Stopped by to get new headlight bulb. After inspecting my headlight, two nice employees determined that my non-working bulb was only loose. A quick tightening of the connection at no charge, and I was on my way! Awesome!!!

I went in there about a yr ago to buy a battery since my car was having issues starting in the cold. This year I let my car sit from Dec 20th to this morning and was about to call my service guy for a jump but decided to try to start it up anyway. I was amazed that a battery that was a yr old and had been sitting for almost 10 days was still good to go and the car had no problem starting up on the first try. I love my Autozone.

So very helpful! I did not catch the name of the man who helped me, but he spent 45 minutes under my car helping fix my car. After many trips inside and out, many different sizes of bolts, he fixed my issue! So thankful for his time and effort!!!! 10/10!

Just came in to replace a steering wheel cover. Two employees standing at register, no acknowledgement. Looked at me then looked away. Gentleman came out and immediately assisted me. Went above and beyond in putting cover on as I was not able to. Casey is what customer service is about. Kind, professional and compassionate. High quality asset I hope this company recognizes.

People in all honesty AutoZone actually brought out some gadget and got into driver side ran some analysis for my ride that wouldn't pull out for three weeks and several parts just trying thinking it's fuel pump or filter or sensors did that and after they did that magical stuff with the diagnosis rest my car runs so good shocked me they didn't charge me a dime so AutoZone for president 2023

Alex, the manager there, went above and beyond to help me. I went in to buy some wiper blades but the arm on the rear wiper blade was having trouble maintaining contact with the glass. He spent a good 15 to 20 minutes with me making sure that it was in good working order before I left the store. Fantastic service!

The store management is wonderful. Mr. Alex Appel keeps his employees in line and doing what they are supposed to do and he takes the time to train them properly on customer service and how to take care of the customer without causing a scene of chaos hey are and he keeps his store well stocked with material and supplies for any job larger small on a vehicle related issues up to and including stereo installation complete motors and transmission changes as well as any other small jobs as well

I have had to visit this store several times as I'm trying to keep my old truck on the road. Since my husband died repairs have fallen to me to do. Bryan Blankenship went above and beyond to help me out. He was kind and patient. I felt so much better about my truck. I'm an older woman and I appreciate his kindness and professionalism.

I was pretty disappointed with my experience here, when trying to get a wheel for my car...they gave me an estimate over the phone for $84.99 & said it'd arrive in 1-2 days if I came there and paid for it right away. When I got there, apparently that option wasn't an option? I had to pay about $125 & even though they told me again, 1-2 day delivery, I didn't get a call back about it being there until 5 days later. So, I felt like it was a "switch & bait" situation. Only time this place has let me down like that though.

Very nice employees. I went to purchase windshield fluid only. While I was speaking to the cashier he asked how my truck was running. I explained how my battery had been replaced 5 months ago, but I had trouble starting it during the single digit temps we had experienced. Being a brand-new battery he offered to check it for me. The battery was fine, so he also checked the alternator for me. It all checked out fine and he concluded it was the extreme cold that had caused the problems. Said if I had any other problems to bring it back.... That they'd do their best to figure out what was going on. To top off his exceptional service he also added the windshield fluid to my truck without asking.

I generally really like this store and it's usually my go to for auto and motorcycle parts and maintenance. I'm giving 3/5 because I almost wasted a lot of money by trusting their battery/alternator test. I generally try to fix what I can myself, even if I have to look it up but I don't have a way to test my alternator. I took it to AutoZone since they offer that. They tested it and I was told the battery and alternator were bad and would need replaced. The associate was very friendly and quoted me the cost to do it myself. Thankfully I decided to double check before spending the money and time; according to Advance Auto both were fine, I just needed to charge the battery overnight because it was too drained. Did this and it was a complete fix (was having to jump start every time).I get that it's a free service and you get what you pay for, but if you're going to offer something at least make sure you're able to competently do it. Otherwise you're just costing me more money and time for something that wasn't bad in the first place.

When my car started sputtering and having trouble starting, I decided to come to Auto Zone and have it tested. Gary checked my battery and discovered it had gone bad. He then talked me through different batteries and what would be best for my car. A few minutes later I was talking to another associate of the store when Gary said he had checked if the battery I had chosen would work with my alternator. He was very helpful and respectful of what I needed vs my budget. I d definitely recommend this store and his services to others.

Place is great. They had what I needed (thermostat and antifreeze for my son's blazer) and I was in and out quickly. The staff is knowledgeable and the store seems clean.

Awesome staff!!! Put a new wiper on and back lights on my car. We were visiting Cabell Huntinton Hospital from Ohio for a family member emergency and they were just so helpful!!!! Cant thank them enough!!!!!

AutoZone's structure as a company is a bit odd to me. It seems that everyone who works in their stores is a manager. It's hard to tell who's actually in charge of what.Ignoring this, the Auto Zone on Hal Greer is top-notch. Good staff and a good selection make this worth a visit for your automotive needs.

Horrible customer service. I went in with my BF to get brakes for my car and as soon as we walked in until we walked out we were treated like we were gonna steal something. They followed and watched us the whole time we were in there!

While driving on i64 in a rainstorm, my drivers side wiper came apart. I made it over to AutoZone, and they were extremely nice--gave me some spare parts and got my wiper working again. Wow!
