Completed simple pre qualify form. We re greeted at the door and we re driving our new 2020, new to us, vehicle home with warranty within 3 hours. That s a blessing and a heck of a deal. Never again will I go to another person or place to buy a car! I went to enterprise car sales when I bought my last car, so when I was looking to upgrade, I knew who to go to! Not only was Mary Beth and the Huntington car sales crew such amazing people to work with, they accommodated every need I had. I always hear people having a tough time when they buy a car, please take my advice and go see Mary Beth or any of the amazing consultants in Huntington. They will make sure you are 100% happy when you walk out those doors!

I have been in the market for a new or used vehicle for at least six months. I have researched all vehicle makes and models in the sedan line with every car dealership in Huntington West Virginia. I have been riding public transportation TTA (Tri State Transit Authority) for two years in Huntington, in June of 2022 I broke my leg when jumping on the bus and then began to ride Dial a Ride to doctors appointments and to work. When I travel to places such as Philadelphia I take the Amtrak train and then use local rail lines to get to New Jersey, those trips are a minimum of 16 (sixteen hours) one way. After giving up on purchasing a vehicle in frustration with the major dealership, a friend suggested I check out Enterprise Car Sales. As a last resort I went and checked the inventory of the Enterprise Car Sales Lot. The selection of available vehicles and the available cars was more than sufficient. I had researched was on the lot and the perfect vehicle for me Nissan Versa was priced under the amount that I had originally expected to pay for a new used car. There was no negotiations required and I was able to secure automobile insurance on a Saturday at 3:30pm and I paid for the car out right with easy transaction time. I then drove my new car off the lot that evening in complete amazement. I love the car, it is in great condition and the Sales Staff were amazing and considerate. In fact after the transaction was complete I realized the sales agent, Mason Rutherford was the son of a dear friend from my high school years' growing up in Huntington West Virginia. I can't thank Enterprise enough for solving my problem after many painful lifetimes minutes of not having a vehicle of my own to drive. I now have transportation to visit my children in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I also don't have to walk up and down the hills of West Virginia to catch the bus to get to work, I finally have the independence that I have longed for for at least three years after having been run over by a dump truck in a hit and run accident in 2018. Friendly employees, but they could have done a better job of informing me of when my vehicle arrived (via phone and email) and the minor scratches on it though!! Employees even admitted to "test driving" it when it arrived!!

Whatever you do don t deal with these people liars and cheats true car salesman at their best. Was told if I bought this Assurant warranty I would never be without a car. They would bring one to me if my car broke down total lie I ve been two weeks without a car insurance is doing everything they can not to pay out on the policy that I paid for horrible people to deal with. I would never deal with insurance and as far as the salesman was all right, but the sales manager finance manager is a total liar so save your money and go somewhere that is a reputable company that doesn t lie about the services that they sell because this place is nothing but liars and cheats

I was looking for a car for 3 weeks before I purchased through this dealership. From start to finish it was the most amazing and easy experience of my whole car buying experience. I ran into some quite interesting business tactics through other car lots, and I was so ready for that to be over. I was very intimidate I'md buying a car out of state. It has been 25 years since I bought a vehicle. Noah and Johnathan were so wonderful. They were knowledgeable and worked as a team to get me driving. In addition, they stayed 2 1/2 hours after closing to make sure my dream car was bought. It was never a rush or a feeling I was an inconvenience. Thank you so much guys, and thank you to the dealership for having such a wonderful process. The drive from South Carolina to West Virginia was so worth it.

Highly recommend!! This was by far the easiest and smoothest car shopping experience I have ever had. Justin was wonderful to work with, really cared about finding out my wants and needs for a car and helping me find the best fit. In addition to his amazing service, Derek and Joe both were great with getting the bill of sale and purchasing paperwork together quickly. I will be a return customer when it is time to shop again!
