We were very pleased with our purchase of our Chevy Equinox. Our salesman, Justin was very knowledgeable,friendly, and not pushy. Jared explained in detail the services offered. Both of these guys made the process SO much less stressful than when we have purchased other vehicles. I feel that this dealership went above and beyond. I highly recommend this dealership.

Dropped my car off for its first service. Service department was fast and thorough. They did a great job! Also had them detail the vehicle. Shaun and his team knocked out of the park!

I bought my Ford Bronco from here and they are great!!!! I recently went back for an oil change and the whole crew was awesome and polite and when they detail your car it looks brand new all over again!!!!! Ike is beyond great and very helpful so make sure if you need anything detailed you ask for him!!!! All in All it s been a great experience, thanks to everyone again

Called service department to get a basic answer concerning whether or not tires come from the factory or dealer with nitrogen in them. Service department could care less about getting me an answer or not. I guess we should shop around when we buy our next $115k vehicle.

I cannot express how happy I am with my vehicle but also with the excellent customer service at Dutch Miller! Right away Justin Spurlock was very friendly. I really appreciated his calm personality. He was not pushy and annoying. I truly dreaded car shopping because I've had such bad experiences with salesmen in the very distant past at other dealerships.Ol red needed replaced... I had a very outdated vehicle that still ran...but it truly was like living in the early 90s and just praying that I made it! Justin got me into a Cadillac which absolutely blew my mind! Imagine going from the 90s to a luxury vehicle!! Of course I fell in love with the Cadillac after what I had been driving for 11 years.Dutch Miller was very reasonable on pricing. I got home after they closed on a Saturday and realized a couple things needed fixed. I dreaded to call because once again I had bad past experience. The guys at Dutch Miller blew me away with how nice they are! Josh got me right into service and ordered a new screen for the touch screen without hesitation. They were all so very respectful. I could not have asked for a better experience. No doubt that I'll be encouraging my friends, family, and clients to check them out! Thank you all so much!! I'm the crazy lady who keeps commenting !

Bought a vehicle-paid cash, drove it home, had surgery out of town, 7 days later wouldn't start. Charges the battery and now the thing keeps throwing up electronic alarms with service emergency brake. Can't drive it. Called for help, NOTHING. On my own. Needed a good reliable vehicle - I suspect they knew their were issues and lies about it. DO NOT buy from here. They won't help if their are issues despite warranty still in effect. All they want to do is sell extended plans. Warning, stay away!

Scheduled a test drive this morning. Showed up early for the appointment. Was told the salesman who was supposed to meet me went home early. When they finally found someone to help me, they told me the van sold earlier in the day. They didn t have the decency to call me to let me know. Won t ever be back. My time is valuable too.

Poor experience all around. Had scheduled an appointment to view a specific car several days in advance and the day before I was supposed to come in it was sold and when I spoke with the sales person on the phone the day of my appointment they neglected to inform me it had already been sold. In addition, the sales manager manipulated the pricing of a different vehicle to make amends but his changes were merely to hide the fact they were trying to pay my the absolute bottom dollar for my trade in. Absolutely horrible experience. Would not recommend.

Dutch Miller goes above and beyond everytime! Whether you are buying a new/used vehicle or visiting the service department Dutch Miller will always take the best of care of you and your vehicle! I Highly recommend them and the fantastic owner Chris Miller!!

Scheduled appointment was at 9:50, they got me in right on time. They were quick, friendly and did a great job! They have a military discount, which is a huge help! Will be coming back in the future for further service!

Dutch Miller recently did a transmission job on my car. Car came out better than ever. The technician Frank that did the job was very knowledgeable and got the work done promptly. Customer service was also top notch. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done to their vehicles.

Love Dutch Miller! Wouldn't take my car any where else. You can make an appointment online. They even do oil changes on Saturdays which is nice bc of work schedules.

One of the WORST car companies I have ever dealt with. Every time I have brought my car into the shop to be fixed through the warranty, they have kept my car at a MINIMUM of 2+ weeks for fixes that Clarks auto down the road could finish in a max of 2 days. I only go there because of the warranty, but have strongly considered just paying out of pocket to not deal with their terrible service.Not only is the wait time atrocious, but they just have no idea what they are doing. I've had a catalytic converter changed three times in one year. I finally was told by their service department, "one of the mechanics didn't weld a pipe completely, sorry." I also payed $1000 for a water pump that wasn't covered, then the check engine light came on as I drove off the lot. When I questioned them, I was met with "Oh yeah, it was actually the turbo, sorry. We will get that fixed as soon as possible," meaning in a month.Honestly, I'm not where I want to be financially yet to get a new car because I just finished grad school, but I am going to use my sign on bonus to get anything else not handled through Dutch Miller. Please to anyone considering this company, stray away because the car will be in the shop more than on the road. That's the guarantee they should offer on their vehicles! I could mention so many more issues with this company, but I think I've made my point...just go to Moses or Joe Holland or anywhere else.

I m very pleased with the service I received at Dutch Miller. I like the text notifications with a link to my own personal consumer portal so I can track the progress of the work being performed. Service Tech, John Scarberry, addressed all of my concerns and answered all of my questions putting my mind at ease. Thank you Dutch Miller, for going above and beyond!

I had my car detailed at Dutch Miller and my car looks amazing. I have 4 dogs so you can imagine the dog hair and it was gone. I appreciated all the hard work that was put in and love my clean car. Looks basically brand new again!Thank you!When you go make sure to ask for Isaac!

I searched for months to find a black Camaro ZL1 1LE and was super excited to see that Dutch Miller had one listed. I called and spoke to Stephen Wagoner and he was fantastic to work with especially knowing that I was driving over 6 hours each way to purchase the car. When I got there the car was detailed and waiting for me. I can't say enough good things about them and would definitely buy from them again!
