Everyone was super nice and helpful from the estimate where I showed up an hour early and they went ahead and did the estimate right then so I didn t have to wait clear to the end where we noticed a scratch that accidentally got put on when they were reinstalling my brush guard and they made immediate plans to correct the problem. The repair work looked great and it was done in a very timely manner. I really hope that I don t have any more deer run into my Jeep but if they do, I know where I m taking it to!!!

They recently repaired my 21 Blazer and did a great job, I received text messages almost everyday with updates which I appreciated. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable, they even cleaned my floor mats of the spilled drink from the wreck. I would definitely use their service again if ever needed.

my insurance dealt with them mostly, but the little interaction i had with them was superb. Gary was great! From him stopping at my accident to see if I was ok, to calling me a tow truck, and getting me through the process of getting my car fixed it was a seamless experience. His crew fixed almost $13,000 worth of damage in 2 weeks. My car looks amazing .. like brand new! The staff is very nice and professional. I highly recommend them. I hope to not need their services again lol but if we were to have another accident, we will definitely be taking our cars to CARSTAR.

If I could leave 0 stars I would came to pick up my car several pieces missing lots of plastic flopping around brought it back to get it fixed again and was told I bottomed out my car and ripped stuff off which isn t true paint quality is horrible idk emit they even used primer take your car somewhere else

Jake with CARSTAR was beyond amazing throughout the entire process of getting my car fixed. It took about two weeks because of the damage and insurance (mostly insurance) and Jake went above and beyond with my questions and concerns despite my stress levels. If I ever have another car issue, I am definitely bringing it back to Jake at CARSTAR.

Great place to get quality work done to your vehicle. It seemed to start at the top with Garry. I worked with him and Jake and both were upfront and honest guys who have no interest in wasting your time or money. This is a professional body shop. We dealt with Gary most of the time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and he went above and beyond to make this a good experience.We were very pleased from start to finish with this business. We were kept abreast of the progress via text messages. The body work and paint job were done right the first time. Car Star did a great job repairing my wife s Yukon that was hit by a deer. We mainly communicated with Gary who did a great job at giving us constant updates on the progress of the repair. When we got the vehicle back it looked just like new. The body shop/paint guys did a great job lining up the parts and blending the paint. Gary was able to do all the communicating with the insurance company which made the process a whole lot easier. We would definitely recommend CarStar to anyone needing any body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Although a very lengthy process due to Progressive insurance negligence and unprofessionalism, Carstar is aces in my book...Tim took the reigns, and Carstar as a professional courtesy offered to help with my car rental expenses, insurance only paid 30 days, I was financially responsible for the other 4 months. I've not received my truck as of this post however, I am positive it is due to the integrity of Carstar, to be certain the truck is repaired correctly.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

This company has changed owners. I had used previous owners several times with great results. This time not so happy. Replaced front bumper and rear drivers side door. I love my Dodge Ram 1500 & was heartbroken when deer came off hill into my passenger side & done damage as it went down side of my truck. I read reviews & picked CarStar. I was upset, down & unsure of what the outcome would be with the repairs, so putting it in another's hands was tough. The staff was very Professional, Friendly toward me, understood my dilemma & put me at ease about my trucks repairs. I felt I had left my truck In good hands & that feeling is important to me. They kept me informed on the parts ordered & the wait from the dealer. When I picked up my truck it was like new again. It looked great & they even detailed the truck for me.....that was Awesome!
