I ve been coming to Dutch Miller for quite some time now. Every time I call, Terry is always very helpful and quick to get me scheduled for any maintenance needed. They are always very friendly and willing to ask questions. I definitely recommend Dutch miller to anyone who owns or wants to purchase an Hyundai!

Very professional, amazing service, and very knowledgeable. Service department is hands down the best I have ever experienced. More importantly people need to experience how helpful they really are, they treated me like family. Service Advisor John Scarberry is the best and he deserves a big raise. I will make sure everyone I know goes to him.

Went in looking for another vehicle for my mom. Wasn't sure what she would like, had an idea by looking on the internet but until she actually drove it, well....Our Salesman David was awesome! Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience because of him. He was honest, patient, explained the cars and made sure she was comfortable throughout the long process. Even warned us about traffic issues before we left so as to not have a huge delay in getting home. Just the other day he called and checked to make sure she wasn't having any issues or questions about the car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. With the standard safety features of the car and the staff if I ever buy another car, I will definitely be paying them a visit

I hate to write this because I do feel the service providers try their best but I am disappointed in my service. Took my 2023 Hyundai Tucson in for inspection and routine oil change, ended up being told a tire needed to be replaced and would have to pay up front for it, so I did so.. and was told that it would be put in just a little bit. Waited 3 hours in the waiting room just to have a service provider come tell me they actually do not have the tire and it was on the truck coming that evening it would be done. Then received a phone call that evening that the truck was nowhere to be found and it would be done next day. Next day rolls around and I was told I d be contacted early in the morning when the truck came with the tire and an estimated time it would be completed. Unfortunately I never received this call. I ended up calling several times and was told Someone will get back to you, sorry we re booked up. Finally got the vehicle back that evening and still had to pay labor and fees. I was offered a detail but due to the weather and timing I was told to come back who knows if that ll even happen lol. I also am disappointed with Dutch Miller because I took my vehicle in a few months ago for the seatbelt to be fixed due to being twisted and stuck, while fixing this they destroyed some plastic in my trunk which was told they d replace free of charge and never have. Hate to complain but I will not be back.

We bought a car here and drove it 300 miles before it broke down. We had it towed back to Dutch Miller only to be informed of $2,700 in repairs it needed. Upon paying this repair bill on a car we literally had just driven off their lot, it broke down AGAIN. We returned for yet another repair, only to break down a third time! When we asked if perhaps they should not have sold this car in the shape it was in, they just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. It took them over a month to finally get our vehicle back to us, and then only after badgering them over and over. Communication was terrible, customer service sub-par. Grabbed a good commission off us and never looked back.Update: it's broken again!!!!!

This is the only place we have had our hyundai serviced. They did an alignment less than six months ago and it's wearing the rear tires. They told me they did an alignment check and it was fine (lie) I watched them and they did not. I ask that they please do an alignment check and they did. It's out just a little they said. I asked them to correct it as to my understanding the alignment was good for one year, they said no they don't cover their alignments for any length of time. Firestone does, but dutch miller refused to stand behind theirs. I did a five star review for them at first because they were offering $20 gift cards for good reviews. I decided to change my review and wont accept the gift card, They can keep their $20. I won't give a dishonest review.

Dutch Miller Hyundai service center has some of the best customer service I ve seen. They were able to order new tires and be ready to install in one day. Overall a great experience.

this review is to recognize PHIL!!!!My car was complete toast. I was so stressed, calling multiple places and dealing with all sorts of people and at the end of my rope.. but Phil was a breath of fresh air and so helpful. He took time with me and made sure I knew what steps I needed to do to see about getting my car fixed. I had my car en route to a different auto repair shop and had them take it to PHIL instead because I felt like he was genuine and would be in good hands. Then he continued to update me about my car and made sure it was done in a timely fashion. Not only that, he went out of his way to make sure I had even better options than my extended warranty and helped me save as much money as possible. Which was A LOT. It was such a quick and easy process I wasn t put out of a car long at all, even having to have a complete new motor. I just can t say enough good things about Phil. Thank you so much!!!!!Okay- edit**-Because I have to thank a few more people. After they fixed my car, I decided to look at upgrading. After I left the amazing service department I met with Terry in sales who spent hours with me going over options, numbers, and ideas for my financial needs. Bruce jumped in and helped also! Terry then made the transition to Billie in finance smooth. The whole process was full of kind helpful people from start to finish. I even had a mini panic attack about my big purchase and Dennis back in service helped ease my mind. This place is just full of great people and I greatly appreciate all of them. :)

Normally I wouldn't do a bad review on these guys because they have been nothing but good to me and always worked with me except this time around. It first started with them selling me a car with unevenly worn tires and swore that they passed inspection and basically blamed it on me then refused to fix it because I didn't bring it in sooner. But it gets better. Over 6 months down the road here I am struggling to keep full coverage on this car they sold me due it being a HIGH THEFT vehicle. They failed to mention that and now I'm lucky if I can get full coverage from anyone for under 700 a month. 80% of insurance companies refused to cover these cars. So I'm stuck paying for this car for 6 years unless another dealership will take it off my hands or dutch miller can make this right, which I highly doubt. If they can fix it, I will change my review, but until then, my review stands.

This is my first time at the Dutch Miller Hyundai Service department and the experience has been amazing, from the greeting at the bay to the waiting area, Terry and Phil have made this an easy experience - for someone who hates to get the oil in her car changed :)

We came to Dutch Miller this morning in hopes to find a new vehicle that was conflict free (not jointly owned with an ex) and it was a good thing we had the absolute rockstar team of David, Terry, and Bruce to work with because the ex wife showed up to take the (old) car while we were on a test drive! Fortunately through everyone's combined efforts we were back on the road within a couple hours. It was definitely a wild ride to the end of the year but we were incredibly blessed to have such a great team to help get past a couple fairly major roadblocks on the way to ownership and in a wonderful vehicle for a happy end to this year and a great beginning to 2024. I couldn't suggest anyone more highly than David Grant, Terry Cooper, or their sales manager Bruce Hinckson, they really came in clutch today and worked with us to get us in an awesome car for an even more awesome monthly payment! Another huge thanks to Skylar Bennett for making the financing process as smooth as possible. Y'all are all fantastic at what you do!

The Dutch Miller employees that I met were all nice people. They kept asking me if I needed anything or if they could do anything for me. The sales lady Alex was easy to work with and gave ne what I think is a good deal on my new Hyundai. If this car ever wears out I will go back to Dutch Miller for my next one.

I recently purchased a used Chevrolet truck from Dutch Miller Chevrolet Hyundai and love it. I've purchased my past 4 Hyundai sedans and suvs from there. Matt Smith is my salesman and is always great. I've never had any issues with any point of the process during the many years I have been going to Dutch Miller. Great team all around and great service.

Service staff (Blanch) is awesome. Very helpful and kept me informed and when it took longer than expected, Blanch got me a reasonable discount. Update: 3-5-2024... Service department has really stepped up their game. Staff is super friendly and really do make you feel welcome. I had an 830am appointment, I arrived at 805 and was greeted, shown where the lounge was and was driving home by 930am which is great since I work evenings and had very little sleep. Thank you Eli (hope I got his name correct) and Terry Porter for friendly service and casual conversation.
