My car broke down as I was passing through town and the store manager helped me identify the problem, find a mechanic, and even got me a discount on the part I needed. Many thanks to the staff at the 14th Street AutoZone for helping me when I was in a tough spot!

This place has very good customer service. Helpful people working here. The prices are competitive. Most of the employees know what they are talking about as far as finding what you might need

The staff is polite, courteous and professional. They are always willing to give a hand or loan a tool to those who need it. They offer a variety of parts to suit most everyone's needs, and have even brought parts to my location in times of need. I would suggest this store to anyone who needs their services.

Staff never seems to have it together at this location. Every time I have been here, the associates seem more interested in their phones or taking a smoke break rather than helping out. That's why I always take my business to the Barboursville location. There's a reason this store doesn't get any business and why the parking lot is always empty.

They didn't just tell me I had a bad alternator instead of a battery, they told and showed me why. Excellent customer service. Very professional. The "West End Women" know their stuff!

Had issues passing thru this town, stopped at this store and I do believe not only the best parts store experience but the best retail experience I have ever had!!! This store should do training like the Disney Institute does for major company's. 5 stars !!!

Most auto parts box stores do not have employees that are very knowledgeable about vehicles, however this is not the case with this particular AutoZone. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have always had good experiences here.

Awful! Just terrible! My part was wrong, after having to return it to get the right one i was forced to buy the new part while waiting on my refund! That's just ridiculous.

Friendly staff and it's nice to be able to walk in and get Griot's Garage products. Unfortunately I they don't have many of Griot's B.O.S.S products but I just order those.

They have a great supply of automotive tools. The duralast brand isn't so great though. The metal is brittle and chips and rust easily.
