My company has been using RT Rogers for bulk fuel for my business for over a year along with propane at my home. Very easy to deal with, fast service, great people too!

RT Rogers only delivers after prepayment. As soon as you order , your bank account information is gathered via phone call. After waiting 2 months for delivery ( prepaid ) my dad gets his oil. Later, he ordered again ( prepaid also, as that is the only way you get delivery ). We go to order a third time, and I am told we owe money. My dad is a stroke patient, and he had his stroke right after my mother passed away from a long illness. I ask how can this be? Everything was prepaid. Later I receive a phone call from " Liz" in their office, stating we owed money. I tell her I will have to get bank records, but that I do have the conversation between us and the owner/ manager? about the oil hadn't been delivered yet but had been prepaid already. They then sent a paper bill , but by then they had been told again about the messages between us and owner/manager. After months of silence, they decided to do an unauthorized withdrawal from my dad's bank account today, leaving him in the minus and without food. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and I suggest you watch your bank account very closely. An unauthorized withdrawal is no laughing matter.

I am incredibly frustrated by the service, or lack thereof, that I have received from RT Rogers.My husband and I received oil from them on February 3, 2023. Only a few weeks later, on February 27, our furnace caught fire and our landlord decided to remove it and install central heating, so we no longer had a need for the oil. I called on March 2 to ask if we could sell the oil back. RT Rogers said yes, and that they would send someone out to repurchase it, though it might take some time.On May 11, we hadn't heard anything more from RT Rogers, so I called back to check the status. Lo and behold, they had no record that we had ever placed a request to sell the order back. They apologized and said someone would call back to get it taken care of. No one ever did.We kept trying - in May, in June, in July, and now in August. We were either told that a man named Jason was responsible for these requests and they didn't know why he wasn't doing anything about them, or no one answered at all. Calling the direct line to Jason provided by RT Rogers always resulted in being sent to voicemail.It is now August 7. The oil is still in the tank, untouched. No one from RT Rogers has done anything to fulfill the request that we originated in March. And we've had it.If they don't want to buy the oil back, that would be fine. We understand that business is business. But in such a case, just tell us. Don't string us along for months with empty promises.

Joe Lester went far and beyond helping us this year about our Generac to help us with some unresolved issues and we are very thankful to him, he worked with us from the beginning to the end and made several calls to us with updates plus calls to others who needed to be involved. Joe knows how to run a business and is a keeper and we will continue to do our business with him when needed. We would appreciate if you all let Joe know about our comment cause he deserves to know! Thank you for having someone like Joe and also the secretary at the front desk who helped with our issue too, who led us to Joe!! He is definitely a leader!!

I had a Generac installed by RT Rogers in March of 2020. The propane part of the install is ok as far as I know. The electrical side, well, that is another story. It was discovered that RT Rogers put in a 100 AMP Transfer Switch for a 200 AMP Breaker Box. For the 100 AMP Transfer switch, RT Rogers installed wire rated at a maximum of 84 AMPS. The Generac is 22KW whole house Generator, that should have been installed via a load shed install, I have found out. The way it was installed is potentially unsafe, and can cause potential problems in my home (IE-electrical overload). Now I have to get the electrical installation completely redone, which will cost me about $2,000. I paid RT Rogers that amount to get the electrical part done already. If you want to get a Generator installed, I strongly recommend to go with another company. Don't have RT Rogers do it!! They (RT Rogers) claimed that I agreed to have a 100 AMP Transfer switch installed, which is totally false. This is what happens when a person like myself pays up front to do the right thing, and get a generator installed for reasons, just like this post by RT Rogers. I wrote a letter to them, informing them of my disappointment. Not even a phone call back. I was treated in a very rude manner. Not to say previous discussions I had with them, I didn't get a little testy, because I did. But, I did not deserve to be treated like I have been treated.

Horrible customer service! They do not like to make deliveries and will become very rude with you if you need more than one fill per winter. Also, even though you lease the tank (based on number of gallons per year), they will charge you to pick up the tank. I do not recommend this company for any of your heating needs!

I changed to this company hoping to get better service than my previous company, I could not ask for better service, there is friendly and knowledgeable staff to answer any questions and when placing a new"fill-up" order, I never wait more than 5 days. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of propane.

Two days late on payment (because I get called into work mind you) during a pandemic and they're coming to pump out the propane while there's two young kids in the house........I would definitely not recommend this unfriendly company. They rather let you freeze than help you out or to just reach out in a friendly manner......

I'm done I can't even believe after a year plus that this company does me this way right at beginning of heating season..I paid over 500 in July to settle contract and then 400 to make new contract and a mix up at the bank for last month payment returned and today they say they owe me nothing and I should have credit I paid in August I do not understand I'm so disappointed in this business..

I would have placed 5 stars if it was just for one person that just continues to belittle me or try too. I m done with that as of my call in order. So happy trails again and for many more years I hope I just work myself around the problem.. 5 stars

Unprofessional, people you re speaking with get attitude when they clearly make up some lies why they haven t been to your house. On top of making every excuse why it ll take forever for them to get them back out here. Overpriced and they don t listen to directions.
