This is hands down the best body repair shop I have ever experienced, maybe even the best place I ve done business with. Very helpful, great people. It does cost but if u have insurance not so bad. They do schedule out a month, also they schedule for estimates. So save u a trip call schedule that 1st.

After a fender bender, we took our car here for an estimate. Adam literally fixed it in their parking lot for free within 10 minutes. The plastic housings on the bumper had snapped loose, making the damage appear worse than it was. Any other body shop would have taken our money, but Adam was not only honest but went above and beyond to reassemble it. He then gave a very fair quote to fully fix the issue if we wanted. We ll never consider going anywhere other than East End Body Shop.

I couldn t be happier with the service provided. Todd was very personable and after a few minutes of talking to him, I knew this was where i wanted to bring my truck for repairs. Looks good as new. Highly recommend.

Place is a joke they wont let you bring your own body panels in for a paint job cause they have to double charge you for there price GO TO ADKINS BODY SHOP IN PROCTORVILLE

I just wanted to say, Thank you! . The people at East End Body did an awesome job at fixing my car and taking care of me. My car looks great. They also cleaned my car inside and out. It looked like it rolled off the show room floor. There was one thing that they did that put a smile on my face. They put a New Testament in my car. That was really great guys! My daughter is a Marshall student and had an accident far from home. We read the reviews for East End Body Shop and decided this is where we were going to send her car. They were wonderful! My experience in dealing with East End Body, Inc was awesome. Kendra started off with making me feel comfortable and welcome ... she took care of talking to my insurance company and making sure I didn t have to worry about dealing with the rental car company. The estimate was completed quickly and efficiently. My appointment was set and the work completed beautifully. To tell you the truth, my car looks better then it did when I purchased it. Very very satisfied with East End! I was backing out of my garage and hit my right fender of my brand new car, first I went to Keatons who absolutely tried to rip me off giving me a quote of $2400 to fix my fender. There was no way I was doing that, I ve been in the car business 8 years and sell for a local dealer I know how much these things cost. I went to east end next and they were less then half the cost. They kept me informed the whole time my car was there and was finished when they said it would be. From the ladies up front to the gentleman behind the scenes all top notch in my opinion. I ll make sure to send business from work and the clients I have their way.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Affordable, professional, and ready to help. I loved these people! Came in to get an estimate and they patiently walked me through the ins and outs from scheduling to pricing options to navigating the insurance world. I also liked that they take their customers' and employees' health seriously during this Delta COVID wave by masking up and setting up plexy glass barriers. I left with an appointment and a very clearly and professionally laid out estimate.

Super nice guys and gals there! The customer service is top notch. Had a small dent in my car and you cant even see where it was! They did me a solid now twice! Definitely a return customer. Recommend to anyone that wants their car or truck to look new again! Respect!

East End Auto Body Shop was the only good thing that came out of me hitting a deer. I was worried about the quality of the job as I am very particular with my car. However, East End did more than meet my expectations. My car needed a new bumper and passenger side door and looked and felt brand new after they were finished. They detailed the vehicle better than the detail shop I usually take my car to which I was not expecting. They handled everything directly with my insurance company but still kept me in the loop every time something happened. For example, once they disassembled the car, they found a few things that needed worked on that they were not expecting. They handled all of the details with my insurance company and let me know they were doing so. I just brought my car to them without even making an appointment, and they took it from there. Would highly recommend this shop.

After a small accident during some of the rough winter weather we had in January this year, I took my car to East End Body for an estimate. Todd and staff were eager to get my car into the shop and kept an open line of communication with me while I played a week long game of phone tag with my insurance company.Once insurance was worked out, East End Body quickly got my car into the shop and when I picked it up today I was stunned by the work. My car looked brand new and the team at East End had even detailed the inside of my car. Professional, Timely and Friendly - I'd definitely recommend to a friend.

Seems nice but had a month delay because they were full up ,just after bad snow storm where me and a lot of other people had wrecked!
